Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to an anti-allergy and soothing composition with a skin barrier repairing effect.
Background
The skin barrier refers to a physical barrier, and the skin barrier can resist the stimulation of the skin by harmful substances in the outside world, and has moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects to maintain the health and stability of the skin. However, with the pace of life of people increasing, the skin barrier of people is easily damaged due to the long-term face of electronic products with radiation and the immunity reduction caused by lack of exercise of people, and then the skin is easily allergic, dry and aged, and more serious people can suffer from a series of skin diseases, which affect the appearance and also affect the health of the body.
In the prior art, patent application document with an authorization publication number of CN104173207B discloses a skin barrier repair preparation and a preparation method thereof, and composite ceramide is added to compound specific grease, so that the stability of the product is improved, and the repair capability of the product on the skin barrier is also improved. However, the addition of ceramides may cause stinging of the allergic muscles.
Patent document with publication number CN105902476B discloses a moisturizing and repairing plant extract composition and its application in cosmetics, which promotes the formation of collagen in skin by compounding multiple plant extracts, deeply moisturizes water, and has certain repairing effect, but the plant extracts may cause the product to have poor weather resistance and short shelf life.
Therefore, there is a need for developing an anti-allergy soothing composition having skin barrier repairing effect, which has a certain anti-allergy soothing effect without irritation to the skin while having a good moisturizing and repairing effect, and which is excellent in stability and less prone to deterioration.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, an anti-allergy soothing composition having a skin barrier repair effect, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2-60% of plant extract, 0.01-2% of ceramide compound, 0.01-1% of sterol, 3-20% of fatty alcohol, 0.5-10% of polysaccharide and water supplement to 100%.
Preferably, the anti-allergy soothing composition with skin barrier repair effect is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.5-1% of sterol, 5-18% of fatty alcohol, 0.05-2% of ceramide, 1-8% of polysaccharide, 5-50% of plant extract and water supplement to 100%.
Preferably, the plant extract is one or more of perilla (perillabastyscreens (L.) Britt.) seed extract, scutellaria (scutellaria baica basilica georgi) root extract, centella asiatica (L.) Urban) extract, gentiana scabra Bunge root extract, oat (Avena sativa L.) extract, prickly pear cactus (OPUNTIA STREPTACANTHA) stem extract; further preferred are perilla seed extract, scutellaria root extract, centella asiatica extract and gentian root extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the perilla seed extract to the scutellaria root extract to the centella asiatica extract to the gentian root extract is (0.5-15): (0.5-15): (0.5-15): (0.5-15); further preferably, (1-10): (1-10): (1-10): (1-10); further, 1:1:1: 1.
The applicant has surprisingly found that the use of perilla seed extract, scutellaria root extract, centella asiatica extract and gentian root extract as plant extracts in compositions is particularly advantageous when the weight ratio is (0.5-15): (0.5-15): (0.5-15): (0.5-15), can reduce the irritation of the composition to the skin, and improve the repair ability of the anti-allergy and soothing composition. The composition of the perilla seed extract and the scutellaria root extract can absorb certain ultraviolet rays, eliminate free radicals, whiten and smooth skin and play a certain role in resisting senility and resisting wrinkles. The perilla seed extract and the centella asiatica extract can stimulate the ceaseless replacement of cells in the deep layer of the skin, accelerate metabolism and enable the skin to be firmer and smoother. However, the plant extract has poor stability although it has natural components.
Preferably, the ceramide compound is one or more of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 6II and ceramide E; further preferably, it is a mixture of ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 6II and ceramide E.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the ceramide 2, the ceramide 3, the ceramide 6II and the ceramide E is (0.001-1): (0.005-2): (0.001-1): (0.001-2): (0.002-1); further preferably, it is (0.05-0.8): (0.05-1.5): (0.05-0.8): (0.05-1.5): (0.08-0.8); further, the ratio is 1:2:1:2: 1.
In some preferred embodiments, in order to increase the self-protective function of the skin and prolong the skin protection time, the applicant selects the weight ratio of (0.001-1): (0.005-2): (0.001-1): (0.001-2): ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, ceramide E of (0.002-1) are added to the composition as ceramide-type compounds. The synergistic effect of the ceramide 2, the ceramide 3 and the ceramide 6 can adjust the water-oil balance of the skin, maintain the water retention degree of the skin, promote the metabolism of cutin, help the renewal of a natural protective layer of the skin, and further strengthen the self-protection function of the skin, the addition of the ceramide 6II and the ceramide E can promote the synthesis of lipid, reduce wrinkles, promote the hydration of the epidermis, enhance the cohesion of epidermal cells, repair the barrier function of the skin, prolong the protection time of the composition on the skin, and play a role in skin barrier, thereby further improving the resistance of the skin and reducing the water loss through the skin. But people with sensitive skin may be intolerant to ceramides.
Preferably, the sterol is one or more of animal sterol, plant sterol and fungus sterol; more preferably, the plant sterol is phytosterol.
Preferably, the phytosterol is one or more of brassicasterol, campesterol, BETA-sitosterol and stigmasterol; more preferably, it is brassicasterol.
Preferably, the aliphatic alcohol is a linear alcohol having 12 to 22 carbon atoms.
Preferably, the fatty alcohol is one or more of lauryl alcohol, oleyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, and coconut oil alcohol; more preferably, stearyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and cetearyl alcohol.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the stearyl alcohol, the myristyl alcohol and the cetearyl alcohol is (0.1-20): (0.2-10): (0.1-10); further preferably (5-15): (2-8): (1-5); further, it is 10:5: 3.
The applicant finds that the brassicasterol is selected as the sterol, and the mixing weight ratio is (0.1-20): (0.2-10): the stearyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and cetearyl alcohol (0.1-10) can control oil and resist seborrhea, increase the stability of the composition and have certain moisture-keeping capacity, and the addition of myristyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol enables the composition to have certain flexibility and be not sticky, so that the use comfort of the composition is improved.
Preferably, the polysaccharide is a combination of one or more of Aloe vera (L.) Burm.) polysaccharide, β -glucan, tremella fuciformis berk polysaccharide, lycium barbarum (lycium chinense Miller) polysaccharide; further preferred is a mixture of aloe polysaccharides, beta-glucan and tremella polysaccharides.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the aloe polysaccharide to the beta-glucan to the tremella polysaccharide is (0.05-10): (0.1-10): (0.1-10); further preferably, (2-6): (3-8): (3-8); further, it is 4:5: 5.
The applicant has unexpectedly found that the weight ratio of (0.05-10): (0.1-10): (0.1-10) Aloe polysaccharide, beta-dextran and Tremella polysaccharide can be used as polysaccharide in composition for further improving anti-allergy and relieving effects of the composition. The reason for this is probably that although tremella polysaccharide can increase the moisture of the skin surface and has a certain effect of repairing the skin mucosa, the tremella polysaccharide has a single effect and a weak anti-allergic effect, and the applicant finds that the composition prepared by adding a certain amount of aloe polysaccharide and beta-glucan can improve the moisture of the skin surface, thereby achieving the effect of repairing the skin barrier and also having a certain anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effect. In addition, the synergistic effect of the three polysaccharides can also promote other effective components in the composition, such as plant extracts, ceramide compounds and the like, to exert the actual effects of the plant extracts, the ceramide compounds and the like, so that the moisturizing, repairing and anti-allergy capabilities of the composition are stronger, and the physical and chemical properties are more excellent.
In addition, applicants have unexpectedly found that the addition of certain polysaccharides, sterols, and fatty alcohols in the present application reduces the irritation associated with ceramides, thereby making the resulting compositions suitable for use in the vast majority of the population, particularly those susceptible to allergy.
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a process for the preparation of an anti-allergy soothing composition having skin barrier repair comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing water, polysaccharide and plant extract according to weight percentage, and stirring uniformly at 35-55 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
s2, mixing the ceramide compound, the sterol and the fatty alcohol according to the weight percentage, and stirring at 79-89 ℃ until the solution is uniform in texture to obtain a mixture B;
s3, cooling the mixture B to below 50 ℃, adding the mixture A, and stirring until the solution is uniform in texture.
Has the advantages that:
1. selecting the following components in percentage by weight (0.5-15): (0.5-15): (0.5-15): (0.5-15) Perilla seed extract, Scutellaria baicalensis root extract, centella asiatica extract, and Gentiana scabra root extract as plant extracts can improve the repair ability of the anti-allergy and soothing composition while reducing the irritation of the composition to the skin.
2. Selecting the following components in percentage by weight (0.001-1): (0.005-2): (0.001-1): (0.001-2): (0.002-1) ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, and ceramide E can be added into the composition as ceramide compound, to improve self-protection function of skin and prolong skin protection time.
3. Rapeseed sterol is selected as sterol, and the compounding weight ratio is (0.1-20): (0.2-10): the stearyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and cetearyl alcohol (0.1-10) can control oil and resist seborrhea, increase the stability of the composition, and have certain moisturizing capability.
4. Selecting the following components in percentage by weight (0.05-10): (0.1-10): (0.1-10) Aloe polysaccharide, beta-dextran and Tremella polysaccharide can be used as polysaccharide in composition for further improving anti-allergy and relieving effects of the composition.
