Abstract
The invention discloses a pesticide composition suspending agent, which comprises the following components, by weight, 0.1-30% of an active ingredient, 0.1-5% of a wetting agent, 0.1-8% of a dispersing agent, 1-6% of an antifreezing agent, 0.1-3% of a thickening agent, 0.1-3% of a defoaming agent, 0.1-10% of a pH value regulator, 5-10% of a film forming agent, 2-5% of a warning color and the balance of water; the effective components comprise 28-high brassinolide and chitosan; the weight ratio of the 28-high brassinolide to the chitosan is 1: 800-1500. The 28-high brassinolide and the chitosan are compounded, and other auxiliary agents are added to prepare the pesticide composition suspending agent, so that the pesticide composition suspending agent can be used as a corn seed coating agent, and the corn yield is effectively improved.

Technical Field

the effective components comprise 28-high brassinolide and chitosan; the weight ratio of the 28-high brassinolide to the chitosan is 1: 800-1500.

the antifreezing agent is one or more of glycerol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol;
the thickener is one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, bentonite and white carbon black;
the defoaming agent is one or more of silicone compounds, methanol, silicone oil and kasong;
the pH value regulator is one or more of ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, citric acid and phosphoric acid;
the film forming agent is one or more of a protein film forming agent, an acrylic resin film forming agent, a butadiene resin film forming agent, a polyurethane film forming agent, a nitrocellulose film forming agent, an acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent, an acrylic resin polyurethane copolymer resin, polyethylene, an acrylate modified butadiene resin and a polyurethane modified nitrocellulose film forming agent;
the warning color is one or more of acid scarlet, cation red, rose red, lithol scarlet, permanent red and permanent yellow dye.
The preparation method of the pesticide composition suspending agent comprises the following steps:
mixing the other components except the effective components, shearing and mixing uniformly in a shearing machine, then adding the effective components, and grinding in a ball grinding machine for 2-3h to make the particle diameter below 5mm, thus obtaining the pesticide composition suspending agent.
The pesticide composition suspending agent is applied to promoting the growth of corn and improving the yield of corn.
A method for increasing corn yield comprises coating corn seeds with the pesticide composition suspension.
Further, the pesticide composition suspending agent is diluted before coating, and the content of the effective components in the obtained diluted solution is 25-50 mg/kg.

wherein the effective components are 28-high brassinolide and chitosan, and the weight ratio of 28-high brassinolide to chitosan is 1: 800;
the wetting agent is dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, the dispersing agent is alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid polycondensate sodium salt, the antifreezing agent is propylene glycol, the thickening agent is magnesium aluminum silicate, the defoaming agent is kasong, the pH value regulator is citric acid, the film forming agent is a polyurethane modified nitric acid fiber film forming agent, and the warning color is permanent red.
The preparation method of the pesticide composition suspending agent comprises the following steps: mixing the other components except the effective components, shearing and mixing uniformly in a shearing machine, then adding 28-high brassinolide and chitosan, grinding for 2.5h in a ball mill to make the particle diameter below 5mm, thus obtaining the pesticide composition suspending agent.

A pesticide composition suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
10% of active ingredients, 2% of wetting agents, 4% of dispersing agents, 5% of anti-freezing agents, 0.3% of thickening agents, 0.25% of defoaming agents, 0.3% of pH value regulators, 6% of film forming agents, 3.5% of warning colors and the balance of water;
wherein the effective components are 28-high brassinolide and chitosan, and the weight ratio of 28-high brassinolide to chitosan is 1: 1000;
the wetting agent is alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, the dispersing agent is a formaldehyde condensate of sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate, the antifreezing agent is ethylene glycol, the thickening agent is magnesium aluminum silicate, the defoaming agent is silicone oil, the pH value regulator is citric acid, the film forming agent is an acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent, and the warning color is permanent red + permanent yellow (w/w) 3: 1.
The above-mentioned pesticide composition suspension concentrate was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 3
30% of active ingredients, 3% of wetting agents, 4% of dispersing agents, 6% of anti-freezing agents, 0.3% of thickening agents, 0.3% of defoaming agents, 0.5% of pH value regulators, 6% of film forming agents, 5% of warning colors and the balance of water;
wherein the effective components are 28-high brassinolide and chitosan, and the weight ratio of 28-high brassinolide to chitosan is 1: 1200;
the wetting agent is Morwet EFW, the dispersing agent is desugarized and graded sodium lignosulphonate, the antifreezing agent is glycerin, the thickening agent is magnesium aluminum silicate + xanthan gum (w/w) 2: 1, the defoaming agent is silicone oil, the pH value regulator is acetic acid, the film forming agent is acrylate modified butadiene resin, and the warning color is acid scarlet + permanent yellow (w/w) 4: 1.
The above-mentioned pesticide composition suspension concentrate was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 4
Based on the formulation of example 1, the pH of the suspension of the agricultural chemical composition was adjusted to 2.0 to 11.0 by adjusting the pH adjusting agent, and the decomposition rates were calculated by measuring the contents of 28-high brassinolide and chitosan in the suspension of the agricultural chemical composition after heat storage at 54 ± 2 ℃ for 14 days, and as a result, the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was low when the pH was 5.0 to 9.0, as shown in table 1. Further, to ensure product stability, the pH is defined to be 6.0-8.0.

Example 5
A corn growth regulation field efficacy test was conducted using the pesticide composition suspension prepared in example 1 as an experimental agent, and using 0.01% brassinolide agent (0.01% brassinolide SL, shanghai greenze biotechnology limited) and 0.5% chitosan FS (0.5% chtosan FS, conxin biotechnology limited) as control agents.
The experimental time is 2019.03.17-2019.09.15, the corn seeds are respectively coated after the medicines in each group are diluted by water, the dosage of the diluent is 3L/100kg of corn seeds, and an uncoated blank control group is arranged; statistics are carried out on plant height and yield, and the results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the above table, the agent of the group of example 1, when diluted to an effective component content of 25-50mg/kg, showed the best yield increase effect, which was significantly better than that of the other groups.

2 to 5 percent of warning color

the effective components consist of 28-high brassinolide and chitosan; the weight ratio of 28-homobrassinolide to chitosan is 1: (800-1500).

the dispersing agent is one or more of a formaldehyde condensate of sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, p-methoxy fatty amido benzenesulfonic acid, desugarized and graded sodium lignosulfonate, a sodium salt of a naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate, a sodium salt of an alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid polycondensate and an alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate sulfate;
the antifreezing agent is one or more of glycerol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol;
the thickening agent is one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, bentonite and white carbon black;
the defoaming agent is one or more of silicone compounds, methanol, silicone oil and carbazone;
the pH value regulator is one or more of ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, citric acid and phosphoric acid;
the film forming agent is one or more of a protein film forming agent, an acrylic resin film forming agent, a butadiene resin film forming agent, a polyurethane film forming agent, a nitrocellulose film forming agent, an acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent, an acrylic resin polyurethane copolymer resin, polyethylene, an acrylate modified butadiene resin and a polyurethane modified nitrocellulose film forming agent;
the warning color is one or more of acid scarlet, cation red, rose red, lithol scarlet, permanent red, permanent yellow and the like.
