Abstract
本发明属于改性沥青防水卷材领域,公开了一种铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材和防水系统及制备方法和应用。所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材包括依次设置的上覆面隔离材料层、上表面改性沥青涂盖层、中间增强体层、下表面改性沥青涂盖层和下覆面增强层;所述上覆面隔离材料层包括上覆面隔离膜和设于所述上覆面隔离膜一端的搭接边膜;所述下覆面增强层为无纺布。本发明的改性沥青防水卷材具有优异的拉伸性能,超强的撕裂性能,较强的抗穿孔性能,并且能与涂料层达到满毡复合,形成高强度、耐撕裂、抗穿刺的新型“一卷一布一涂”防水系统。

技术领域
本发明属于改性沥青防水卷材领域,具体地,涉及一种铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法、防水系统及其施工方法。
背景技术
高聚物改性沥青防水卷材是一种以沥青为主体防水材料,并在沥青中加入SBS、IPP、APAO等改性剂,改善沥青的高温抗流淌性能和低温抗脆裂性能,得到改性沥青,然后将改性沥青涂敷于聚酯胎、玻纤胎或玻纤增强聚酯胎等中间层胎体的上下表面,并再覆隔离材料,卷曲制成的防水卷材。其中,中间层胎体起到沥青卷材骨架作用,赋予沥青卷材较高的抗拉强度和最大拉伸强度延伸率。
中间层胎体的强度随着胎基的纤维量、厚度的提升而提升,目前常用最厚的聚酯胎其规格为310g/㎡,继续增加厚度会影响胎基的浸透,影响中间层密实性,以及影响中间层的防水功能。
以屋面防水为例,对于重要建筑防水工程,要达到I级防水,必须有二道防水材料设防,现在可选的方案主要为卷材+卷材、卷材+沥青涂料、涂料+增强层+涂料三种方案。
卷材+卷材方案具有双层保护,为最强组合方案,然而由于沥青卷材较高的耐热性能,卷材无论热熔施工还是自粘施工,卷材与基层的满粘施工均存在一定严格条件限制,实现困难。
卷材+沥青涂料方案,沥青涂料层缺少抗变形强度。
涂料+增强层+涂料方案,具有优异的抗变形能力,但操作麻烦,施工周期太长。
卷材与聚氨酯涂料复合施工方案,由于主体材料分子结构差异较大,粘接效果差,无法满足复合施工使用质量要求。
因此,为解决目前的防水系统难以达到Ⅰ级防水等级的问题,亟待提出一种新型的改性沥青防水卷材和防水系统及制备方法和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法、防水系统及其施工方法。本发明的改性沥青防水卷材具有优异的拉伸性能,超强的撕裂性能,较强的抗穿孔性能,并且能与涂料层达到满毡复合,形成高强度、耐撕裂、抗穿刺的新型“一卷一布一涂”防水系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提供了一种铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,该防水卷材包括依次设置的上覆面隔离材料层、上表面改性沥青涂盖层、中间增强体层、下表面改性沥青涂盖层和下覆面增强层,所述下覆面增强层为无纺布;所述无纺布为聚丙烯无纺布;所述无纺布的纤维丝直径为1-10μm,纤维铺网量按重量计规格为50-250g;纵横向断裂强度≥5kN/m;纵横向断裂伸长率≥60%;顶破强力≥1.0KN;纵横向撕破强力≥250N;
该方法包括如下步骤:
S1:制备所述中间增强体层;
S2:将所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料分别涂覆在所述中间增强体层的上、下表面,经冷却得到覆改性沥青增强体层;
S3:将所述上覆面隔离膜覆于所述覆改性沥青增强体层的上表面,并将所述搭接边膜设于所述上覆面隔离膜的一端;将所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面进行吸水和吹干处理,并将依次经展开、烘干和表面活化处理后的下覆面增强层黏贴于所述经吸水和吹干处理后的覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面,得到改性沥青卷材前驱物;
S4:将所述改性沥青卷材前驱物依次经辊冷却定型、传送打包机收卷和裁断处理,得到所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。
本发明第二方面提供了一种防水系统,该防水系统包括涂料层和所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法制备的高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。
本发明第三方面提供了所述的防水系统的施工方法,该方法包括:将所述涂料层涂刷于基层的表面,将所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材覆有下覆面增强层的一面覆于所述涂料层上,得到所述防水系统。
本发明的技术方案具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的下覆面增强层由无纺布取代常规卷材的聚乙烯膜隔离材料,可大幅提升卷材拉伸强度、撕裂强度、抗穿孔性,且该铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材结构可实现与涂料层复合应用施工,非固化涂料可浸透下覆面增强层,然后固化形成防水系统,打造出一种高强度、耐撕裂、抗穿刺的新型的“一卷一布一涂”防水系统。
(2)本发明的防水系统在施工应用过程中简便,快捷,施工效率高,可实现一遍施工成型,达到I级防水等级要求,施工节约人工成本,且冷粘施工,安全环保、节约能耗。
(3)本发明的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法涉及下覆面增强层的开卷、烘干、表面活化处理工艺,保证下覆面增强层无纺布与下表面改性沥青涂盖层的粘接,且下覆面增强层无纺布纤维丝间相互粘结作用,更有利于与涂料层复合应用施工的亲润粘接。
(4)本发明的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的应用施工环境适用性强,可应用于屋面Ⅰ级防水工程、地下室底板预铺反粘防水系统,更适用于重要防水工程项目,特别是铁路、桥隧等防水工程。

该方法包括如下步骤:
S1:制备所述中间增强体层;
S2:将所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料分别涂覆在所述中间增强体层的上、下表面,经冷却得到覆改性沥青增强体层;
S3:将所述上覆面隔离膜覆于所述覆改性沥青增强体层的上表面,并将所述搭接边膜设于所述上覆面隔离膜的一端;将所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面进行吸水和吹干处理,并将依次经展开、烘干和表面活化处理后的下覆面增强层黏贴于所述经吸水和吹干处理后的覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面,得到改性沥青卷材前驱物;

本发明中,所述下覆面增强层由包括以下步骤的方法制得:将聚丙烯原料经高温熔喷、铺网和热轧成型,得到所述下覆面增强层。
根据本发明,优选地,所述上覆面隔离材料层包括上覆面隔离膜和设于所述上覆面隔离膜一端的搭接边膜。
根据本发明,优选地,所述上覆面隔离膜选自聚乙烯膜、细砂或矿物粒料,优选为聚乙烯膜,所述聚乙烯膜的软化点为100-115℃。
根据本发明,优选地,所述搭接边膜选自聚乙烯膜。
根据本发明,优选地,所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和/或下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料为高聚物改性沥青料。
根据本发明,优选地,所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的厚度为0.4-1.2mm,所述下表面改性沥青涂盖层的厚度为1.0-2.5mm。
在本发明中,所述高聚物改性沥青料选用本领域熟知的可起到防水作用的高聚物改性沥青料,作为优选方案:
所述高聚物改性沥青料可以是专利申请号为CN201710530722.1或CN201611120659.6所述的高聚物改性沥青料。
所述高聚物改性沥青料也可以是包括以下组分的高聚物改性沥青料:石油沥青60-65重量份,SBS 8-14重量份,SIS 3-5重量份,增粘树脂3-5重量份,交联剂3-5重量份,抗老化剂3-5重量份和无机填料5-15重量份;其中,高聚物改性沥青料由包括以下步骤的方法制得:将所述石油沥青加热到160-165℃,然后将加热后的石油沥青与所述SBS和所述SIS均匀混合,所述SBS和所述SIS在所述石油沥青内的溶胀时间为10-15min,然后在185-195℃下,均化1.5-2h,得到第一混合物;在180-190℃下,将所述第一混合物、所述增粘树脂和所述交联剂混合搅拌30-50min,得到第二混合物;将所述第二混合物与所述抗老化剂混合搅拌10-20min,得到第三混合物;将所述第三混合物和所述无机填料混合搅拌50-60min,得到所述高聚物改性沥青料;

根据本发明,优选地,所述中间增强体层的厚度为1.0-1.6mm,克重为200-310g/m2。
根据本发明,优选地,在步骤S1中,
所述中间增强体层的制备方法包括:将所述胎基依次经展开、烘干、预浸和挤干处理,得到所述中间增强体层;
所述烘干处理采用电磁加热空气传导加热方式,烘干温度为180-190℃;
所述预浸处理的方法包括:将烘干后的胎基浸入预浸池,使所述烘干后的胎基浸透预浸沥青;所述预浸处理的温度为180-200℃,所述预浸沥青(180℃)的粘度为6-12dPa·S。
在本发明中,利用所述挤干处理挤干多余的浸渍沥青。
根据本发明,优选地,在步骤S2中,
将所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料分别涂覆在所述中间增强体层的上、下表面所利用的装置包括涂油池;
所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料的覆膜温度和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料的覆膜温度各自独立地为165-185℃;
所述冷却的方式为循环水冷却,进行所述冷却的装置包括冷却水床,所述冷却的温度为30-60℃。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,将所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料分别涂覆在所述中间增强体层的上、下表面后,将其放入冷却水床中进行冷却。
根据本发明,优选地,在步骤S3中,
所述上覆面隔离膜的覆膜温度为90-100℃;
所述吸水处理的装置为PU海绵吸水辊,所述PU海绵吸水辊的长度为1-1.1m,直径为5-15cm;

本实施例提供一种防水系统,如图2所示,该防水系统包括涂料层8和实施例1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7。
所述涂料层8为高强橡胶沥青涂料层,所述高强橡胶沥青涂料层的高强橡胶沥青涂料为HAC高强橡胶沥青涂料。所述高强橡胶沥青涂料层的厚度为1.3-1.7mm。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种防水系统,如图2所示,该防水系统包括涂料层8和实施例3所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7。
所述涂料层8为聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层的聚氨酯为SPU311聚氨酯。所述聚氨酯层的厚度为1.3-1.7mm。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,如图3所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
S1:制备所述中间增强体层4:将所述胎基展开、采用电磁加热空气传导加热方式烘干、再将烘干后的胎基浸入预浸池,使所述烘干后的胎基浸透预浸沥青、再经挤干处理,挤干多余的浸渍沥青,得到所述中间增强体层4;
所述烘干的温度为185℃;
所述预浸处理的温度为190℃,所述预浸沥青的粘度(180℃)为10dPa·S。
S2:将所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层3的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层5的涂盖料分别涂覆在所述中间增强体层4的上、下表面,然后将其放入冷却水床中进行冷却,得到覆改性沥青增强体层;

S3:将所述上覆面隔离膜1覆于所述覆改性沥青增强体层的上表面,并将所述搭接边膜2设于所述上覆面隔离膜1的一端;将所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面进行吸水和吹干处理,并将依次经展开、烘干和表面活化处理后的下覆面增强层6黏贴于所述经吸水和吹干处理后的覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面,得到改性沥青卷材前驱物;
所述上覆面隔离膜1的覆膜温度为90℃;
所述吸水处理的装置为PU海绵吸水辊,所述PU海绵吸水辊的长度为1.1m,直径为10cm;
所述吹干处理的方法为风刀吹扫工艺,所述风刀吹扫工艺的装置包括高压鼓风机和风刀,所述风刀的宽度为1.1m,所述风刀的缝宽为2mm,所述风刀与所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面运行方向的夹角为25°,所述风刀与所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面的面距为1cm;
烘干处理采用电磁加热空气传导加热方式,烘干温度为85℃;
所述表面活化处理的方法包括:将无溶剂单组份胶水喷涂在经烘干处理后的下覆面增强层6的朝向所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面的面;所述无溶剂单组份胶水为MDI-100(4,4’-MDI)预聚体;
所述依次经展开、烘干和表面活化处理后的下覆面增强层6的覆膜温度为75℃。
在步骤S1和步骤S3中,所述展开处理的阻尼驱动频率与铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法的整个生产线频率保持同步。
S4:将所述改性沥青卷材前驱物依次经辊冷却定型、传送打包机收卷和裁断处理,得到所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种防水系统的施工方法,该方法包括:将所述HAC高强橡胶沥青涂料热至120℃熔融为液态,涂刷于平整、洁净、干燥的基层9的表面,将所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7覆有下覆面增强层6的一面辊贴于所述HAC高强橡胶沥青涂料层上,因所述HAC高强橡胶沥青涂料散热,所以涂覆温度为100℃,随着所述HAC高强橡胶沥青涂料的不断涂刷,所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7紧跟着及时铺贴,所述HAC高强橡胶沥青涂料不断浸透所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7的下覆面增强层6并充满所述下覆面增强层6,24h后,所述HAC高强橡胶沥青涂料完全冷却,与所述下覆面增强层6形成带有增强层的防水涂料层,防水涂料层与覆改性沥青增强体层紧密连接为整体,得到所述防水系统。
实施例8
本实施例提供一种防水系统的施工方法,该方法包括:将所述SPU311聚氨酯的两组分按比例混合,搅拌均匀后,涂刷于平整、洁净、干燥的基层9的表面,将所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7覆有下覆面增强层6的一面辊贴于所述SPU311聚氨酯层上,所以涂覆温度为25℃,随着所述SPU311聚氨酯的不断涂刷,所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7紧跟着及时铺贴,所述SPU311聚氨酯不断浸透所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7的下覆面增强层6并充满所述下覆面增强层6,24h后,所述SPU311聚氨酯完全冷却,与所述下覆面增强层6形成带有增强层的防水涂料层,防水涂料层与覆改性沥青增强体层紧密连接为整体,得到所述防水系统。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种高聚物改性沥青防水卷材,相比于实施例1,不同之处在于:
所述下覆面增强层6为聚乙烯膜。
所述高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法与实施例6相同;
由本对比例构成的防水系统的制备方法与实施例8相同。
测试例
本测试例对实施例1、2、3的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7和对比例1的高聚物改性沥青防水卷材进行物理和应用性能测试,其中:拉伸性能参照GB/T328.8来进行评价,撕裂强度参照TB/T2965-2018,抗穿刺强度按CJ/T234-2006中附录B来进行评价,结果如表1所示;实施例1、2、3的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7和对比例1的高聚物改性沥青防水卷材与高强橡胶沥青涂料层或聚氨酯层复合形成的防水系统与基层的粘接强度按GB/T23457-2017检测方法进行评价,结果如表2所示。

通过比较表1可知,实施例1、2、3的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7较对比例1的普通高聚物改性沥青防水卷材,其拉伸性能,撕裂强度和抗穿刺强度均有所提升;通过比较表2可知,实施例1、2、3的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材7与高强橡胶沥青涂料层或聚氨酯层形成的防水系统与基层的粘接强度优于下覆面增强层为普通聚乙烯膜的卷材。结合表1和表2可知,利用无纺布作为下覆面增强层6可提升改性沥青防水卷材的物理性能,施工方面适用性更佳,可解决改性沥青防水卷材施工中可能存在被硬物硌伤以及被钢筋刺穿、划破风险,本发明的“一卷一布一涂”防水系统解决了现有技术的防水系统难以达到Ⅰ级防水等级的问题。

Claims (16)
1.一种铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,该防水卷材包括依次设置的上覆面隔离材料层、上表面改性沥青涂盖层、中间增强体层、下表面改性沥青涂盖层和下覆面增强层,所述上覆面隔离材料层包括上覆面隔离膜和设于所述上覆面隔离膜一端的搭接边膜;所述下覆面增强层为无纺布;所述无纺布为聚丙烯无纺布;所述无纺布的纤维丝直径为1-10μm,纤维铺网量按重量计规格为50-250g;
所述下表面改性沥青涂盖层的厚度为1.8-2.5mm;
所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料为高聚物改性沥青料;
所述高聚物改性沥青料包括:石油沥青60-65重量份,SBS 8-14重量份,SIS 3-5重量份,增粘树脂3-5重量份,交联剂3-5重量份,抗老化剂3-5重量份和无机填料5-15重量份;所述抗老化剂为HMD;所述无机填料为煤矸石粉,所述无机填料的目数为200目;
该方法包括如下步骤:
S1:制备所述中间增强体层;
S2:将所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料分别涂覆在所述中间增强体层的上、下表面,经冷却得到覆改性沥青增强体层;
S3:将所述上覆面隔离膜覆于所述覆改性沥青增强体层的上表面,并将所述搭接边膜设于所述上覆面隔离膜的一端;将所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面进行吸水和吹干处理,并将依次经展开、烘干和表面活化处理后的下覆面增强层黏贴于所述经吸水和吹干处理后的覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面,得到改性沥青卷材前驱物;
所述表面活化处理的方法包括:将无溶剂单组份胶水喷涂在经烘干处理后的下覆面增强层的朝向所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面的面;所述无溶剂单组份胶水为MDI-100(4,4’-MDI)预聚体;
S4:将所述改性沥青卷材前驱物依次经辊冷却定型、传送打包机收卷和裁断处理,得到所述高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,
所述上覆面隔离膜选自聚乙烯膜、细砂或矿物粒料;
所述搭接边膜选自聚乙烯膜;
所述中间增强体层的胎基为聚酯胎;所述中间增强体层的厚度为1.0-1.6mm,克重为200-310g/m2;
所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的厚度为0.4-1.2mm;
所述高聚物改性沥青料由包括以下步骤的方法制得:将所述石油沥青加热到160-165℃,然后将加热后的石油沥青与所述SBS和所述SIS均匀混合,所述SBS和所述SIS在所述石油沥青内的溶胀时间为10-15min,然后在185-195℃下,均化1.5-2h,得到第一混合物;在180-190℃下,将所述第一混合物、所述增粘树脂和所述交联剂混合搅拌30-50min,得到第二混合物;将所述第二混合物与所述抗老化剂混合搅拌10-20min,得到第三混合物;将所述第三混合物和所述无机填料混合搅拌50-60min,得到所述高聚物改性沥青料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,
所述石油沥青为AH90沥青。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,
所述增粘树脂为C9增粘树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,
所述交联剂为二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯。
6.根据权利要求2所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,
所述上覆面隔离膜为聚乙烯膜,所述聚乙烯膜的软化点为100-115℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,
所述中间增强体层的胎基为纵向加筋聚酯胎。
8.根据权利要求1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,在步骤S1中,
所述中间增强体层的制备方法包括:将所述胎基依次经展开、烘干、预浸和挤干处理,得到所述中间增强体层;
所述烘干处理采用电磁加热空气传导加热方式,烘干温度为180-190℃;
所述预浸处理的方法包括:将烘干后的胎基浸入预浸池,使所述烘干后的胎基浸透预浸沥青;所述预浸处理的温度为180-200℃,所述预浸沥青的粘度为6-12dPa·S。
9.根据权利要求1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,在步骤S2中,
将所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料分别涂覆在所述中间增强体层的上、下表面所利用的装置包括涂油池;
所述上表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料的覆膜温度和下表面改性沥青涂盖层的涂盖料的覆膜温度各自独立地为165-185℃;
所述冷却的方式为循环水冷却,进行所述冷却的装置包括冷却水床,所述冷却的温度为30-60℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其中,在步骤S3中,
所述上覆面隔离膜的覆膜温度为90-100℃;
所述吸水处理的装置为PU海绵吸水辊,所述PU海绵吸水辊的长度为1-1.1m,直径为5-15cm;
所述吹干处理的方法为风刀吹扫工艺,所述风刀吹扫工艺的装置包括高压鼓风机和风刀,所述风刀的宽度为1-1.1m,所述风刀的缝宽为1-5mm,所述风刀与所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面运行方向的夹角为20-40°,所述风刀与所述覆改性沥青增强体层的下表面的面距为1-3cm;
步骤S3的烘干处理采用电磁加热空气传导加热方式,烘干温度为80-100℃;
所述依次经展开、烘干和表面活化处理后的下覆面增强层的覆膜温度为70-100℃。
11.一种防水系统,其特征在于,该防水系统包括涂料层和权利要求1-10所述的铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法制备的高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。
12.根据权利要求11所述的防水系统,其中,所述涂料层为高强橡胶沥青涂料层或聚氨酯层,所述高强橡胶沥青涂料层为熔融成液态的高强橡胶沥青涂料层。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的防水系统的施工方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:将所述涂料层涂刷于基层的表面,将所述铁路高强型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材覆有下覆面增强层的一面覆于所述涂料层上,得到所述防水系统;
14.根据权利要求13所述的防水系统的施工方法,其中,所述涂料层的涂覆温度为25-100℃。
15.根据权利要求13所述的防水系统的施工方法,其中,所述涂料层的厚度为1.3-1.7mm。
16.根据权利要求13所述的防水系统的施工方法,其中,所述基层为混凝土层。
