The invention provides a nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea and a preparation method and application thereof. The jujube and walnut with the effects of enriching the blood and soothing the nerves are added into the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea; buckwheat with the functions of promoting qi circulation, promoting digestion and promoting digestion is added; bulbus Lilii with heart fire clearing away and tranquilizing effects is added; flos Rosae Rugosae with effects of regulating qi-flowing, resolving stagnation, and removing blood stasis is added; polygala tenuifolia which has the effects of soothing the nerves and benefiting intelligence, Chinese angelica which has the effects of enriching and activating blood, peach kernel and hawthorn which have the effects of activating blood and dissolving stasis are added, and all the components in the tea have the effects of enriching the blood and soothing the nerves, regulating qi and relieving depression and activating blood and dissolving stasis together under the synergistic action, so that the insomnia is improved, the insomnia patient can fall asleep quickly, and the sleep quality is improved. Detailed Description
The invention provides nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20-25 parts of jujube powder, preferably 21-24 parts, and more preferably 22.5 parts;
15-20 parts of walnut powder, preferably 16-19 parts, and further preferably 17.5 parts;
10-14 parts of buckwheat, preferably 11-13 parts of buckwheat, and more preferably 12 parts of buckwheat;
8-12 parts of lily, preferably 9-11 parts of lily, and more preferably 10 parts of lily;
8-12 parts of rose, preferably 9-11 parts, and more preferably 10 parts;
2-6 parts of angelica, preferably 3-5 parts, and more preferably 4 parts;
2-6 parts of polygala tenuifolia, preferably 3-5 parts, and more preferably 4 parts;
1-4 parts of peach kernel, preferably 2-3 parts, and more preferably 2.5 parts;
2-5 parts of hawthorn, preferably 3-4 parts, and more preferably 3.5 parts.
In the invention, the particle sizes of the jujube powder and the walnut powder are 0.1-0.2 mm independently, and preferably 0.15 mm. The jujube powder comprises jujube pulp and jujube pit; the walnut powder is prepared from walnut kernels.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing buckwheat, lily, rose, angelica, polygala tenuifolia, peach kernel and hawthorn with water, decocting for 1-3 times to obtain a decoction, and concentrating the decoction to a paste with a relative density of 1.2-1.3 at 60 ℃ to obtain clear paste;
(2) and mixing the clear paste with the Chinese date powder and the walnut powder, granulating, and drying to obtain the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea.
In the invention, the mass ratio of the total mass of the buckwheat, the lily, the rose, the angelica, the polygala tenuifolia, the peach kernel and the hawthorn to the water is 1 g: 3-5 mL, preferably 1 g: 4 mL. In the present invention, the number of times of decoction is preferably 2; the time for each decoction is 1-1.5 h, preferably 1.25 h; the concentrated decoction preferably has a relative density of 1.25.
In the invention, the drying is hot air drying; the temperature of the hot air drying is 70-80 ℃, and preferably 75 ℃; the time for drying by hot air is 3-4 h, preferably 3.5 h.
The invention also provides application of the nerve-soothing sleep-aiding tea in preparation of health-care food or medicine for preventing or treating insomnia.
The invention also provides application of the nerve-soothing sleep-aiding tea prepared by the preparation method in preparation of health-care food or medicine for preventing or treating insomnia.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Crushing the Chinese dates and the date pits together, and grinding the crushed Chinese dates and the date pits into powder with the particle size of 0.1mm to obtain Chinese date powder;
grinding walnut kernel to powder with the particle size of 0.1mm to obtain walnut powder.
100g of buckwheat, 120g of lily, 80g of rose, 40g of angelica, 60g of polygala tenuifolia, 10g of peach kernel, 30g of hawthorn and 1.76kg of water are mixed and decocted for 2 times, and the decocting time is 1 hour each time. Mixing the two decoctions, and concentrating the decoction to obtain paste with relative density of 1.3 at 60 deg.C to obtain fluid extract. Mixing 200g of jujube powder and 180g of walnut powder in a granulator, granulating, placing in a 70 ℃ oven, and drying for 3.5h to obtain the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea.
Example 2
Crushing the Chinese dates and the date pits together, and grinding the crushed Chinese dates and the date pits into powder with the particle size of 0.2mm to obtain Chinese date powder;
grinding semen Juglandis to powder with particle diameter of 0.2mm to obtain semen Juglandis powder.
140g of buckwheat, 100g of lily, 120g of rose, 20g of angelica, 40g of polygala tenuifolia, 40g of peach kernel, 50g of hawthorn and 2.55kg of water are mixed and decocted for 1 time, and the decocting time is 1.5 h. Concentrating the decoction to paste with relative density of 1.2 at 60 deg.C to obtain fluid extract. Mixing 250g of jujube powder and 150g of walnut powder in a granulator, granulating, placing in an oven at 80 ℃, and drying for 3h to obtain the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea.
Example 3
Crushing the Chinese dates and the date pits together, and grinding the crushed Chinese dates and the date pits into powder with the particle size of 0.1mm to obtain Chinese date powder;
grinding semen Juglandis to powder with particle diameter of 0.2mm to obtain semen Juglandis powder.
120g of buckwheat, 80g of lily, 100g of rose, 60g of angelica, 20g of polygala tenuifolia, 20g of peach kernel, 20g of hawthorn and 1.26kg of water are mixed and decocted for 3 times, and the decocting time is 1 hour each time. Mixing the three decoctions, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract with relative density of 1.3 at 60 deg.C. Mixing and granulating 200g of jujube powder and 200g of walnut powder in a granulator, placing in a 70 ℃ oven, and drying for 4h to obtain the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea.
Experimental example 1
25 healthy Kunming mice were selected, the average body weight was 20g, and the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, i.e., example 1 group, example 2 group, example 3 group, blank control group, and positive control group, and each group had 5 mice. Example 1 group was fed daily with 0.1mL of tea drink prepared from the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea of example 1; example 2 groups are fed with 0.1mL of tea drink prepared by the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea of example 2 every day; example 3 groups were fed daily with 0.1mL of tea beverage prepared from the tranquilizing and sleep-aiding tea of example 3; feeding 0.1mL of physiological saline into a blank control group every day; the positive control group was fed with 0.1mL of the sedative-brain-invigorating solution produced by Guangzhou Baiyunshan Star group (pharmaceutical industry) GmbH daily. And (3) continuously feeding for 5d, respectively placing each group of mice into a box with an autonomic activity recorder 30min after the administration of the 5d, and continuously recording the average autonomic activity times of each group of mice for 5min by using the autonomic activity recorder after the mice are suitable for 2 min. The results are shown in Table 1.
The preparation method of the tea beverage of the group of the embodiment 1-3 comprises the following steps: 1g of the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea of each example is dissolved in 100mL of water respectively to obtain a tea beverage.

Table 1 shows that the number of autonomous activities of mice taking the mind-tranquilizing sleep-aiding tea of the present invention is reduced compared with that of mice in the blank control group and the positive control group, which indicates that the mind-tranquilizing sleep-aiding tea of the present invention has an effect of reducing the number of autonomous activities of mice.
Experimental example 2
25 healthy Kunming mice were selected, the average body weight was 20g, and the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, i.e., example 1 group, example 2 group, example 3 group, blank control group, and positive control group, and each group had 5 mice. Example 1 group was fed daily with 0.1mL of tea drink prepared from the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea of example 1; example 2 groups are fed with 0.1mL of tea drink prepared by the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea of example 2 every day; example 3 groups were fed daily with 0.1mL of tea beverage prepared from the tranquilizing and sleep-aiding tea of example 3; feeding 0.1mL of physiological saline into a blank control group every day; the positive control group was fed with 0.1mL of the sedative-brain-invigorating solution produced by Guangzhou Baiyunshan Star group (pharmaceutical industry) GmbH daily. And (3) continuously feeding for 3d, injecting 50mg/kg of sodium pentobarbital into the abdominal cavity of each group of mice 30min after the 3d administration, and recording the sleep duration of the mice (taking disappearance of the resetting reflex as the sleep-in time and the time from disappearance of the resetting reflex to restoration as the sleep duration). The results are reported in Table 2.
The tea beverages of examples 1 to 3 were prepared according to the method of experimental example 1.

Table 2 shows that the sleep time of the mice taking the tranquilizing and sleep-aiding tea of the present invention is longer than that of the blank control group and the positive control group, which indicates that the tranquilizing and sleep-aiding tea of the present invention can prolong the sleep time of the mice.
Experimental example 3
50 healthy Kunming mice with half weight of each male and female and 20g average weight are selected, and 5 of the healthy Kunming mice are randomly selected as a blank control group. The other 45 mice are subjected to molding treatment, and the molding method comprises the following steps: injecting 120mg/kg D-galactose to the back of each mouse every day, continuously injecting for 5 weeks, injecting 300mg/kg chlorphenylalanine PCPA to the abdominal cavity of each mouse while injecting on the last day, and selecting the mouse with the circadian rhythm disappeared, frequent activity in the daytime and the total sleep time less than 5h in 28h as the successfully modeled mouse. 30 mice are successfully modeled after 45 mice are modeled, 25 mice in the successfully modeled mice are randomly selected and randomly divided into an example 1 group, an example 2 group, an example 3 group, a positive control group and a model control group, and each group comprises 5 mice. Example 1 the group was fed daily with 0.1mL of tea drink prepared from the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea of example 1; example 2 groups are fed with 0.1mL of tea drink prepared by the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea of example 2 every day; example 3 groups were fed daily with 0.1mL of tea beverage prepared from the tranquilizing and sleep-aiding tea of example 3; feeding 0.1mL of physiological saline into the blank control group and the model control group every day; the positive control group was fed with 0.1mL of the sedative-brain-invigorating solution produced by Guangzhou Baiyunshan Star group (pharmaceutical industry) GmbH daily. And (3) continuously feeding for 5d, respectively placing each group of mice in a box with an autonomic activity recorder 30min after the administration of the 5d, and continuously recording the average autonomic activity times of each group of mice for 5min by using the autonomic activity recorder after the mice are suitable for 2 min. The results are shown in Table 3.
The tea beverages of examples 1 to 3 were prepared according to the method of experimental example 1.

Table 3 shows that the number of times of autonomous activity of the mice fed with the tranquilizing sleep-aiding tea of the present invention is significantly reduced compared to the number of times of activity of the mice of the model control group, and the number of times of activity of the mice of the positive control group is also reduced. The nerve-soothing and sleep-helping tea can improve the activity times of the insomnia mice.
After the independent activity of each group of mice is detected, cervical vertebrae are removed and the mice are killed, medulla oblongata is quickly cut at the position of the occipital bone, skull is removed, brain tissue is completely exposed, the brain tissue is taken out, the brains are separated out, blood is washed off, after weighing, the mice are centrifuged for 10min at 3000rpm, supernatant is taken, and the ELISA kit is used for detecting the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HT and gamma-aminobutyric acid in the brain tissue of each group of mice. The results are shown in Table 4.

Table 4 shows that the 5-HT content in the brain tissue of the mouse fed with the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea is obviously increased compared with that of a model control group, and the content difference between the brain tissue of the mouse and a blank control group is not large; after being fed with the nerve-soothing sleep-aiding tea, the content of gamma-aminobutyric acid in the brain tissue of a mouse is obviously reduced compared with that of a model control group, and the content difference between the brain tissue of the mouse and that of a blank control group is not large. The nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea can improve the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HT and gamma-aminobutyric acid in the brain tissue of an insomnia mouse, so that the insomnia state is completely changed.
From the above embodiments, the invention provides a nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea, and a preparation method and application thereof. The components in the nerve-soothing sleep-aiding tea disclosed by the invention act together, so that the effects of replenishing blood, soothing nerves, regulating qi, resolving depression, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are exerted, and the contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HT and gamma-aminobutyric acid in insomnia patients can be fundamentally improved, so that the insomnia is thoroughly improved.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
20-25 parts of Chinese date powder, 15-20 parts of walnut powder, 10-14 parts of buckwheat, 8-12 parts of lily, 8-12 parts of rose, 2-6 parts of angelica, 2-6 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 1-4 parts of peach kernel and 2-5 parts of hawthorn.
2. The nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
21-24 parts of Chinese date powder, 16-19 parts of walnut powder, 11-13 parts of buckwheat, 9-11 parts of lily, 9-11 parts of rose, 3-5 parts of angelica, 3-5 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 2-3 parts of peach kernel and 3-4 parts of hawthorn.
3. The nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea as claimed in claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
22.5 parts of Chinese date powder, 17.5 parts of walnut powder, 12 parts of buckwheat, 10 parts of lily, 10 parts of rose, 4 parts of angelica, 4 parts of polygala root, 2.5 parts of peach kernel and 3.5 parts of hawthorn.
4. A nerve soothing and sleep aiding tea as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the particle sizes of the jujube powder and the walnut powder are 0.1 to 0.2mm independently.
5. The preparation method of the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing buckwheat, lily, rose, angelica, polygala tenuifolia, peach kernel and hawthorn with water, decocting for 1-3 times to obtain a decoction, and concentrating the decoction to a paste with a relative density of 1.2-1.3 at 60 ℃ to obtain clear paste;
(2) and mixing the clear paste, the Chinese date powder and the walnut powder, granulating, and drying to obtain the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea.
6. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the mass ratio of the total mass of the buckwheat, the lily, the rose, the angelica, the polygala tenuifolia, the peach kernel and the hawthorn to the water is 1 g: 3-5 mL.
7. The preparation method of claim 6, wherein the time for each decoction is 1-1.5 hours.
8. The production method according to claim 7, wherein the drying is hot air drying;
the temperature of the hot air drying is 70-80 ℃;
and the hot air drying time is 3-4 h.
9. The use of the nerve-soothing sleep-aiding tea of any one of claims 1 to 4 in the preparation of health-care food or medicine for preventing or treating insomnia.
10. Use of the nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding tea prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 5 to 8 in preparation of health-care food or medicine for preventing or treating insomnia.
