s1: preparing raw materials, namely 2-5 parts of propylene glycol, 2-4 parts of trehalose, 1-4 parts of nicotinamide, 1-5 parts of oat beta-glucan, 3-5 parts of compound vitamin, 2-4 parts of witch hazel extract, 2-4 parts of centella extract, 1-2 parts of glycerol, 0.5-3 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 70-100 parts of deionized water, 1-15 parts of liquorice extract, 1-15 parts of ginseng extract, 2.5-7 parts of a micro-emulsification matrix and 2.5-20 parts of a humectant;
s2: preparing a first mixed solution, namely putting a ginseng extracting solution, a centella asiatica extract and a witch hazel extract into an aseptic container, adding deionized water, heating and fully stirring to obtain a first mixed solution;
s3: preparing a second mixed solution, namely putting propylene glycol, trehalose, nicotinamide, oat beta-glucan, hydrolyzed collagen and glycerol into a sterile container, adding deionized water, heating and fully stirring to obtain a second mixed solution;
s4: preparing a liquorice extracting solution, crushing the air-dried liquorice, sieving the crushed liquorice by using 100-mesh and 300-mesh sieve cloth, adding deionized water for reflux extraction for 2 times, cooling and carrying out suction filtration, combining filtrates to obtain a water extracting solution, carrying out reflux extraction on filter residues and ethanol, combining the extracts, cooling to 25 ℃, filtering by using 60-mesh filter cloth to obtain a filtrate, uniformly mixing the water extracting solution and the ethanol extracting solution, and carrying out vacuum concentration until the relative density is 1.2 to obtain the liquorice extracting solution;
s5: preparing a mixed solution, adding the multivitamin and the humectant into deionized water in batches, and stirring while adding;
s6: mixing the raw materials, adding the first mixed solution, the second mixed solution and the licorice root extract into a mixer for heating and mixing, adding the micro-emulsified matrix during mixing, continuously mixing, adding the mixed solution prepared in S5 after mixing for 10-30 minutes, and continuously stirring for 10-25 minutes to obtain a finished product.

The method of claim 1, wherein the preparation of the ginseng extract in S2 is carried out by pulverizing dried panax quinquefolium, reflux-extracting with deionized water for 3 times, cooling, vacuum-filtering, mixing filtrates, and vacuum-concentrating to relative density of 1.5 to obtain the ginseng extract.
