Abstract
本发明浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法,包括以下步骤:a:将管廊模块分成七个分段分别安装在浮式生产储卸油装置母体上;b:根据轨道安装精度要求,现场找平并确定在每个分段上的轨道垫板实际厚度;c:将垫块与轨道垫板焊接;d:在轨道垫板上表面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400与特氟龙垫片连接;e:在轨道垫板底部面通过使用粘合剂MM‑metal SS‑steel与分段凹槽内的甲板面连接;f:在轨道底部面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400与特氟龙垫片连接;g:根据轨道安装精度要求,铺设钢轨;h:采用轨道卡子与填充块焊接;i:将垫块和轨道卡子通过螺栓和垫圈连接固定;j:采用物料搬运系统小车在轨道上运行调试。本发明在缩短工程周期的同时也达到降本增效目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法。
背景技术
由于管廊模块(Pipe Rack)各结构分段的安装精度要求远低于轨道安装的精度要求,且考虑到轨道所在空间狭小,遂直接将轨道在分段上焊接这种原始形式不能采纳,因此,亟需一种新型的管廊模块轨道安装方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种解决了轨道安装后精度不可控的技术瓶颈,且安装方便快捷的浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法,包括以下步骤:
a:将管廊模块分成七个分段分别安装在浮式生产储卸油装置母体上;
b:根据轨道安装精度要求,现场找平并确定在每个分段上的轨道垫板实际厚度;
c:将垫块与轨道垫板焊接;
d:在轨道垫板上表面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400与特氟龙垫片连接;
e:在轨道垫板底部面通过使用粘合剂MM-metal SS-steel与分段凹槽内的甲板
面连接;
f:在轨道底部面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400与特氟龙垫片连接;
g:根据轨道安装精度要求,铺设钢轨;
h:采用轨道卡子与填充块焊接;
i:将垫块和轨道卡子通过螺栓和垫圈连接固定;
j:采用物料搬运系统小车在轨道上运行调试。
所述步骤b中,轨道垫板厚度最小为10mm,尺寸为172x272mm。
所述步骤c中,垫块尺寸为19x62x152mm,垫块上设有直径为∅ 18mm的攻丝螺纹孔。
所述步骤d和f中,特氟龙垫片尺寸为2x122x172mm。
所述步骤h中,轨道卡子厚度为10mm,其上开设有直径为∅ 18mm的孔, 填充块尺寸为6x35x140mm。
本发明一种浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法,节省了大量人力、物力,在缩短工程周期的同时也达到降本增效目的;也为后续海工产品奠定坚实基础,此研究成果达到了世界先进水平。
具体实施方式
浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法,管廊模块(Pipe Rack)均由七个分段M181-M187组成,总长232.6m,轨道则平铺于分段甲板的凹槽内,总计使用双排轨道467.86m,为了与小车运行滑轮匹配,轨道使用钢轨(JIS37A 900A);具体包括以下步骤:a:将管廊模块(Pipe Rack)分成七个分段M181-M187分别安装在浮式生产储卸油装置母体上;b:根据轨道安装精度要求,现场找平来确定在每个分段上的轨道垫板实际厚度,并保证垫板厚度最小10mm,尺寸172x272mm;c:将垫块与轨道垫板焊接,垫块尺寸为19x62x152mm,其上开设有直径为∅ 18mm的攻丝螺纹孔;d:在轨道垫板上表面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE7400与特氟龙垫片连接,特氟龙垫片尺寸为2x122x172mm;e:在轨道垫板底部面通过使用粘合剂MM-metal SS-steel与分段凹槽内的甲板面连接;f:在轨道底部面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400与特氟龙垫片连接,特氟龙垫片尺寸为2x122x172mm;g:根据轨道安装精度要求,铺设钢轨;h:采用轨道卡子与填充块焊接,轨道卡子厚度为10mm,其上开设有直径为∅18mm的孔,填充块尺寸为6x35x140mm;i:将垫块和轨道卡子通过螺栓和垫圈连接固定,垫块厚度为19mm,轨道卡子厚度为10mm;j:采用物料搬运(material handling)系统小车在轨道上运行调试;粘合剂PARTITE 7400的技术指标为:混合比例为双组份10:1,粘度R:5500-7500,A:6000-8000,剪切强度为1200-1550,粘合剂MM-metal SS-steel的技术指标为:使用稠度为糊状或液态,完全固化后颜色为灰色,抗压强度(DIN ISO 640)为189MPa,抗拉强度为77 MPa,抗弯曲强度(DIN 53452)为67 MPa,抗拉剪切强度(应用于钢)为30 MPa,布氏硬度(DIN 50351)为32,比通阻为5.6 x1013Ωcm,通阻为7.15 x1011Ω,线性收缩(ASTMD2566)为0.0002362cm/cm,线性膨胀系数(25-45℃)为3.4 x10-6K,温度范围为-150℃-265℃,接触腐蚀(DIN 50900)为完全无腐蚀,电化学腐蚀为无,密度(混合组份)为2.64 g/cm3,轨道安装精度的轨道公差要求为轨道直线度,公差≤1.0mm,轨道间距,公差≤3.0mm,轨道高度差,公差≤2.0mm,轨道对接处,公差≤0. 2 mm,轨道水平度,公差≤1.0mm,轨道倾斜度为0.2%,本发明的浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法,安装轨道用轨道卡子,采用自制可拆形式,不需采购降低公司成本;钢轨底部与特氟龙垫片通过粘合剂连接,极大的增加了轨道的缓冲力与耐摩擦力;钢材与特氟龙采用粘合剂固定:使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400来粘结特氟龙与钢材,PARTITE 7400为双组分(10:1)丙烯酸酯结构胶,专业设计用于粘接低表面能塑料类材料,可用作特氟龙与钢材之间的粘结;用于钢轨底面与特氟龙垫板的粘结;用于钢轨垫板与特氟龙垫板的粘结;上下两块特氟龙垫板之间不粘结,优点是粘接作业表面无需使用底涂剂或其他任何表面处理,优良的耐温性能、防水性能以及耐湿热性能,耐冲击、耐剥离、操作方便;通过调整底部垫板厚度来控制钢轨安装时的水平精度,且底部垫板与模块结构使用粘合剂连接,不需动火焊接;钢材与钢材采用粘合剂固定:使用粘合剂MM-metal SS-steel来粘结钢板,MM-SS钢为双组份产品,与黄色固化剂配比(20:1)使用,是一种用于修复钢铁材料的合金类聚合金属,在修复细小的金属材料缺损时,其所含金属材料表现出非常出色的质量标准,可用作钢材与钢材之间的粘结,使用位置:用于钢轨垫板与船体结构的粘结;优点耐化学性能、不涉及动火、施工简单。
Claims (1)
1.一种浮式生产储卸油装置管廊模块轨道安装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a:将管廊模块分成七个分段分别安装在浮式生产储卸油装置母体上;
b:根据轨道安装精度要求,现场找平并确定在每个分段上的轨道垫板实际厚度,轨道垫板厚度最小为10mm,尺寸为172x272mm;
c:将垫块与轨道垫板焊接,垫块尺寸为19x62x152mm,垫块上设有直径为∅ 18mm的攻丝螺纹孔;
d:在轨道垫板上表面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400与特氟龙垫片连接,特氟龙垫片尺寸为2x122x172mm;
e:在轨道垫板底部面通过使用粘合剂MM-metal SS-steel与分段凹槽内的甲板面连接;
f:在轨道底部面通过使用粘合剂PARTITE 7400与特氟龙垫片连接,特氟龙垫片尺寸为2x122x172mm;
g:根据轨道安装精度要求,铺设钢轨;
h:采用轨道卡子与填充块焊接,轨道卡子厚度为10mm,其上开设有直径为∅ 18mm的孔,填充块尺寸为6x35x140mm;
i:将垫块和轨道卡子通过螺栓和垫圈连接固定;
j:采用物料搬运系统小车在轨道上运行调试。
