The moisturizing and repairing children lip-moistening jelly according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 14-18 parts of shea butter oil, 10-12 parts of sweet almond oil, 7-9 parts of grape seed oil, 9-11 parts of camellia seed oil, 6.5-7.5 parts of lithospermum oil, 7-9 parts of aloe gel extract, 6-8 parts of milk protein extract, 5-7 parts of goat milk extract, 4-5 parts of propolis extract, 1.5-2.5 parts of menthol, 9-11 parts of vitamin E, 1.5-2.5 parts of starch, 0.8-1.2 parts of saccharide isomerate and 3-4 parts of deionized water.

The moisturizing and repairing children lip-moistening gel according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 16 parts of shea butter oil, 11 parts of sweet almond oil, 8 parts of grape seed oil, 10 parts of camellia seed oil, 7 parts of lithospermum oil, 8 parts of aloe gel extract, 7 parts of milk protein extract, 6 parts of goat milk extract, 4.5 parts of propolis extract, 2 parts of menthol, 10 parts of vitamin E, 2 parts of starch, 1 part of saccharide isomer and 3.5 parts of deionized water.
4. The preparation method of the moisturizing and repairing children lip-moistening jelly according to any one of claims 1-3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing shea butter oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, camellia seed oil and lithospermum oil in corresponding parts by weight, adding into a mixing tank, and mixing and stirring uniformly at 45-65 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding Aloe gel extract, milk protein extract, goat milk extract, propolis extract, menthol, vitamin E, starch, saccharide isomerate and deionized water into another mixing tank, mixing and stirring at 25-40 deg.C to obtain mixture B;
(3) adding the mixture B into a mixing tank in which the mixture A is positioned, heating to 80-95 ℃, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 min;
