Background
With the increasing pace of life and the increasing pressure of life, the phenomenon of alopecia in people is increasingly prominent and younger. Physiological alopecia refers to the condition of hair that is in dynamic balance between the anagen phase and the catagen phase, so that the normal amount of hair is maintained. Pathological hair loss refers to abnormal or excessive loss of hair, and is mostly considered to be related to the following factors: hereditary factors, excessive secretion of male hormone, mental stress, emotional instability, sleep deficiency, microelement deficiency, stress hypofunction, autoimmune endocrine function disorder, menoxenia and puerperal dysregulation, middle-aged kidney deficiency, etc. These factors cause deterioration of head ecological environment such as unbalance of scalp nutrition supply, poor blood circulation, excessive fat, hair follicle obstruction, etc., thereby preventing nutrient absorption by hair roots, affecting hair growth, and causing alopecia.

2. Experimental methods
2.1 Experimental groups
10 mice of B6CBAF1/J are randomly selected from 70 male mice as an experimental blank control group, and the other 60 mice of B6CBAF1/J are taken as experimental mice and are raised in cages. Namely, the alopecia model group and the scalp massage cream group (scalp massage creams prepared in examples 1 to 4 were used).
2.2 animal model preparation and administration methods
The hair loss animal model adopts an injection molding mode, the injection part is subcutaneous of the back of the mouse parallel to the spinal area, the injection dose is 5 mg/kg.d, and the injection time is 4 weeks except the blank control group which is injected with normal saline and the rest 6 groups which are injected with testosterone propionate.
When the B6CBAF1/J mouse alopecia animal model is successfully modeled at 4 weeks, the drug treatment is started, 1ml of scalp massage cream matrix is smeared on the back depilated part of each of the blank control group and the alopecia model group, 1ml of scalp massage cream is respectively smeared on the same depilated part of each of the scalp massage cream groups of examples 1 to 4, and the treatment administration is carried out for four weeks. Observing the hair growth condition of the mouse at the moulting part of the mouse, and counting the moulting weight of the mouse; and calculating the ratio of terminal hair/vellus hair under a microscope in combination with pathological observation, and calculating the average.
3. Statistical analysis of data
SPSS20.0 software is adopted for data processing, the difference between groups is analyzed by adopting one-factor variance, and the significance difference with P less than 0.05 is considered to have statistical significance.

As can be seen from Table 1: compared with a blank control group, the depilation phenomenon of other experimental mice occurs to different degrees, and the significant difference (P <0.01) exists in other groups except the significant difference of example 2 (P < 0.05); compared with the model group, the depilation phenomenon of the mice in the groups of examples 2 and 4 is improved, wherein the depilation phenomenon of the mice in the group of example 2 is improved obviously (P <0.01) compared with the model group, and the depilation phenomenon of the mice in other groups of examples has no significant difference and has no improvement trend on alopecia.
(2) Determination of the Final Hair/vellus Hair ratio in mice
As can be seen from table 2, the terminal hair/vellus hair ratio of the model group was significantly decreased (P <0.01) compared to the blank control group; examples 1, 3 did not change the terminal hair/vellus hair ratio compared to the model group, and examples 2, 4 both increased the terminal hair/vellus hair ratio, with the improvement effect of example 2 being more pronounced (P < 0.01).
(3) The scalp massage cream of the invention, example 2 (earthworm (50000) + fermented soya beans), has a significant improvement effect on seborrheic alopecia, and example 4 also has an improvement effect, but the effect is not as significant as that of example 2.

(1) Effect of Hair follicle Density
The number of hair follicles in each group of mice on day 20 of the experiment is shown in Table 3. Examples 1, 3 had no effect on the number of hair follicles in C57BL mice compared to the blank control group (P > 0.05); however, examples 2 and 4 can increase the number of hair follicles in the blank mice (P <0.01), wherein the effect of example 2 is very obvious, and the hair follicles in the C57BL6 mice can be induced to enter the anagen phase, the anagen phase is prolonged, and the catagen phase is delayed, so that the hair follicle growth promoting effect is realized.
(2) The scalp massage cream of the present invention, example 2 (earthworm (50000) + fermented soya beans), had a significant effect on hair follicle growth, and the improvement of example 4 also had an improvement effect, but the effect was not significant as in example 2.
