Abstract

一种PVB瑜伽垫发泡配方及制备方法,该配方中,主要由如下组分组成:占比4.89%~6.28%的TPE粉料、占比7.14%~9.17%的EVA、占比5.26%~6.76%的POE树脂、占比6.76%~8.69%的粉末橡胶、占比41.34%~53.11%的硫酸钡、占比3.16%~4.06%的AC发泡剂、占比0.45%~0.58%的架桥剂、占比0.68%~0.87%的硬脂酸锌、占比0.26%~0.34%的硬脂酸、占比10.14%~30.06%的PVB,其中TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂为主料,硫酸钡为填料,其余组分为配合剂。该配方通过添加PVB作为配合剂,可有效提高瑜伽垫的止滑性,PVB作为可回收物也能得到合理利用。

一种PVB瑜伽垫发泡配方及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVB瑜伽垫发泡配方及制备方法。
背景技术
瑜伽垫是瑜伽运动中不可缺少的装备,主要用以减缓人体肌肤直接与地面接触造成的生硬不适感,目前所使用的瑜伽垫主要由TPE发泡、PVC发泡、EVA发泡、橡胶发泡、CBR发泡等材料制成。
现有的瑜伽垫表面一般都是比较光滑,当使用者在瑜伽垫上进行运动时,很容易滑到,对使用者的脊椎、脚踝、膝关节等部位造成损伤。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种PVB瑜伽垫发泡配方及制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种PVB瑜伽垫发泡配方,该配方中,按重量比例,主要由如下组分组成:占比4.89%~6.28%的TPE粉料、占比7.14%~9.17%的EVA、占比5.26%~6.76%的POE树脂、占比6.76%~8.69%的粉末橡胶、占比41.34%~53.11%的硫酸钡、占比3.16%~4.06%的AC发泡剂、占比0.45%~0.58%的架桥剂、占比0.68%~0.87%的硬脂酸锌、占比0.26%~0.34%的硬脂酸、占比10.14%~30.06%的PVB,其中TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂为主料,硫酸钡为填料,其余组分为配合剂。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述植物纤维为竹粉
本发明还提供了一种PVB瑜伽垫制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.配料:选取TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂作为主料,硫酸钡作为填料,粉末橡胶、AC发泡剂、架桥剂、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、PVB作为配合剂,并按照权利要求1所述的重量比例进行称量;
b.密炼:将步骤a中的主料和填料一起混合后放入密炼机内,随后将各配合剂进行混合并放入密炼机内一起搅拌,主料、填料和配合剂反复剪切破碎并混合均匀;
c.开炼:将步骤b中密炼好的物料倒入开炼机进行开炼,开炼后形成胶体;
d.切片:将开炼好的胶体放入切片机进行切片;
e.发泡成型:按照材料的发泡倍率要求,将步骤d中的切片进行称量并放入相应的模具内,设定发泡机参数,进行充分发泡,发泡成型后的原板进行充分冷却。
作为本发明进一步改进,步骤b中,密炼温度控制在120~130℃,密炼时间为20~25min。
作为本发明进一步改进,步骤c中,开炼温度控制在85~95℃,开炼次数为三次。
作为本发明进一步改进,步骤e中,发泡温度控制在170~175℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
该配方通过添加PVB作为配合剂,可有效提高瑜伽垫的止滑性,PVB作为可回收物也能得到合理利用。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种PVB瑜伽垫发泡配方及制备方法,该发泡配方中,按重量比例,主要由如下组分组成:占比4.89%~6.28%的TPE粉料、占比7.14%~9.17%的EVA、占比5.26%~6.76%的POE树脂、占比6.76%~8.69%的粉末橡胶、占比41.34%~53.11%的硫酸钡、占比3.16%~4.06%的AC发泡剂、占比0.45%~0.58%的架桥剂、占比0.68%~0.87%的硬脂酸锌、占比0.26%~0.34%的硬脂酸、占比10.14%~30.06%的PVB,其中TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂为主料,硫酸钡为填料,其余组分为配合剂。
应用上述配方的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.配料:选取TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂作为主料,硫酸钡作为填料,粉末橡胶、AC发泡剂、架桥剂、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、PVB作为配合剂,并按照权利要求1所述的重量比例进行称量;
b.密炼:将步骤a中的主料和填料一起混合后放入密炼机内,随后将各配合剂进行混合并放入密炼机内一起搅拌,主料、填料和配合剂反复剪切破碎并混合均匀,密炼温度控制在120~130℃,密炼时间为20~25min;
c.开炼:将步骤b中密炼好的物料倒入开炼机进行开炼,开炼过程主要是依靠两个相对回转的辊筒对物料产生挤压、剪切作用,经过多次捏炼,以及捏炼过程中伴随的化学作用,将物料内部的大分子链打断,使物料中的各种成分掺和均匀,而最后达到炼胶的目的,开炼温度控制在85~95℃,开炼次数为三次,开炼后形成胶体;
d.切片:将开炼好的胶体放入切片机进行切片;
e.发泡成型:按照材料的发泡倍率要求,将步骤d中的切片进行称量并放入相应的模具内,设定发泡机参数,进行充分发泡,发泡温度控制在170~175℃,发泡时间按照模具厚度的不同进行调整,发泡成型后的原板进行充分冷却。
该配方通过添加PVB作为配合剂,可有效提高瑜伽垫的止滑性,PVB作为可回收物也能得到合理利用。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明和介绍:
实施例一,如表1所示,按重量比例称重,10%PVB含量的瑜伽垫发泡配方为:TPE粉料用量6500g,EVA用量9500g,POE树脂用量7000g,粉末橡胶用量9000g,硫酸钡用量55000g,AC发泡剂用量4200g,架桥剂用量600g,硬脂酸锌用量900g,硬脂酸用量350g,PVB用量10500g。首先将作为主料的TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂和作为填料的硫酸钡一起放入密炼机内搅拌并形成第一混合料,随后将作为配合剂的的粉末橡胶、AC发泡剂、架桥剂、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、PVB放入密炼机内与前面的第一混合料进行搅拌混合并形成第二混合料,密炼温度设置在120℃,密炼时间为20min,密炼后得到的第二混合料放入开炼机内再次混合,开炼温度为85℃,开炼后的胶体放入切片机进行切片,将切片进行称量并放入相应的模具内,设定厚度为6.7mm,发泡成型后得到瑜伽垫原板,发泡温度控制在170℃。

实施例二,如表2所示,按重量比例称重,20%PVB含量的瑜伽垫发泡配方为:TPE粉料用量6500g,EVA用量9500g,POE树脂用量7000g,粉末橡胶用量9000g,硫酸钡用量55000g,AC发泡剂用量4200g,架桥剂用量600g,硬脂酸锌用量900g,硬脂酸用量350g,PVB用量24000g。首先将作为主料的TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂和作为填料的硫酸钡一起放入密炼机内搅拌并形成第一混合料,随后将作为配合剂的的粉末橡胶、AC发泡剂、架桥剂、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、PVB放入密炼机内与前面的第一混合料进行搅拌混合并形成第二混合料,密炼温度设置在125℃,密炼时间为23min,密炼后得到的第二混合料放入开炼机内再次混合,开炼温度为90℃,开炼后的胶体放入切片机进行切片,将切片进行称量并放入相应的模具内,设定厚度为6.7mm,发泡成型后得到瑜伽垫原板,发泡温度控制在173℃。

实施例三,如表3所示,按重量比例称重,30%PVB含量的瑜伽垫发泡配方为:TPE粉料用量6500g,EVA用量9500g,POE树脂用量7000g,粉末橡胶用量9000g,硫酸钡用量55000g,AC发泡剂用量4200g,架桥剂用量600g,硬脂酸锌用量900g,硬脂酸用量350g,PVB用量40000g。首先将作为主料的TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂和作为填料的硫酸钡一起放入密炼机内搅拌并形成第一混合料,随后将作为配合剂的的粉末橡胶、AC发泡剂、架桥剂、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、PVB放入密炼机内与前面的第一混合料进行搅拌混合并形成第二混合料,密炼温度设置在130℃,密炼时间为25min,密炼后得到的第二混合料放入开炼机内再次混合,开炼温度为95℃,开炼后的胶体放入切片机进行切片,将切片进行称量并放入相应的模具内,设定厚度为6.7mm,发泡成型后得到瑜伽垫原板,发泡温度控制在175℃。

将实施例一至实施例三中得到的加入有PVB的瑜伽垫原板和普通TPE瑜伽垫进行对比,如表4所示,在加入10%~30%的植物纤维后,瑜伽垫的止滑性随着PVB含量的增加而上升,抗拉强度和撕裂强度略微有所下降,但是基本满足使用要求,实施例中的PVB属于可回收物,合理利用PVB可减少资源浪费并且降低生产成本。

图1-图3分别示出了加入10%~30%PVB后的TPE瑜伽垫截面图,图4为现有TPE瑜伽垫的截面图,图中的黑点为发泡孔,可以看出PVB的含量对于发泡孔的数量并没有影响,但是添加PVB后发泡孔的孔径也比原有的TPE瑜伽垫大,加入PVB的TPE瑜伽垫整体的透气性更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种PVB瑜伽垫发泡配方,其特征在于,按重量比例,主要由如下组分组成:占比4.89%~6.28%的TPE粉料、占比7.14%~9.17%的EVA、占比5.26%~6.76%的POE树脂、占比6.76%~8.69%的粉末橡胶、占比41.34%~53.11%的硫酸钡、占比3.16%~4.06%的AC发泡剂、占比0.45%~0.58%的架桥剂、占比0.68%~0.87%的硬脂酸锌、占比0.26%~0.34%的硬脂酸、占比10.14%~30.06%的PVB,其中TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂为主料,硫酸钡为填料,其余组分为配合剂。
2.一种PVB瑜伽垫制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.配料:选取TPE粉料、EVA、POE树脂作为主料,硫酸钡作为填料,粉末橡胶、AC发泡剂、架桥剂、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸、PVB作为配合剂,并按照权利要求1所述的重量比例进行称量;
b.密炼:将步骤a中的主料和填料一起混合后放入密炼机内,随后将各配合剂进行混合并放入密炼机内一起搅拌,主料、填料和配合剂反复剪切破碎并混合均匀;
c.开炼:将步骤b中密炼好的物料倒入开炼机进行开炼,开炼后形成胶体;
d.切片:将开炼好的胶体放入切片机进行切片;
e.发泡成型:按照材料的发泡倍率要求,将步骤d中的切片进行称量并放入相应的模具内,设定发泡机参数,进行充分发泡,发泡成型后的原板进行充分冷却。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种PVB瑜伽垫制备方法,其特征在于:步骤b中,密炼温度控制在120~130℃,密炼时间为20~25min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种PVB瑜伽垫制备方法,其特征在于:步骤c中,开炼温度控制在85~95℃,开炼次数为三次。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种PVB瑜伽垫制备方法,其特征在于:步骤e中,发泡温度控制在170~175℃。
