背景技术
自疫情以来,人们非常重视健康和卫生方面,一般布料及服装本身并没有抗菌功能,就算每天洗衣服后,衣服上也会在空气中附着大量的细菌,加上人们穿着过后,细菌也会随着人们分泌出来的汗水而增加细菌数量及发出臭味。
故急需一种洗涤液,来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,解决了布料及服装本身没有抗菌功能的问题。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,以质量百分数计,包括以下原料:10-15%复合表面活性剂、0.5-1%抗氧化剂和8-13%螯合铋/水性聚氨酯,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述复合表面活性剂是由十二烷基硫酸钠、十四烷基硫酸钠和十六烷基硫酸钠以体积比1:1:1混合而成。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯和叔丁基对苯二酚中的至少一种。
优选的,所述螯合铋/水性聚氨酯的制备方法,具体为:将水性聚氨酯超声分散在去离子水中,再加入螯合铋,同时以100rpm/min搅拌30min,沉积1-2h后,经过滤,60-80℃烘干。
优选的,所述水性聚氨酯与螯合铋的质量比为1-5:5-10。
一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组分称取上述物料,将复合表面活性剂、抗氧化剂和去离子水加入反应釜混合,混合温度20-30℃,混合时间20min,得到混合溶液;
(2)向(1)中得到的混合溶液中投入螯合铋/水性聚氨酯,混合反应2h,即得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,通过添加了螯合铋,螯合铋离子不但可以清洗衣物布料,而且还可以与衣物的纤维进行结合,把铋离子牢固在纤维的固态晶格上,达到杀菌和抗菌效果。
(2)本发明提供一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,布料和衣物在获得杀菌和抗菌能力后,由于铋离子本身就有光触媒的效应,如果在适当光源上,铋离子可发挥光触媒作用,形成在一定距离上经光触媒能力而达到更好的杀菌效果。
(3)本发明提供一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,在洗涤过程中,要达到抗菌和杀菌效果的洗涤作用下,最高可比平时应用上减半份量,也可完成洗滌應用目的,而且由于有功能性杀菌作用,远比一般洗涤液效果更好和更环保。
(4)本发明提供一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,通过接枝水性聚氨酯能够提高被洗涤布料的亲水性,防止细菌在布料上的粘附。

实施例2
一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,以质量百分数计,包括以下原料:11%复合表面活性剂、0.6%抗氧化剂和9%螯合铋/水性聚氨酯,余量为去离子水。
复合表面活性剂是由十二烷基硫酸钠、十四烷基硫酸钠和十六烷基硫酸钠以体积比1:1:1混合而成。
抗氧化剂选自生育酚和二丁基羟基甲苯。
本实施例中,螯合铋/水性聚氨酯的制备方法,具体为:将水性聚氨酯超声分散在去离子水中,再加入螯合铋,同时以100rpm/min搅拌30min,沉积1.5h后,经过滤,70℃烘干。
水性聚氨酯与螯合铋的质量比为3:7。
一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组分称取上述物料,将复合表面活性剂、抗氧化剂和去离子水加入反应釜混合,混合温度25℃,混合时间20min,得到混合溶液;
(2)向(1)中得到的混合溶液中投入螯合铋/水性聚氨酯,混合反应2h,即得成品。
实施例3
一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,以质量百分数计,包括以下原料:12%复合表面活性剂、0.7%抗氧化剂和10%螯合铋/水性聚氨酯,余量为去离子水。
复合表面活性剂是由十二烷基硫酸钠、十四烷基硫酸钠和十六烷基硫酸钠以体积比1:1:1混合而成。
抗氧化剂选自生育酚和叔丁基对苯二酚。
本实施例中,螯合铋/水性聚氨酯的制备方法,具体为:将水性聚氨酯超声分散在去离子水中,再加入螯合铋,同时以100rpm/min搅拌30min,沉积2h后,经过滤,80℃烘干。
水性聚氨酯与螯合铋的质量比为5:10。

对比例
本对比例为市面上销售的抗菌洗涤液。
现对实施例1-6与对比例的抗菌洗涤液进行性能测试。
性能测试:按照QB/T1224-2012规定方法测定其总活性物,并按照如下除菌效果评价方法测试产品对金黄色葡萄球菌的去除效果。
除菌效果评价方法:
一、实验材料:1.菌种金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)、大肠埃希氏菌(8099)。2.试剂普通营养琼脂、稀释液(生理盐水)。
3.污布GB/T13174《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及抗污渍再沉积能力的测定》规定的炭黑污布、蛋白污布。
二、实验设备微生物实验室及其常规设备
三、实验方法:
1.菌悬液制备
制备约0.5麦式浊度单位(菌量约为1×108CFU/ml~9×108CFU/ml)菌悬液。
2.滴染法涂菌选择标准污布(按GB/T13174要求裁成试片)炭黑油污布、蛋白污布各一张,取菌悬液0.1ml均匀涂布于两张污布上,37℃恒温箱中干燥。
3.试验步骤30℃温度下,蒸馏水配制浓度0.4%的洗涤剂溶液1000ml于试验用无菌玻璃烧杯中,将烧杯置于磁力搅拌器上,开启磁力搅拌器,调节控制速度,使旋涡高度约为溶液高度的一半,搅拌30min,停止搅拌。取300ml无菌水于另一无菌试验用玻璃烧杯中,置于磁力搅拌器上,将洗涤后的试验用污布放置其中,启动磁力搅拌器,漂洗30s,此步骤重复一次。将污布置于盛有50ml稀释液的试管中,旋涡震荡洗菌,取洗液做适当稀释做活菌计数,试验重复三次,取三次平均值作为最终的试验结果。
四、试验结果计算:
除菌率%=(1-洗涤后洗液活菌数/定量加入活菌数)×100%。
实现结果如下表1、表2所示:

由上表1、表2可知,本发明实施例制备的抗菌洗涤液相较于对比例具有更高效抗菌和更持久的抗菌效果。
另外,本发明还对实施例1-6的抗菌洗涤液用于针织面罩后进行性能测试。
性能测试:参考美国纺织化学家和着色剂协会(AATCC)试验方法100–2019,纺织品抗菌整理的评估。
除菌效果评价方法:
一、实验材料:
1.菌种金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和大肠杆菌。
2.试剂抗菌洗涤液
3.口罩多个
二、实验设备微生物实验室及其常规设备
三、实验方法:
1.菌悬液制备
制备约0.5麦式浊度单位(菌量约为1×108CFU/ml~9×108CFU/ml)菌悬液和上述实施例1-6中的金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液。
2.滴染法涂菌选择标准口罩(按GB/T13174要求裁成试片)若干张。
3.将试样即上述菌悬液与试片接触形成接种物,将各接种物分别浸泡在试样即上述实施例1-6中的金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液中,试样与接种物的接触时间为24h,检测接种物上的菌量并计算减少量,得到最终的实验结果。
实验结果分别如下表3、表4和表5所示:

注:1、CFU/mL表示每毫升菌落形成单位

由上表3、表4和表5可知,本发明实施例制备的抗菌洗涤液具有高效抗菌和持久的抗菌效果。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (6)
1.一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,以质量百分数计,包括以下原料:10-15%复合表面活性剂、0.5-1%抗氧化剂和8-13%螯合铋/水性聚氨酯,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述复合表面活性剂是由十二烷基硫酸钠、十四烷基硫酸钠和十六烷基硫酸钠以体积比1:1:1混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯和叔丁基对苯二酚中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述螯合铋/水性聚氨酯的制备方法,具体为:将水性聚氨酯超声分散在去离子水中,再加入螯合铋,同时以100rpm/min搅拌30min,沉积1-2h后,经过滤,60-80℃烘干。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯与螯合铋的质量比为1-5:5-10。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的金属离子铋结合功能性抗菌洗涤液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组分称取上述物料,将复合表面活性剂、抗氧化剂和去离子水加入反应釜混合,混合温度20-30℃,混合时间20min,得到混合溶液;
(2)向(1)中得到的混合溶液中投入螯合铋/水性聚氨酯,混合反应2h,即得成品。
