本发明公开了一种高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂的制备工艺及装置,包括反应釜体(1),所述的反应釜体(1)上侧设有驱动机构(2),驱动机构(2)下侧连接位于反应釜(1)中的搅拌机构(3),反应釜体(1)外侧设有保温套(5),反应釜体(1)和保温套(5)间设有保温腔(6)。它具有搅拌均匀的优点,可以提升乳化效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯整理剂的制备工艺及装置,特别是一种高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂的制备工艺及装置。
背景技术
水性聚氨酯以水为分散介质,具有耐磨、耐脆化,拉伸强度高、不燃、气味小、不污染环境等优点。采用水性聚氨酯整理织物可改善其抗起毛起球性,但整理织物手感较差。氨基硅油具有热稳定性好、耐氧化,耐候,低温性能好,低表面能等优点,氨基硅油整理可以赋予织物良好的柔软性。有机硅改性水性聚氨酯兼具聚氨酯和硅油优点,此类改性为当前聚氨酯材料研究的热点之一。在加工的过程中,需要对得到产品进行乳化,在乳化的过程中,涂料乳化时经常存在搅拌不均匀的现象,部分位置活动性低,造成涂料乳化效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂的制备工艺及装置。它具有搅拌均匀的优点,可以提升乳化效果。
本发明的一种技术方案:高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,在反应釜体中加入以底物质量比计50-70%的聚酯二元醇、30-50%异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及催化剂,升温至60摄氏度,反应1小时得A品;
S2,将A品升温至75摄氏度,并加入端羟基聚醚硅油及扩链剂1,4-丁二醇反应1.5小时,得B品;
S3,将B品降温至0-5摄氏度,加入丙酮调节体系粘度,接着加入三乙胺中和反应30分钟,然后加入乙醇反应40分钟后进行乳化。
前述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置中,包括反应釜体,所述的反应釜体上侧设有驱动机构,驱动机构下侧连接位于反应釜中的搅拌机构,反应釜体外侧设有保温套,反应釜体和保温套间设有保温腔。
前述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置中,所述的驱动机构包括设置于反应釜体上侧的固定座,固定座中部设有竖直设置的往复丝杆,往复丝杆上设有连接搅拌机构的丝杆座。
前述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置中,所述的固定座两侧设有用于对丝杆座限位的导向槽,丝杆座两侧设有与导向槽相对于的滑块。
前述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置中,所述的搅拌机构包括与丝杆座连接的移动座,移动座上设有驱动电机,驱动电机通过竖轴连接搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片上设有带转动叶片的轮盘。移动座上设有与往复丝杆相对应的通孔,移动座上下移动的过程中,往复丝杆不会影响移动座的运动。
前述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置中,所述的转动叶片上开设有倾斜设置的导向孔。
前述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置中,所述的保温套上端设有冷却液进口。
前述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置中,所述的保温腔为螺旋形的保温腔,保温腔内设有与保温腔相对于的加热丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明可以对聚氨酯整理剂进行改性,可以提升织物柔和性;
2、本发明中的驱动机构可以带动搅拌机构作上下周期运动,使搅拌叶片能对反应釜体内上下物料进行搅拌,避免原料发生分层现象,从而提升乳化效果;
3、本发明中搅拌叶片上的转盘可以使搅拌机构在搅拌的过程中,将原料分的更散,使乳化更均匀;
4、本发明保温套可以精准控制反应釜体的温度,使反应能处于最佳温度,提升产品质量,并且可以将反应集合在反应釜体内,精简装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂的制备工艺及装置,构成如图1-2所示,包括以下步骤:
S1,在反应釜体1中加入以底物质量比计50-70%的聚酯二元醇、30-50%异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及催化剂,升温至60摄氏度,反应1小时得A品;
S2,将A品升温至75摄氏度,并加入端羟基聚醚硅油及扩链剂1,4-丁二醇反应1.5小时,得B品;
S3,将B品降温至0-5摄氏度,加入丙酮调节体系粘度,接着加入三乙胺中和反应30分钟,然后加入乙醇反应40分钟后进行乳化。
用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置,包括反应釜体1,所述的反应釜体1上侧设有驱动机构2,驱动机构2下侧连接位于反应釜1中的搅拌机构3,反应釜体1外侧设有保温套5,反应釜体1和保温套5间设有保温腔6。
所述的驱动机构2包括设置于反应釜体1上侧的固定座4,固定座4中部设有竖直设置的往复丝杆7,往复丝杆7上设有连接搅拌机构3的丝杆座8。
所述的固定座4两侧设有用于对丝杆座8限位的导向槽10,丝杆座8两侧设有与导向槽10相对于的滑块11。
所述的搅拌机构3包括与丝杆座8连接的移动座12,移动座12上设有驱动电机13,驱动电机13通过竖轴14连接搅拌轴15,搅拌轴15上设有搅拌叶片16,搅拌叶片16上设有带转动叶片17的轮盘18。
所述的转动叶片17上开设有倾斜设置的导向孔23。
所述的保温套5上端设有冷却液进口19,保温套5下端设有排液口20。
所述的保温腔6为螺旋形的保温腔6,保温腔6内设有与保温腔6相对于的加热丝22。
本发明的工作原理,在乳化前的步骤中需要控制反应釜体1中的温度,反应釜体1内设有温度传感器,在温度传感器检测到反应釜体1温度过高时,通过向冷却液进口19加入冷却液,冷却液可以沿保温腔6流动,使反应釜体1内的温度均匀下降,保温腔6原有液体可以从排液口20排出,实现反应釜体1的快速降温,在需要升高温度时,通过加热丝22实现加热,接着在进行搅拌的过程中,驱动机构2可以实现搅拌机构3上下周期性运动,驱动机构2工作时,电机会驱动往复丝杆7转动,往复丝杆7转动的过程中,会带动丝杆座8沿导向槽10上下运动,导向槽10不仅能对丝杆座8起到导向作用,而且可以限制丝杆座8转动,使丝杆座8能沿往复丝杆7做上下往复运动,驱动机构2能带动搅拌机构3上下运动,使搅拌机构3能对反应釜体1内各个高度的原料进行搅拌,避免分层现象的发生,使乳化效果更好,搅拌机构3搅拌的过程中,搅拌叶片16可以对反应釜体1内的原料进行搅拌,搅拌的过程中,搅拌叶片16转动的过程中,轮盘18上的转动叶片17会发生转动,转动叶片17倾斜设置于轮盘18中,在搅拌叶片16绕搅拌轴15转动的过程中,转动叶片17会发生转动,对乳化原料进行分散,提升乳化效果。

Claims (8)

1.高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1,在反应釜体(1)中加入以底物质量比计50-70%的聚酯二元醇、30-50%异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及催化剂,升温至60摄氏度,反应1小时得A品;
S2,将A品升温至75摄氏度,并加入端羟基聚醚硅油及扩链剂1,4-丁二醇反应1.5小时,得B品;
S3,将B品降温至0-5摄氏度,加入丙酮调节体系粘度,接着加入三乙胺中和反应30分钟,然后加入乙醇反应40分钟后进行乳化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置,其特征在于:包括反应釜体(1),所述的反应釜体(1)上侧设有驱动机构(2),驱动机构(2)下侧连接位于反应釜(1)中的搅拌机构(3),反应釜体(1)外侧设有保温套(5),反应釜体(1)和保温套(5)间设有保温腔(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构(2)包括设置于反应釜体(1)上侧的固定座(4),固定座(4)中部设有竖直设置的往复丝杆(7),往复丝杆(7)上设有连接搅拌机构(3)的丝杆座(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于高柔性水性聚氨酯整理剂制备的装置,其特征在于:所述的固定座(4)两侧设有用于对丝杆座(8)限位的导向槽(10),丝杆座(8)两侧设有与导向槽(10)相对于的滑块(11)。
