Abstract
The invention discloses a crop growth regulating medicament, which consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-20% of active ingredients, 1-20% of solvent, 1-15% of emulsifier, 0.5-8% of stabilizer, 0.5-10% of antifreezing agent, 0.1-2% of defoaming agent, 0.1-5% of thickening agent, 0.1-10% of pH value regulator and the balance of water; the effective components comprise 28-high brassinolide and S-abscisic acid; the weight ratio of the 28-high brassinolide to the S-abscisic acid is 1: 900-. The 28-high brassinolide and the S-abscisic acid are compounded, and the 28-high brassinolide and the S-abscisic acid are synergistic, so that the yield of the grapes can be effectively improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of crop yield increase, and particularly relates to a crop growth regulating agent, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Brassinolide is a novel green and environment-friendly plant growth regulator, can promote the growth of crops such as vegetables, melons, fruits and the like, improves the quality and increases the yield. Nearly 40 brassinolide substances are found at present, but the brassinolide substances have higher biological activity and only four or five of the brassinolide substances with practical value, wherein the 28-high brassinolide has the highest biological activity and is the plant hormone with high activity to only one pair of mono-dicotyledonous and woody plants at present.
When grapes are planted, 28-high brassinolide can be adopted for processing so as to improve the yield of the grapes; however, as market demand continues to increase, further improvements in grape production are urgently needed; however, if the use concentration of 28-high brassinolide is continuously increased, the medicament is wasted, and the growth of grapes is inhibited.
Therefore, it is required to provide a crop growth regulating agent having a good effect of increasing the yield of grapes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a crop growth regulating agent, which is prepared by compounding 28-high brassinolide and S-abscisic acid, wherein the 28-high brassinolide and the S-abscisic acid are synergistic, so that the yield of grapes is effectively improved.

Preferably, the solvent is one or more of methyl oleate, fatty acid methyl ester, pine base oil, soybean oil, biodiesel, sec-butyl acetate, diesel oil, white oil, machine oil, absolute ethyl alcohol, glycerol, n-butanol, methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide.
Preferably, the emulsifier is one or more of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, phenethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, phenethyl phenol polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether, alkylaryl polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether, phenethyl phenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene ether, natural fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide adduct, fatty acid and ethylene oxide condensation compound, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester and alkyl polyglycoside.
Preferably, the stabilizer is one or more of epoxidized soybean oil, epichlorohydrin, butyl hydroxy anisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene, propyl gallate and tert-butyl hydroquinone.
Preferably, the antifreezing agent is one or more of glycerol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is one or more of methanol, silicone oil, kasong and the like.
Preferably, the thickener is one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, bentonite and white carbon black.
Preferably, the pH regulator is one or more of ammonium hydroxide, triethanolamine, acetic acid and citric acid.
The preparation method of the crop growth regulating medicament comprises the following steps: dissolving 28-high brassinolide and S-abscisic acid with a solvent, adding an emulsifier, a stabilizer, an antifreezing agent, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent and a pH value regulator, uniformly mixing, finally adding water, and fully stirring to obtain the crop growth regulating agent.
The application of the crop growth regulating agent in improving the yield of grapes is provided.
Preferably, the crop growth regulating agent is diluted by 700-1700 times by water and is sprayed on the leaves of the grapes in the bud stage, the young fruit stage and the fruit expansion stage respectively.
Further preferably, the crop growth regulating agent is diluted with water to have an effective ingredient content of 1.5-3.5 mg/kg.

the solvent is absolute ethyl alcohol, the emulsifier is alkyl polyglycoside, the stabilizer is tert-butyl hydroquinone, the antifreezing agent is glycerol, the defoaming agent is silicone oil, the thickening agent is xanthan gum, and the pH value regulator is triethanolamine.

the solvent is dimethyl sulfoxide, the emulsifier is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, the stabilizer is propyl gallate, the antifreezing agent is propylene glycol, the antifoaming agent is kasong, the thickening agent is xanthan gum, and the pH value regulator is citric acid.
The preparation method of the crop growth regulating agent is the same as that of example 1.
Example 4
Based on the formulation of example 1, the pH of the crop growth regulating agent was adjusted to 2.0 to 11.0 by adjusting the pH of the agent, and the contents of 28-homobrassinolide and S-abscisic acid in the agent were measured after heat storage at 54 ± 2 ℃ for 14 days, respectively, to calculate the decomposition rate, and the results are shown in table 1, in which the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was low when the pH was 5.0 to 9.0. Further, to ensure product stability, the pH is defined to be 5.0-7.0.

Example 5
Based on the formulation of example 1, the types of solvents were adjusted, the contents of 28-homobrassinolide and S-abscisic acid in the crop growth regulating agent were measured after thermal storage at 54. + -. 2 ℃ for 14 days, and the decomposition rates were calculated, and the results are shown in Table 2.

The crop growth regulating agent prepared in example 1 was used as an experimental agent, and a grape growth regulating field efficacy test was performed using 0.01% brassinolide agent (0.01% brassinolide SL, shanghai green zel biotechnology limited) and 5% S-abscisic acid aqueous solution (5% (+) -abscisic acid as, shanghai n junior high-tech gmbh) as control agents.
The experimental time is 2019.05.11-2019.09.10, and after the medicines in each group are diluted by water, the medicines are respectively applied once in the bud stage, once in the young fruit stage, 1 in the fruit expansion stage and 3 in total; all the plants are sprayed on the leaf surface, the dosage is 450L/hectare (about 1L/tree), and a blank control group without spraying the medicament is set; after harvesting, yield statistics were performed, and the results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the above table, the agent of the group of example 1, when diluted to an effective component content of 1.7-2.0mg/kg, has the best yield increasing effect, and is significantly better than the other groups.
