In a preferred embodiment, R 1=H,R2 = C1 alkyl, R 3 = C1 alkyl, and the structure of the auxiliary agent is:
The chemical name is N, N-dimethylformamide.
In order to provide the plant growth regulator solution with excellent properties, in one embodiment, the plant growth regulator further comprises an emulsifier selected from at least one of a tween-series emulsifier, a fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether-series emulsifier, a condensate-series emulsifier of alkylphenol with ethylene oxide, a nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether-series emulsifier, a nonionic-series emulsifier, and a BYK-series emulsifier.
Tween-series emulsifiers which may be mentioned include Tween T-80, tween T-60, tween T-40, etc.
In a preferred embodiment, the emulsifier is a nonionic series emulsifier.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the emulsifying agent to the auxiliary agent is 8:10-20; preferably 8:14-16; further preferably 8:15.
In one embodiment, the nonionic emulsifiers have an HLB value of from 12 to 16.
The HLB value refers to the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value, wherein the lower the HLB value, the more lipophilic the emulsifier is; the higher the HLB value, the more hydrophilic the emulsifier.
In one embodiment, the nonionic series emulsifier is selected from at least one of 600 emulsifier, 601 emulsifier, 602 emulsifier, 603 emulsifier.
In a preferred embodiment, the nonionic series emulsifier is 602 emulsifier.
The stability has great influence on the drug effect of the plant growth regulator soluble agent, especially the stability of the original drug, when the original drug is recovered to be crystallized and the preparation is layered, the phenomenon is often irreversible, different systems are needed to be selected from different emulsifying agents and auxiliary agents, a great number of experiments prove that the thermal storage stability of the plant growth regulator soluble agent can be well increased by the mutual synergistic effect of the 602 emulsifying agent and the N, N-dimethylformamide in the system, the water phase can be formed due to the fact that the thidiazuron in the system can be well dissolved in the water, the 28 high brassinolide can be well dissolved in the N, N-dimethylformamide to form an organic phase, the polyoxyethylene in the 602 emulsifying agent is provided with a shell structure in the system, the acting force between the N, N-dimethylformamide and the 28 Gao Yuntai lactone is further promoted, meanwhile, the alkyl chain on the N, N-dimethylformamide is shorter, the steric hindrance cannot be caused to be large, the emulsifying agent 602 with the HLB value of 12-16 can be well reduced, the water phase can be well fused with the water phase, and the phenomenon of preventing the water drop from being well fused due to the fact that the water drop is well mixed with the high temperature can be prevented.
However, it has been found through a large number of experiments that in the system of the present invention, the amount of 602 emulsifier is not as high as possible, when the amount of 602 emulsifier is too high, the stability of the plant growth regulator soluble agent is affected, probably because the emulsifier is more capable of forming an external phase with an aqueous phase to form an O/W stable system with an organic phase, but when the amount of 602 emulsifier is too high, the state that the density of the external phase is not equal to that of the organic phase (internal phase) is easy to occur, and at a higher temperature, the movement of some micro droplets in the system is aggravated, the system is easy to be uneven, and the stability is affected; likewise, N, N-dimethylformamide needs to be well stable with the emulsifier in a certain ratio range.
In one embodiment, the plant growth regulator further comprises a C1-C6 alcohol (e.g., methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, pentanol, etc.).
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of C1-C6 alcohol to emulsifier is (7-12) to 8; further preferably (9-11) to 8; still more preferably 10:8.
In a preferred embodiment, the plant growth regulator further comprises a C2 alcohol, in particular ethanol.
Through a number of experiments, the inventors found that adding a certain amount of N, N-dimethylformamide can synergistically act with 602 emulsifiers to increase the thermal storage stability of the plant growth regulator solutions, but it is possible that the strong polarity of N, N-dimethylformamide is detrimental to the low temperature stability of the present system, and also possible that 602 emulsifiers are more hydrophilic and do not contribute to the low temperature stability of the plant growth regulator solutions. The inventor unexpectedly found that short-chain alcohols, especially methanol and ethanol, can reduce interfacial tension by cooperating with 602 emulsifying agent, can form hydrogen bond with aqueous solution by dissolving ethanol in water, and can also form hydrogen bond with amino molecule in thidiazuron, thereby increasing system stability, and can reduce the amount of N, N-dimethylformamide by cooperating with N, N-dimethylformamide, and can prolong the time of separating out effective component and separating out crystallization by storing the preparation at low temperature.
However, the applicant found in experiments that the amount of ethanol is not as high as possible, when the amount of ethanol is too high, the heat storage stability and cold storage stability of the plant growth regulator solution are affected, probably because the amount of ethanol is too high, the amount of ethanol in the system is gradually increased, so that the liquid drops in the system are in an uneven state, and the liquid drops are aggregated to cause layering, uneven and other phenomena of the plant growth regulator solution, and probably because the boiling point of ethanol is low, the ethanol diffuses in the system in an environment with a higher temperature, and then overlaps with other liquid drops in the system in space, so that coalescence is caused.
100Wt% of the remaining raw material in the plant growth regulator is water.
In one embodiment, the method of preparing a plant growth regulator comprises: weighing the regulator composition, the auxiliary agent, the emulsifier, the C1-C6 alcohol and the water according to the corresponding weight, stirring, mixing, settling and filtering to obtain the plant growth regulator.
In one embodiment, the plant growth regulator soluble solution is diluted with 500-1500 times of water for use, specifically, the dosage of the plant growth regulator soluble solution is 0.2-0.7mg/Kg; preferably, the dosage of the plant growth regulator soluble agent is 0.32-0.53mg/Kg when in use.
The activity of some existing plant growth regulators is low, the effect is poor, and the plant generates resistance to the plant growth regulators because of long-time use, and through a great deal of researches, the inventor discovers that the promotion effect and the yield increase effect of the plant growth regulator soluble agent in the system are more obvious under the dosage of 0.32-0.53mg/Kg, compared with the conventional plant growth regulators, the application amount of conventional pesticides is reduced, the control effect is improved, and the pesticide cost is greatly reduced.
In a third aspect the present invention provides the use of a plant growth regulating composition in the agricultural field to promote or regulate plant growth.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. The active ingredients in the invention are the effective ingredients of pesticides available in the pesticide field, and the auxiliary agents, the emulsifying agent and the C1-C6 alcohol used in the invention are the auxiliary materials acceptable in the pesticide field.
In addition, the raw materials used are commercially available unless otherwise indicated.
