Abstract

本发明是一种自交联水性单组分聚氨酯面漆,该面漆的组分及其重量份数为去离子水10‑20份、分散剂0.3‑1份、流平剂0.1‑0.3份、消泡剂0.1‑0.3份、润湿剂0.1‑0.4份、防锈填料5‑10份、金红石钛白粉15‑30份、增稠剂0.1‑0.5份、自交联水性树脂40‑60份、成膜助剂2‑7份、防闪锈助剂0.3‑1份。本发明为水性面漆,VOC的含量较低,降低VOC对人体带来的负面影响;消泡剂可以减少涂料中的气泡,增加喷涂效果;防闪锈助剂和防锈填料可以加快干燥速度,避免金属表面出现生锈现象,从而保护喷涂的产品;流平剂和成膜助剂可以增加面漆喷涂的平滑度和成膜效果,使其具有较好的装饰效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及面漆技术领域,尤其涉及一种自交联水性单组分聚氨酯面漆。
背景技术
面漆是涂装的最终涂层,是建筑墙体装修中最后涂抹的一层,装修后所呈现出的整体效果都是通过这一层体现出来。目前,聚氨酯面漆广泛应用于机械、机电、机床、仪器仪表、阀门、各类机械零件、家具等涂装且适合用于室内环境,如房间、车间、仓库、厂房内部等区域,不宜使用在室外环境。
但现有的部分聚氨酯面漆中含有较多的挥发性有机物(volatile organiccompounds),简称VOC,VOC包括甲醛、氨、乙二醇、酯类等物质,当房间里VOC达到一定浓度时,会引起头痛、恶心、呕吐、乏力等症状,严重时甚至引发抽搐、昏迷,伤害肝脏、肾脏、大脑和神经系统,造成记忆力减退等严重后果,而且喷涂效果差,长时间使用时容易使金属表面出现生锈现象。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种自交联水性单组分聚氨酯面漆。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种自交联水性单组分聚氨酯面漆,该面漆的组分及其重量份数如下:
去离子水:10-20份;
分散剂:0.3-1份;
流平剂:0.1-0.3份;
消泡剂:0.1-0.3份;
润湿剂:0.1-0.4份;
防锈填料:5-10份;
金红石钛白粉:15-30份;
增稠剂:0.1-0.5份;
自交联水性树脂:40-60份;
成膜助剂:2-7份;
防闪锈助剂:0.3-1份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明为水性面漆,VOC的含量较低,降低VOC对人体带来的负面影响;消泡剂可以减少涂料中的气泡,增加喷涂效果;防闪锈助剂和防锈填料可以加快干燥速度,减少面漆中的水分对喷涂的金属造成影响,避免金属表面出现生锈现象,从而保护喷涂的产品,延长其使用寿命;流平剂和成膜助剂可以增加面漆喷涂的平滑度和成膜效果,使其具有较好的装饰效果;具有较好的耐老化性。
