2. The composition of a blend of 28-homobrassinolide and uniconazole of claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-30-40% of a mixture of high brassinolide and uniconazole; the balance of auxiliary materials.
3. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio of the 28-high brassinolide to the uniconazole is (1-1999) to (1999-1).

The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise one or more of 1-20% by mass of a solvent, 1-15% by mass of an emulsifier, 0.1-10% by mass of a dispersant, 0.1-10% by mass of a wetting agent, 0.5-5% by mass of a disintegrant, 1-5% by mass of a binder, 0.1-10% by mass of a stabilizer, 1-8% by mass of an antifreeze, 0.1-3% by mass of a thickener, 0.1-3% by mass of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-10% by mass of a pH regulator, and the balance of a filler or the balance of water.
5. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 in the preparation of a crop growth regulator or pesticide.

A method for preparing a growth regulator/pesticide from a 28-high brassinolide and uniconazole mixed composition is characterized in that the formulation is water dispersible granules; the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 28-homobrassinolide and uniconazole which account for 0.5-70% by mass of a mixed material, 1-10% by mass of a dispersing agent, 1-10% by mass of a wetting agent, 0.5-5% by mass of a disintegrating agent, 0.1-3% by mass of a defoaming agent, 0.1-5% by mass of a stabilizing agent and a filler, carrying out superfine grinding, kneading, adding 1-5% by mass of a binder, granulating, drying at 60-75 ℃ and screening to obtain the crop growth regulation/pesticide water dispersible granule mixed by 28-homobrassinolide and uniconazole.
7. An agricultural planting method, characterized in that a biological regulator or a pesticide comprising the composition or a component containing the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is used during planting.
8. The growing method of claim 7, wherein the crop being grown is peanut.
