Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical production of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing cream.
Background
Acne is commonly known as whelk, is a common chronic skin disease occurring in hair follicle sebaceous glands, mainly appears on the face, chest and back of young men and women, forms lesions such as acne, papule, pustule, nodule, cyst and the like, and also remains scars on part of people.
The existing acne removing methods on the market are various, such as laser treatment, salicylic acid brushing and other methods, the irritation is large, the skin is greatly damaged, acne removing products on the market contain a large amount of chemical substances, hormones and the like, the treatment effect is not obvious, the recurrence rate is high, and drug dependence is easy to generate. How to develop a traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing ointment which is mild and non-irritating and has the functions of removing acnes and repairing acnes muscles and acne marks and a preparation method thereof are problems to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing cream so as to respond to the problems mentioned in the background technology.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: 5-15 parts of common andrographis herb, 5-6 parts of amur corktree bark, 3-5 parts of bletilla striata, 5-6 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 1-3 parts of catechu, 1-10 parts of stearic acid, 5-10 parts of hexadecanol, 1-7 parts of glycerin monostearate, 1-3 parts of lanolin, 8-12 parts of glycerin and 1-3 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate;
the method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) pulverizing herba Andrographitis, cortex Phellodendri, rhizoma Bletillae, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, and Catechu to obtain medicinal powder;
(2) adding ethanol into the medicinal powder, and soaking for 1-3 hr;
(3) after soaking, preparing an extracting solution by adopting a heating reflux method to prepare a first extracting solution;
(4) adding ethanol which is the same as that in the step (2), and heating and refluxing again to prepare a second extracting solution;
(5) mixing the two extractive solutions, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated solution;
(6) mixing fatty acid, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate and lanolin, and heating in water bath for liquefaction to obtain oil phase;
(7) simultaneously mixing glycerol, sodium dodecyl sulfate and the concentrated solution prepared in the step, and heating and liquefying in water bath to obtain a water phase;
(8) adding the oil phase into the water phase while the mixture is hot, uniformly stirring in one direction, emulsifying by a high-speed dispersion homogenizer, and cooling to obtain the acne-removing cream.
Further, the medicinal powder needs to be sieved, and the mesh size is 80-100 meshes.
Further, the ethanol concentration is 70-80%, and the solid-liquid ratio is 1:4-1: 8.
Further, in the heating reflux, the heating time is 1-3h, and the temperature is 70-90 ℃.
Further, the water content of the concentrate was 25%.
Further, the temperature of the water bath in the step (7) and the step (8) is 70-85 ℃.
Further, in the step (8), the emulsion is emulsified for 2min at the rotating speed of 3000 r/min.
The acne mark and scar removing cream has the beneficial effects that a natural traditional Chinese medicine formula is adopted as a raw material, the components are mild and non-irritant, acne can be effectively removed, and a good repairing effect can be realized on the generated acne mark and scar; the cream preparation adopted by the product is convenient for daily use.
