技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分特征的手控油门旋转手柄,所述手控油门旋转手柄包括:支承在壳体中的传感器装置,所述传感器装置用于检测管状的旋转手柄的旋转运动;磁体,所述磁体与旋转手柄作用连接;相对于壳体固定的传感器,所述传感器构成用于检测磁体的运动,其中,所述传感器与电缆束连接;以及复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的弹簧力与由手引起的旋转运动相反地定向。
背景技术
这种手控油门旋转手柄由EP 2 507 592B1已知。在此,各构件这样构成,使得所述构件沿旋转手柄的轴向方向接合并且具有相应定向的接合缝。已经表明,邻接于旋转手柄的短的结构空间不足以运行安全且环境保护地安置所需要的结构元件、例如传感器和屏蔽件以及开关。

按照本发明规定,磁体固定在支撑元件上并且所述支撑元件与旋转手柄间隔开距离地设置,给磁体或支撑元件配置壳体件,并且该壳体件用于容纳传感器、电路板以及电缆束的端部。此外提出,在壳体件与旋转手柄的端部之间设有附加壳体件,所述附加壳体件用于容纳开关单元。由此,开关有利于抓握地与旋转手柄相邻。壳体件和附加壳体件沿旋转手柄的轴向方向观察一体地构造。通过该设计方案,给测量系统提供足够的结构空间,该结构空间能够受到良好的密封和保护。
此外提出,包括壳体件和附加壳体件的壳体平行于旋转手柄的旋转轴地分开并且能彼此紧固地构造。由此,竖直向上设置的壳体上部与壳体件和附加壳体件完全一体地构造。
此外提出,传感器设置在电路板上,并且壳体件和/或附加壳体件在同样一体构造的壳体下部的区域中具有径向扩展部,所述径向扩展部包括可轴向接近的开口。该径向扩展部设置在旋转手柄的下侧上并且因此是受保护的。该径向扩展部优选具有用于容纳电路板和必要时屏蔽元件的引导元件,其中,电缆束的端部也可以安置在该径向扩展部中。借助于密封元件可以封闭径向扩展部的开口。

此外,图9至36以进一步的细节(没有附图标记地)示出根据本发明的旋转手柄(手控油门旋转手柄)以及组装步骤和旋转手柄的所需要的元件的概览(图12)。在图37至42中示出根据现有技术的旋转手柄。
在图1至8中大体上详细示出地以附图标记1表示旋转手柄,壳体2邻接于所述旋转手柄,在所述壳体中安装有传感器装置。壳体2分为壳体上部3和壳体下部4,其中壳体上部3和壳体下部4可以相互旋拧。
如特别是从图2可得知的那样,旋转手柄1的管是延长的并且在其端部附近具有支撑元件5,在所述支撑元件上紧固有圆弧形构造的磁体6。包括壳体上部3和壳体下部4的壳体2沿旋转手柄1的轴向方向分为壳体件7和附加壳体件8。在壳体件7中安装有包括磁体6的支撑元件5以及与电缆束10的端部连接的电路板9。电路板9也包括传感器11,其中,电路板9这样安装到壳体件7中,使得传感器11与磁体6作用连接。在附加壳体件8中安装有在图5中示出的开关单元12。如特别是从图3、4、6和8可得知的那样,壳体件7与附加壳体件8通过中间壁相互分离。

Claims (7)

1.手控油门旋转手柄,包括:支承在壳体(2)中的传感器装置,所述传感器装置用于检测管状的旋转手柄(1)的旋转运动;磁体(6),所述磁体与旋转手柄(1)作用连接;相对于壳体固定的传感器(11),所述传感器构成用于检测磁体(6)的运动,所述传感器(11)与电缆束(10)连接;以及复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的弹簧力与由手引起的旋转运动相反地定向,其特征在于,磁体(6)固定在支撑元件(5)上并且所述支撑元件(5)与旋转手柄(1)间隔开距离地设置;给磁体(6)或支撑元件(5)配置壳体件(7);并且所述壳体件(7)也用于容纳传感器(11)、电路板(9)以及电缆束(10)的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手控油门旋转手柄,其特征在于,在壳体件(7)与旋转手柄(1)的端部之间设有附加壳体件(8),所述附加壳体件设置用于容纳开关单元(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手控油门旋转手柄,其特征在于,包括壳体件(7)和附加壳体件(8)的壳体(2)平行于旋转手柄(1)的旋转轴线地被划分为壳体上部(3)和壳体下部(4)并且能彼此紧固地构造。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的手控油门旋转手柄,其特征在于,所述传感器(11)设置在电路板(9)上。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的手控油门旋转手柄,其特征在于,所述壳体件(7)和/或附加壳体件(8)在壳体下部(4)的区域中具有径向扩展部(13),所述径向扩展部包括可轴向接近的开口(15)。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的手控油门旋转手柄,其特征在于,所述径向扩展部(13)具有用于容纳电路板(9)和屏蔽元件的引导元件(14)。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的手控油门旋转手柄,其特征在于,所述开口(15)能借助密封元件封闭。
