When a workpiece or a part needs to be placed, the third driving part 33 is started, the third driving part 33 drives the placing part 32 to rotate, the placing part 32 is rotated to the position of the operation opening 121, the workpiece or the part is placed on the placing part 32 by an operator, the third driving part 33 is started to rotate the placing part 32 to one end far away from the operation opening 121, the plastic spraying part 31 is started to spray the workpiece and the part, the placing part 32 is rotated to be close to the operation opening 121 by the third driving part 33, the workpiece or the part which is subjected to plastic spraying is taken out by the operator, the workpiece or the part which needs plastic spraying is placed on the placing part 32 again, and the operation is repeated in such a way to spray the workpiece or the part. When the workpiece is spray-molded, the two cleaning plates 211 are in an open state.
The implementation principle of a plastic spraying machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the spraying of the plastic on the part is finished, the dust in the protective cover 11 is cleaned, the first driving part 73 is started, the first driving part 73 drives the first gear 71 to rotate, the first gear 71 drives the second gear 72 to rotate, therefore, the first gear 71 and the second gear 72 respectively drive the first connecting part 74 to rotate, the two cleaning plates 211 are arranged in the protective cover 11, two side walls, located in the protective cover 11, of the cleaning plates 211 are attached to form the cleaning cavity 5, the water supply part 22 is started, the water supply part 22 supplies water into the cleaning plates 211 and is sprayed out from the spray heads 23, the dust attached to the interior of the protective cover 11 is flushed, the cleaning water and the flushed dust enter the collecting box 42 through the water guide block 41, the collecting box 42 is cleaned regularly, and therefore the dust is cleaned conveniently and the harm of the dust and harmful gas to the health of operators is reduced.

Claims (9)

1. An injection molding machine, comprising:
the protective assembly (1) comprises a protective cover (11) and a sealing door (12), wherein the sealing door (12) is arranged on one side of the protective cover (11);
the cleaning assembly (2) comprises at least one cleaning piece (21), the cleaning piece (21) comprises a cleaning plate (211), a water supply piece (22) and a plurality of spray heads (23), one side, adjacent to the sealing door (12), of the protective cover (11) is provided with a yielding groove (111), the cleaning plate (211) is in sliding connection with the protective cover (11) along the yielding groove (111), the water supply piece (22) is communicated with the cleaning plate (211), the water supply piece (22) is used for supplying water into the cleaning plate (211), the spray heads (23) are communicated with one surface, far away from the sealing door (12), of the cleaning plate (211), a first driving assembly (7) is connected onto the cleaning plate (211), and the first driving assembly (7) is used for driving the cleaning plate (211) to slide along the protective cover (11);
the spraying plastics subassembly (3), spraying plastics subassembly (3) are located protection casing (11), and spraying plastics subassembly (3) are located between cleaning plate (211) and sealing door (12), and spraying plastics subassembly (3) are used for carrying out the spraying plastics to work piece or part.

The injection molding machine of claim 1, wherein: the cleaning piece (21) is provided with two, one cleaning piece (21) is arranged on one side, adjacent to the sealing door (12), of the protective cover (11), the other cleaning piece (21) is arranged on the other side, adjacent to the sealing door (12), of the protective cover (11), and a cleaning cavity is formed on one side, away from the sealing door (12), of the two cleaning pieces (21) and the protective cover (11).
3. The injection molding machine of claim 1, wherein: the cleaning plate (211) is an arc-shaped plate, and one surface, close to the sealing door (12), of the cleaning plate (211) is an inward concave surface.

The injection molding machine of claim 1, wherein: the water supply part (22) comprises a water supply tank (221), a water supply pipe (222) and a second driving part (223), the water supply tank (221) is connected with the protective cover (11), one end of the water supply pipe (222) is communicated with the water supply tank (221), the other end of the water supply pipe is communicated with the cleaning plate (211), the second driving part (223) is connected with the water supply pipe (222), and the second driving part (223) is used for conveying cleaning water into the cleaning plate (211).
