In a preferred embodiment, the plant growth regulating composition comprises thidiazuron and active ingredient A1 in a mass ratio of 15: 1.
The structure of thidiazuron is:
thidiazuron, also known as defoliant, has strong activity of promoting plant cell division by promoting accumulation and synthesis of catalytic cytokinin in plant tissues and further promoting growth and regeneration of the tissues.
The active ingredient A1 is 28-high brassinolide (28-HBR), which is an active form of brassinolide, and can directly or indirectly scavenge active oxygen in plant body, thereby maintaining plant physiological metabolism. The 28-high brassinolide can mainly regulate the growth of plants through three physiological actions of promoting the division of the plants, promoting the photosynthesis and improving the stress resistance of the plants.
The thidiazuron and the 28-high brassinolide in the invention are both effective pesticide ingredients which can be used in the field of pesticides. The source of which is not limited, and the purchasing manufacturer of thidiazuron includes, but is not limited to, Jiangsu Bandong; the 28-high brassinolide is purchased from a variety of vendors including, but not limited to, Jiangxi Weidi.
In the invention, the inventor discovers through a large number of experiments that the combination of thidiazuron and 28-high brassinolide in the invention, particularly the combination of thidiazuron and 28-high brassinolide with the mass ratio of 15: 1, generates a synergistic effect, can well play a role in increasing the yield of plants, particularly wheat, some plant growth regulators on the market at present have lower activity, general effects and no effect of increasing the yield, and the combination of thidiazuron and 28-high brassinolide with the mass ratio of 15: 1 in the invention not only improves the stress resistance of crops, but also can improve photosynthesis, regulate the vegetative growth and further increase the yield of the crops.

In a preferred embodiment, the plant growth regulating composition comprises 0.12 to 0.2 wt% of any of the plant growth regulating compositions described above.

In one embodiment, the content of the adjuvant in the plant growth regulation is 10-20 wt%; preferably 13 to 17 wt%; further preferably 15 wt%.
In a preferred embodiment, R 1 =H,R 2 C1 alkyl, R 3 A C1 alkyl group, specifically, the structure of the adjuvant is:
In order to impart excellent properties to a plant growth regulator soluble solution, in one embodiment, the plant growth regulator further comprises an emulsifier selected from at least one of tween series emulsifiers, fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether series emulsifiers, condensation product series emulsifiers of alkylphenol and ethylene oxide, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether series emulsifiers, nonionic series emulsifiers, and BYK series emulsifiers.
As the Tween series emulsifiers, Tween T-80, Tween T-60, Tween T-40 and the like can be exemplified.
In a preferred embodiment, the emulsifier is a non-ionic series of emulsifiers.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the emulsifier to the auxiliary agent is 8 to (10-20); preferably 8 to (14-16); further preferred is 8: 15.
In one embodiment, the nonionic series of emulsifiers have an HLB value of from 12 to 16.
The HLB value refers to the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value, wherein the lower the HLB value is, the stronger the lipophilicity of the emulsifier is; the higher the HLB value, the more hydrophilic the emulsifier is.
In one embodiment, the non-ionic series of emulsifiers is selected from at least one of the group consisting of 600 emulsifiers, 601 emulsifiers, 602 emulsifiers, 603 emulsifiers.
In a preferred embodiment, the non-ionic series of emulsifiers are 602 emulsifiers.
The stability has great influence on the drug effect of the plant growth regulator soluble solution, particularly the stability of the raw drug, when the raw drug is recovered to be crystallized and the preparation is layered, the phenomenon is usually irreversible, different emulsifiers and auxiliary agents are selected according to different systems, a great amount of experiments show that the mutual synergistic action of 602 emulsifier and N, N-dimethylformamide in the system can well increase the heat storage stability of the plant growth regulator soluble solution, probably because thidiazuron in the system can be well dissolved in water to form a water phase, and 28 high brassinolide can be well dissolved in N, N-dimethylformamide to form an organic phase, and the polyoxyethylene in 602 emulsifier forms a shell structure in the system to further promote the acting force between the N, N-dimethylformamide and 28 high brassinolide, meanwhile, the alkyl chain on the N, N-dimethylformamide is shorter, so that larger steric hindrance cannot be caused, the 602 emulsifier with the HLB value of 12-16 can well reduce the interfacial tension of water, so that a system can be well fused together, and the 602 emulsifier has a proper cloud point, so that the phenomenon of merging and aggregation of liquid drops in a water phase due to the fact that Brownian motion is accelerated at a higher temperature can be prevented.
However, through a lot of experiments, it is found that in the system of the present invention, the more the amount of the 602 emulsifier is, the better the amount is, when the amount of the 602 emulsifier is too much, the stability of the plant growth regulator soluble solution is adversely affected, probably because the emulsifier is more capable of forming an external phase with an aqueous phase to form an O/W stable system with an organic phase, but when the amount of the 602 emulsifier is too much, a state that the density of the external phase is different from that of the organic phase (internal phase) is easy to occur, and at a higher temperature, the movement of some micro-droplets in the system is accelerated, which easily causes the system to be uneven, thereby affecting the stability; similarly, N-dimethylformamide needs to be mixed with an emulsifier in a certain ratio to maintain the stability of the system.
In one embodiment, the plant growth regulator further comprises a C1-C6 alcohol (such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, pentanol, etc.).
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the C1-C6 alcohol to the emulsifier is (7-12) to 8; more preferably (9-11) to 8; more preferably 10: 8.
In a preferred embodiment, the plant growth regulator further comprises a C2 alcohol, in particular ethanol.
Through a large number of experiments, the inventor finds that the addition of a certain amount of N, N-dimethylformamide can synergistically act with 602 emulsifier to increase the heat storage stability of the plant growth regulator soluble solution, but the N, N-dimethylformamide is possibly unfavorable for the low-temperature stability of the system because of strong polarity, and the 602 emulsifier is possibly unfavorable for the low-temperature stability of the plant growth regulator soluble solution because of strong hydrophilicity. The inventor unexpectedly finds that short-chain alcohol, especially methanol and ethanol, can synergistically act with 602 emulsifier to reduce interfacial tension, can be dissolved in water to form hydrogen bonds with aqueous solution, and can also form hydrogen bonds with amino molecules in thidiazuron, so that the stability of the system is improved, and the synergistic effect of the short-chain alcohol and N, N-dimethylformamide can well reduce the amount of N, N-dimethylformamide, and can well prolong the time of precipitating and crystallizing effective components of the preparation by low-temperature storage.
However, the applicant found in experiments that the more the amount of ethanol is, the better the amount of ethanol is, when the amount of ethanol is too much, the hot storage stability and the cold storage stability of the plant growth regulator soluble solution can be affected, which may be because the amount of ethanol is too much, the amount of ethanol in the system can be increased gradually, the droplets in the system are in a non-uniform state, the droplets are aggregated to cause the phenomenon of layering, non-uniformity and the like of the plant growth regulator soluble solution, and may be because the boiling point of ethanol is low, and in an environment with higher temperature, ethanol is diffused in the system and then is spatially overlapped with other droplets in the system to cause coalescence.
The remaining raw material in 100 wt% of the plant growth regulator is water.
In one embodiment, the plant growth regulator is prepared by a method comprising: weighing the regulator composition, the auxiliary agent, the emulsifier, the C1-C6 alcohol and water according to the corresponding weight, stirring, mixing, settling and filtering to obtain the plant growth regulator.
In one embodiment, the plant growth regulator soluble agent can be used after being diluted by 500-1500 times of water when in use, and specifically, the dosage of the plant growth regulator soluble agent when in use is 0.2-0.7 mg/Kg; preferably, the dose of the plant growth regulator soluble agent when in use is 0.32-0.53 mg/Kg.
The present plant growth regulator has low activity and relatively poor effect, and after long-term use, plant can produce resistance to it, and through great amount of research, the inventor finds that the soluble agent of the plant growth regulator in the system of the present invention has obvious promoting and yield increasing effect in the dosage of 0.32-0.53 mg/Kg.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides the use of a plant growth regulating composition in the field of agriculture to promote or regulate plant growth.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. The active ingredients in the invention are all effective pesticide ingredients which can be used in the pesticide field, and the auxiliary agents, the emulsifying agents and the C1-C6 alcohol which are used in the invention are all auxiliary materials which can be accepted in the pesticide field.
In addition, the starting materials used are all commercially available, unless otherwise specified.
