一种显示基板、显示面板及显示装置，包括显示区域(AA)及其周围的边框区域(BB)；显示区域(AA)包括互不交叠的第一显示区(AA1)和第二显示区(AA2)；在衬底基板(1)上呈阵列排布的多个发光器件，具体包括在第一显示区(AA1)的多个第一发光器件(2)和在第二显示区(AA2)的多个第二发光器件(3)；在边框区域(BB)的多个第一像素驱动电路(4)和在第二显示区(AA2)的多个第二像素驱动电路(5)；多个第一像素驱动电路(4)与多个第一发光器件(2)一一对应电连接，多个第二像素驱动电路(5)与多个第二发光器件(3)一一对应电连接；在边框区域(BB)级联设置的多个移位寄存器(6)；每个移位寄存器(6)与一行第一发光器件(2)和一行第二发光器件(3)分别电连接的第一像素驱动电路(4)、第二像素驱动电路(5)对应相连，上述一行第一发光器件(2)与一行第二发光器件(3)同行。
