In testing the performance of the combination groups prepared in each example or comparative example, 10 volunteers of patients with intractable acne of 25 to 35 years old were selected and tested, and the volunteers applied the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 to the face after cleaning the face in the morning and evening every day for a test period of 4 months, and the skin condition was observed at 1 week, 6 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks after the application of the present invention, and followed for 1 year.

From the results of examples 1 to 3, it can be seen that the skin of the volunteers using the present invention recovered very rapidly at weeks 1, 6 and 12 and all healed at week 16 without leaving the acne mark, regardless of whether the patients were whelk or intractable acne, and all the volunteers did not recur after tracking for 1 year, indicating that the present invention is very excellent in the acne removing effect.
It can be seen from the results of examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 that the skin of the volunteers recovered very slowly without modifying tea polyphenol during the preparation of the invention and the skin of the volunteers, although cured for a long time, were easily left with pox marks.
It can be seen from the results of examples 1-3 and comparative example 2 that when chitin was not modified in the preparation process of the invention, the skin recovery of volunteers was very slow, and patients were easy to relapse after healing and aggravated after drug withdrawal.
It can be seen from the results of examples 1-3 and comparative example 3 that the skin recovery of the volunteers was very slow but there was no substantial recurrence after healing when the saffron essential oil was not used for modification during the preparation of the invention.
In the invention, when the modified tea polyphenol, the modified chitin and the saffron essential oil are used simultaneously, the acne treatment liquid has good effect on acne or intractable acne, and the inventor finds that the modified tea polyphenol has good effect on removing acne marks in the research process, and the modified chitin has good effect on preventing relapse.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. Claims (10)

1. The composition with the acne removing effect is characterized by comprising the following components:
80-90 parts of a solvent;
0.1-0.15 part of thickening agent;
0.2-0.3 part of saffron crocus essential oil;
1-3 parts of modified tea polyphenol;
1-2 parts of modified chitin;
1-5 parts of propolis.
2. The composition with the acne removing effect according to claim 1, wherein the modified tea polyphenol comprises the following components:
1-4 parts of tea polyphenol;
30-200 parts of acetic anhydride;
30-200 parts of ethyl acetate;
0.1-0.5 part of pyridine.
3. The composition with the acne removing effect according to claim 2, wherein the modified tea polyphenol is prepared by the following steps:
s1, weighing the tea polyphenol, the acetic anhydride and the pyridine according to the weight parts;
s2, adding tea polyphenol, acetic anhydride and pyridine into a reaction kettle, setting reaction conditions, and carrying out low-temperature rotary evaporation and freeze drying on the solution to obtain a modified tea polyphenol intermediate 1;
s3: and (4) adding all the modified tea polyphenol intermediate 1 prepared in the step (S2), ethyl acetate and pyridine in a certain weight ratio into a reaction kettle, setting reaction conditions, performing low-temperature rotary evaporation on the solution, freezing, drying and drying to obtain the modified tea polyphenol.

the reaction condition of the step S2 is that the temperature is 20-80 ℃ and the time is 1-4 h;
the reaction conditions of the step S3 are that the temperature is 20-80 ℃ and the time is 2-8 h.
5. The composition with the acne removing effect according to claim 1, wherein the modified chitin comprises the following components:
30-50 parts of chitin;
10-30 parts of tetrasodium iminodisuccinate;
3-5 parts of ammonium persulfate;
200 portions of water and 1000 portions of water;
10-30 parts of sodium hydroxide;
30-100 parts of isopropanol;
3-8 parts of bromoacetic acid.
6. The composition with the acne removing effect according to claim 5, wherein the modified chitin is prepared by the following steps:
s1, weighing chitin, sodium hydroxide and tetrasodium iminodisuccinate according to the weight parts;
s2, adding tetrasodium iminodisuccinate and sodium hydroxide into water under the magnetic stirring state, dissolving, then putting chitin and ammonium persulfate into the solution, stirring uniformly and putting into a reaction kettle, setting reaction conditions, and performing suction filtration and drying to obtain a modified chitin intermediate 1;
and S3, adding all the modified chitin intermediate 1 in the step S2, isopropanol and bromoacetic acid in a certain mass ratio into a reaction kettle, and setting reaction conditions to obtain the modified chitin.

the reaction condition of the step S2 is that the temperature is 15-50 ℃ and the time is 3-72 h;
the reaction condition of the step S3 is that the temperature is 20-80 ℃ and the time is 1-6 h.

s1, weighing tea polyphenol, acetic anhydride and pyridine according to the parts by weight; adding tea polyphenol, acetic anhydride and pyridine into a reaction kettle, setting reaction conditions, wherein the internal environment temperature of the reaction kettle is 20-80 ℃, and after the reaction is finished for 1-4 hours, drying the solution to obtain a modified tea polyphenol intermediate 1; adding all prepared modified tea polyphenol intermediates, ethyl acetate and residual pyridine in a certain weight ratio into a reaction kettle, setting reaction conditions, controlling the internal environment temperature of the reaction kettle to be 20-80 ℃, controlling the reaction time to be 2-8h, and drying the solution after the reaction is finished to obtain modified tea polyphenol;
s2, weighing chitin, ammonium persulfate, sodium hydroxide, water and tetrasodium iminodisuccinate according to the weight parts; adding tetrasodium iminodisuccinate and sodium hydroxide into water under the magnetic stirring state, dissolving, then adding chitin and ammonium persulfate into the solution, stirring uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, setting the reaction conditions, wherein the internal environment temperature of the reaction kettle is 40-60 ℃, the reaction time is 36-72 hours, performing suction filtration and drying to obtain a modified chitin intermediate 1, adding all the prepared chitin intermediate 1, isopropanol and bromoacetic acid in a certain mass ratio into the reaction kettle, setting the reaction conditions, wherein the internal environment temperature of the reaction kettle is 20-80 ℃, and the reaction time is 1-6 hours to obtain the modified chitin;
