Description

Composition for treating chloasma and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chloasma treatment preparations, and particularly relates to a composition for treating chloasma and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chloasma is a common pigmentation disease occurring on the face, skin plague is better caused by zygomatic crest and forehead, and the chloasma is represented by yellowish to dark brown patches which are symmetrical and limited on the face. Clinically, the disease is mostly seen in middle-aged and young women, but only in a few males. Chloasma patients generally have no subjective symptoms and mainly affect the appearance of the patients. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not clear up to now, and the disease is generally considered to be clinically common and difficult to treat because the disease is continuously difficult to cure with endocrine dyscrasia, heredity, oxygen free radicals, ultraviolet irradiation, mental factors, various factors such as contraceptive use, external cosmetics and the like. The chloasma skin damage rarely causes pain or discomfort to a patient, but the facial appearance is affected due to the chloasma skin damage, a certain psychological pressure is brought to the patient, and the skin damage is further aggravated due to the adverse effect, so that a plurality of treatment methods have little effect. Nowadays, the research on reagents for treating chloasma is more and more intensive, various reagents and health care products for treating chloasma on the market are also endless, but a common problem exists, more chemical reagents can be added in the selection of raw materials, some potential safety hazards can exist after long-term use, and in addition, the treatment effect is general, the treatment is difficult to cure, and only the obvious effect can be achieved. Although many studies on preparation of preparations by using plant ingredients exist at present, the processing technology is usually a conventional leaching and stirring mixing mode, so that the bioavailability of raw materials is not high on one hand, and the absorption effect of finished products is poor on the other hand.
For example, application No. CN201710545256.4 discloses a chloasma-removing composition, application, a compound preparation and a preparation method thereof. The invention discloses a chloasma-removing composition, which uses nicotinamide to inhibit melanin formation, uses tranexamic acid to inhibit melanin aggregation and resist inflammation while inhibiting vasodilatation, uses camellia yunnanensis alcohol extract to inhibit melanin formation and relieve irritation while inhibiting histamine release, uses panax notoginseng saponins to improve blood vessel microcirculation and improve skin tolerance, and can well relieve or treat mixed chloasma in a long-acting manner after reasonable proportioning of four components. The invention also provides a chloasma-removing compound preparation, which can realize effective co-dissolution of nicotinamide, tranexamic acid, panax notoginseng saponins and camellia Yunnanensis alcohol extract in the compound preparation, thereby relieving or treating mixed chloasma in a long-acting manner under the combined action, has no irritation, ensures that patients with allergic constitution can use the chloasma-removing compound preparation, and does not generate phase separation when the compound preparation is stored at room temperature. The invention also provides a preparation method of the chloasma-removing compound preparation and application of the chloasma-removing composition. The invention uses more chemical additives, and has certain safety.
