涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体,涂料属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型,按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品,现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业,随着涂料行业的不断发展,人们除对涂料的环保性、经济性有越来越高的要求外,对涂料的其他性能,如耐碱、耐水、耐人工老化等要求更为严格。
内墙涂料一般采用油漆、乳胶漆、水溶性涂料等进行涂覆,但是油漆、乳胶漆、水溶性涂料和树脂乳液中的有机物质为微生物滋生、繁殖提供了丰富的物质基础,在微生物新陈代谢的生命过程中,产生的酶和有机酸等代谢物质可使涂料中的有机物和成膜后的物质不断受到破坏,漆膜受到微生物侵袭后,成膜物质被溶解,基材受到腐蚀从而失去对环境的抵御能力,直至变色、起泡、粉化、脱落,致使被保护材料失去保护层作用,因此,在涂料生产过程中都必须加入合适的防菌、防霉、防藻剂,从而保证涂料产品从生产期、贮存期到使用后都免受微生物侵蚀,长期保持涂饰效果。
现有的内墙涂料在使用时存在以下不足之处:
1.现有的内墙涂料通常采用甲醛类杀菌剂进行防霉杀菌,但是甲醛类杀菌剂中挥发性物质对人体和环境具有较大危害;

进一步地,所述树脂设置为改性树脂和天然树脂的混合物,且改性树脂的重量份数为20-23份,天然树脂的重量份数为10-15份,改性树脂设置为改性酚醛树脂,天然树脂设置为松香,改性酚醛树脂采用改性剂聚乙二醇双苯甲酸酯对酚醛树脂进行改性得到。
进一步地,所述附着力促进剂设置为树脂类附着力促进剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步地,所述杀菌防霉防腐剂采用异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂。
进一步地,所述润滑剂设置为胶体二硫化钼、胶状石墨粉和粉状高分子聚合物中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步地,所述增强剂设置为还原铁粉、氧化铜粉、石英粉及其他一些金属粉末的均匀混合物。
进一步地,所述其它助剂包括纳米级空心玻璃微珠、硫酸钡、云母粉和消光粉。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过添加杀菌防霉防腐剂,使得该涂料具有防霉抗菌效果,通过添加增强剂、润滑剂,使得该涂料抗磨性能好,进而提高耐擦性,能承受较大的冲击力,通过添加附着力促进剂,改善漆膜对底材的密着,且天然树脂松香的黏性甚佳,尤其是压敏性、快黏性、低温黏性很好,几种物质相互作用,使得该涂料不易脱落,耐磨耐擦。
2、本发明通过添加纳米级空心玻璃微珠、硫酸钡、云母粉、消光粉,增加涂料的硬度和刚度,进一步提高涂料的耐擦性,硫酸钡应用在粉末涂料方面能增强粉末涂料的流平性和保光性,并且与所有的色料有较好的兼容性,可使粉末涂料在喷涂工艺中达到理想的涂膜厚度,云母粉应用于涂料中,可大幅提高涂膜的耐候性,抗透水性,增强涂膜的附着力和强度,改善涂膜的表观,消光粉应用在涂料、油漆中,能均衡的控制涂膜表面光泽,增加涂膜的耐磨性和抗划痕性,去湿、除臭、净化空气,隔音、防水和隔热、通透性。
3、本发明通过合成树脂与天然树脂相结合使用,一方面可降低成本,另一方面相互作用提高涂层的物理机械性能,树脂起到黏结剂的作用,将涂料中各种组分牢固地黏结在一起,并与基体产生良好的黏结力,使之在基体表面形成牢固的涂层,整个涂层耐擦性优秀,且涂料原料均为环保材料,适合内墙的涂覆,不会对人体的健康产生危害,且该涂料亦具有抗静电、阻燃性等,使用更加安全舒适。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明为一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂30-38份、活性稀释剂1-3份、醇类溶剂4-6份、去离子水30-40份、附着力促进剂3-5份、消泡剂1-2份、阻燃剂1-3份、杀菌防霉防腐剂1-3份、静电防止剂1-3份、润滑剂1-3份、增强剂3-5份和其它助剂3-5份。
树脂设置为改性树脂和天然树脂的混合物,且改性树脂的重量份数为20-23份,天然树脂的重量份数为10-15份,改性树脂设置为改性酚醛树脂,天然树脂设置为松香,改性酚醛树脂采用改性剂聚乙二醇双苯甲酸酯对酚醛树脂进行改性得到,聚乙二醇双苯甲酸酯,是酚醛树脂主要的改性剂和增塑剂,它能充分改善树脂制成品的挠曲性、柔软性和耐热扭变性,对电性能无不良影响,且能提高树脂中无机填充剂的份额,提高耐磨性能,并降低成本。
附着力促进剂设置为树脂类附着力促进剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种的混合物,附着力促进剂改善漆膜对底材的密着,进而提高涂层耐擦性。
阻燃剂可设置为三(氯乙基)磷酸酯,使得该涂料具有阻燃性,安全性得到保障。
杀菌防霉防腐剂采用异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂,抑制微生物的生长,且异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂相较于传统的甲醛环保性更好,对人体无害。
润滑剂设置为胶体二硫化钼、胶状石墨粉和粉状高分子聚合物中的一种或几种的混合物,润滑剂是提高耐磨涂料润滑减磨性能的主要组分,使得涂料具有较小的摩擦因素和自润滑性。
增强剂设置为还原铁粉、氧化铜粉、石英粉及其他一些金属粉末的均匀混合物,在一定程度上提高涂料的机械强度和表面硬度,改善涂料的抗磨性能。
其它助剂包括纳米级空心玻璃微珠、硫酸钡、云母粉和消光粉,纳米级空心玻璃微珠在粉末涂料中应用时,空心玻璃微珠可以起到隔热、绝缘的作用,可改善粉末涂层的物理机械性能,空心玻璃微珠填料可增加粉末涂料的硬度和刚度,硫酸钡应用在粉末涂料方面能增强粉末涂料的流平性和保光性,并且与所有的色料有较好的兼容性,可使粉末涂料在喷涂工艺中达到理想的涂膜厚度,且上粉率高,云母粉应用于涂料中,可大幅提高涂膜的耐候性,抗透水性,增强涂膜的附着力和强度,改善涂膜的表观,消光粉应用在涂料、油漆中,能均衡的控制涂膜表面光泽,增加涂膜的耐磨性和抗划痕性,去湿、除臭、净化空气,隔音、防水和隔热、通透性。
实施例一
一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂30份、活性稀释剂1份、醇类溶剂4份、去离子水40份、附着力促进剂3份、消泡剂2份、阻燃剂3份、杀菌防霉防腐剂3份、静电防止剂3份、润滑剂3份、增强剂3份和其它助剂5份。
实施例二
一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂35份、活性稀释剂2份、醇类溶剂5份、去离子水34份、附着力促进剂4份、消泡剂2份、阻燃剂2份、杀菌防霉防腐剂2份、静电防止剂1份、润滑剂3份、增强剂5份和其它助剂5份。
实施例三
一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂38份、活性稀释剂3份、醇类溶剂6份、去离子水39份、附着力促进剂3份、消泡剂1份、阻燃剂1份、杀菌防霉防腐剂1份、静电防止剂1份、润滑剂1份、增强剂3份和其它助剂3份。

1.一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:树脂30-38份、活性稀释剂1-3份、醇类溶剂4-6份、去离子水30-40份、附着力促进剂3-5份、消泡剂1-2份、阻燃剂1-3份、杀菌防霉防腐剂1-3份、静电防止剂1-3份、润滑剂1-3份、增强剂3-5份和其它助剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂30份、活性稀释剂1份、醇类溶剂4份、去离子水40份、附着力促进剂3份、消泡剂2份、阻燃剂3份、杀菌防霉防腐剂3份、静电防止剂3份、润滑剂3份、增强剂3份和其它助剂5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂35份、活性稀释剂2份、醇类溶剂5份、去离子水34份、附着力促进剂4份、消泡剂2份、阻燃剂2份、杀菌防霉防腐剂2份、静电防止剂1份、润滑剂3份、增强剂5份和其它助剂5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂38份、活性稀释剂3份、醇类溶剂6份、去离子水39份、附着力促进剂3份、消泡剂1份、阻燃剂1份、杀菌防霉防腐剂1份、静电防止剂1份、润滑剂1份、增强剂3份和其它助剂3份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述树脂设置为改性树脂和天然树脂的混合物,且改性树脂的重量份数为20-23份,天然树脂的重量份数为10-15份,改性树脂设置为改性酚醛树脂,天然树脂设置为松香,改性酚醛树脂采用改性剂聚乙二醇双苯甲酸酯对酚醛树脂进行改性得到。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂设置为树脂类附着力促进剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述杀菌防霉防腐剂采用异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂。
8.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂设置为胶体二硫化钼、胶状石墨粉和粉状高分子聚合物中的一种或几种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述增强剂设置为还原铁粉、氧化铜粉、石英粉及其他一些金属粉末的均匀混合物。
10.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种防霉抗菌仰菌耐擦内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述其它助剂包括纳米级空心玻璃微珠、硫酸钡、云母粉和消光粉。
