Description

Preparation method of artificial tomato seeds
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of planting, in particular to a preparation method of artificial tomato seeds.
Background
The tomato belongs to the solanaceae, the tomato belongs to annual or perennial herbaceous plants, the body height is 0.6-2 m, all bodies grow mucilaginous gland hair, the tomato has strong smell, stems are easy to fall down, leaf-feather-shaped compound leaves or feather-shaped deep cracks, the total stems of inflorescences are 2-5cm long, usually 3-7 flowers, calyx spokes, crown spokes, berries are flat spherical or approximately spherical, the pulp is rich in juice, the seeds are yellow, and the flowers and the fruits are summer and autumn.
The tomato is named as tomato and Diospyros, the ancient name is Liuyue persimmon and Xianbao, the fruit is rich in nutrition and special in flavor, and can be eaten raw, cooked and processed into tomato sauce, juice or can be stored in a whole fruit. Tomatoes are one of the most popular fruits and vegetables cultivated all over the world. The united states, the soviet union, italy and china are major producing countries, countries in europe and america, china and japan have large-area greenhouses, vinyl houses and other protected-area facilities for cultivation, and the cultivation area is still continuously expanding as it is commonly cultivated in various parts of china.
The tomato contains rich nutrition, is known as a magic fruit in vegetables, contains the lycopene and has the function of inhibiting bacteria; malic acid, citric acid and sugar, which has the function of promoting digestion; the tartaric acid can reduce the content of cholesterol and is beneficial to hyperlipidemia; the tomato is also rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, carotene, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine and other elements, and also contains protein, saccharide, organic acid and cellulose, and the vitamin A rich in the tomato is converted into vitamins in a human body, so that the tomato can promote bone growth and has good effects of preventing and treating rickets, xerophthalmia, nyctalopia and certain skin diseases. Modern medical research shows that the amount of vitamin C acquired by human body is a determinant factor for controlling and improving the anticancer capability of the human body.
There are the following problems:
at present, before germination acceleration, the tomato is subjected to seed selection, disinfection and seed soaking, and finally the germination acceleration is carried out. The conventional germination accelerating method causes the problems of long tomato seedling raising period, low emergence rate, uneven emergence, high seedling raising cost and poor disease resistance, and cannot ensure the nutritional value of the tomatoes.
