1. A crop growth regulator, comprising: 28-homobrassinolide and choline chloride, wherein the mass ratio of the 28-homobrassinolide to the choline chloride is (2: 4999) - (2: 79999).
2. The crop growth regulator of claim 1, wherein the 28-homobrassinolide and the choline chloride are present in a mass ratio of 1: 9999.
3. A pesticidal composition prepared using the crop growth regulator according to claim 1 or 2, comprising: 5-75% of crop growth regulator by mass, and the balance of auxiliary materials.
4. The pesticidal composition according to claim 3, which can be prepared as a suspension, an aqueous emulsion, a microemulsion, a wettable powder, a water dispersible granule, a granule or a soluble agent.
5. The pesticidal composition according to claim 4, wherein the adjuvant used in the preparation of a suspending agent, an aqueous emulsion, a microemulsion, a wettable powder, a water dispersible granule, a granule or a soluble agent comprises: one or more of a solvent, an emulsifier, a wetting agent, a disintegrant, a dispersant, a thickener, a stabilizer, a pH adjuster, a defoamer, an antifreeze, and a filler.

The pesticidal composition of claim 5, wherein the solvent comprises one or more of trimethylbenzene, tetramethylbenzene, methylnaphthalene, methyl oleate, fatty acid methyl esters, pine-base oil, soybean oil, biodiesel, sec-butyl acetate, dimethyl carbonate, diesel, white oil, motor oil, absolute ethanol, glycerol, n-butanol.

The pesticidal composition of claim 5, wherein the emulsifier comprises one or more of calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, triphenylethylphenol polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene block polymer, dibenzylbiphenyl polyoxyethylene ether, phenylethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, phenylethylphenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene ether, phenylethylphenol polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether, alkylaryl polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether, phenylethylphenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene ether, adducts of natural fatty alcohols and ethylene oxide, condensates of fatty acids and ethylene oxide, polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters, and alkyl polyglycosides.
8. The pesticidal composition of claim 5, wherein the wetting agent comprises one or more of sodium butylnaphthalene sulfonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, Morwet EFW, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, and the like.
9. The pesticidal composition of claim 5, wherein the disintegrant comprises one or more of sodium bicarbonate, magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride, sodium chloride, urea, ammonium sulfate, bentonite.
10. The pesticidal composition of claim 5, wherein the dispersant comprises one or more of a formaldehyde condensate of sodium methylnaphthalenesulfonate, sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, p-methoxy fatty amidobenzenesulfonic acid, desugarized and fractionated sodium lignosulfonate, a sodium salt of a naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate, a sodium salt of a polycondensate of alkylnaphthalenesulfonic acids, and a sulfate salt of a formaldehyde condensate of alkylphenol ethoxylates.
