Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, in particular to a cotton defoliation composition and a cotton defoliation method using the same.
Background
The mechanization degree of cotton fields is gradually improved, and the area of mechanically picked cotton is rapidly enlarged. Chemical defoliation is a key for realizing mechanical harvesting of cotton, and the unsatisfactory defoliation effect and high impurity content often cause the reduction of the harvesting efficiency of the mechanical cotton, the increase of the cleaning cost and the reduction of the fiber quality.
Thidiazuron (TDZ) is used as a main active ingredient of a defoliating agent commonly used in cotton production, and the defoliating effect is poor when the Thidiazuron (TDZ) is used alone, so that the mechanical harvesting efficiency and quality of cotton are seriously affected. In order to improve the defoliation effect, the defoliation effect of the thidiazuron can be effectively improved by compounding herbicides such as diuron and thidiazuron to form a defoliation agent preparation product. But diuron has a half-life of more than 300 days in soil, has stronger toxicity and degradation resistance, is great in harm to human health and environment, and is unfavorable for the sustainable development of the health of agriculture due to excessive use.

Experimental example 1: plant experiment
Plant material: experiment treatment of Guoxin cotton No. 26: preparing 2, 4-epibrassinolide (BR) into aqueous solutions with the concentration of 0.01mg/L, 0.1mg/L, 1mg/L and 10mg/L respectively, and additionally arranging clear water Control (CK) and a Thidiazuron (TDZ) aqueous solution with the concentration of 300mg/L, wherein 6 treatments are respectively as follows: CK. TDZ, 0.01mg/L BR+TDZ, 0.1mg/L BR+TDZ, 1mg/L BR+TDZ, 10mg/L BR+TDZ.
The test was performed in 2022, 9 months in the Xinnong research Congress of the city of river, hebei province, 3 times repeated with a random block test design, 18 cells each of 4m×6m=24m 2 . The weather of the day of the application is clear and windless. Firstly, carrying out BR spraying on all leaves of cotton plants in a district with BR treatment by adopting a knapsack sprayer, carrying out TDZ spraying after about 4 hours, and investigating and counting defoliation rates after 7 days, 16 days and 21 days.
Each cell was marked with 6 plants, and the number of leaves in the cell was investigated before and after application, and the defoliation rate = (number of leaves before drug-number of leaves after drug)/number of leaves before drug × 100%. As shown in Table 1, the experimental results show that the BR treatment with the concentration of 0.1mg/L can effectively improve the defoliation rate, and the defoliation rate after 7 days, 16 days and 21 days after the medicine is respectively improved by 11.1%, 8.8% and 16.2% compared with TDZ which is singly used, and the defoliation rate reaches 55.7%, 59.1% and 75.4%. However, at lower or higher concentrations of BR treatment, such as 0.01mg/L, 1mg/L and 10mg/L, no significant improvement in defoliation rate was observed compared to TDZ alone, and in individual cases even the defoliation effect of TDZ was inhibited, probably because of the dose effect of BR to promote defoliation of TDZ, which only had positive effect at the appropriate concentrations.
TABLE 1 defoliation Rate of Cotton after different defoliation treatments (3 cell repetition average)
Experimental example 2: plant experiment
Plant material: lu cotton grinding 22
Experimental treatment: 2, 4-epibrassinolide (BR) was formulated into aqueous solutions having a concentration of 0.02mg/L, 0.05mg/L, 0.1mg/L, 0.2mg/L and 0.5mg/L, respectively, and a water solution of Thidiazuron (TDZ) of 300mg/L was additionally provided. A total of 6 treatments, respectively: TDZ, 0.02mg/L BR+TDZ, 0.05mg/L BR+TDZ, 0.1mg/L BR+TDZ, 0.2mg/L BR+TDZ and 0.5mg/L BR+TDZ.
The test was carried out in an illumination culture room of China university of agriculture at 11 months 2022, and the cotton pot culture test is adopted, the specification is that the diameter is 10 cm, the height is 8.5 cm, 2 plants are fixed in each pot, and the culture is carried out until the 6-leaf period is reached for treatment. Each treatment was 5 pots, 10 cotton plants. Firstly, carrying out BR spraying on all leaves of cotton plants which are subjected to BR treatment by adopting a sprayer, carrying out TDZ spraying after about 3 hours, and continuously observing and counting the leaf shedding situation after the pesticide. The results of defoliation rate= (number of pre-drug leaves-number of post-drug leaves)/number of pre-drug leaves 100% are shown in fig. 1, and a representative cotton plant defoliation effect graph is shown in fig. 2. Experimental results show that the BR treatment of 0.05mg/L and 0.1mg/L can effectively improve the defoliation rate, and compared with TDZ which is singly used, the defoliation rate after 6-8 days of medicine is obviously improved. The defoliation rate of 0.05 and 0.1mg/L BR treatment after the traditional Chinese medicine is improved by 4.2 percent and 13.9 percent respectively compared with that of TDZ treatment alone, and the defoliation rate reaches 86.1 percent and 95.8 percent. However, when the BR concentration is lower, such as 0.02mg/L or higher, such as 0.2mg/L and 0.5mg/L, the defoliation effect of the TDZ can not be obviously improved, and even when the defoliation rate is lower than the TDZ at partial time points after treatment, the dosage effect of BR exists when the defoliation effect of the TDZ is enhanced, and the effect can not be exerted due to improper concentration.
