The following skin-care and moisturizing tests were performed on examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2:
each group of objects: in 100 clinical observation cases, symptoms are shown as: loose skin, greasiness, dull color, appearance of freckles, red pox, 50 of men and 50 of women (age 20-60 years). The drinks obtained in each example were subjected to clinical trials in the following manner: each group was selected from 10 men and 10 women, 5 groups in total, each sample was taken every day, 50ml of each sample was taken, and the treatment effect was observed and recorded after one month, and the treatment effect standard was as follows: (1) effect is shown: the skin is more moist, the oil output is obviously reduced, and the white degree is improved by 30 percent; (2) effective: the skin is moist, the oil output is reduced, and the white degree is improved by 10 percent; and (3) invalidation: there was no significant improvement or aggravation of symptoms before and after treatment. The test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the bird's nest collagen peptide beverage prepared in the example of the present invention has better therapeutic effect than the comparative example, and relatively speaking, the beverage prepared in the example 3 has better effect.
The products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were studied for their anti-aging effects on a model of a naturally aging mouse, and biochemical indicators of Malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in the serum were examined, respectively.
Mouse and animal experiment, 70 ICR female mice of 16 months age are selected, and the weight is 33-45g.50 naturally aging mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, namely a control group, examples 1-3 (0.1 g/kg), and comparative examples 1-2 (0.1 g/kg), a test group and a Tangchen Beijian collagen powder positive group (0.1 g/kg). The control group was perfused with the same volume of saline and the stomach was perfused continuously for 60 days. After 60 days of intragastric administration, an eye ball is picked up to take a sufficient amount of serum sample, and the serum sample is stored at the temperature of minus 20 ℃ for standby. And (3) detecting the MDA content, SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC activity of the serum by using a kit method. The results of the anti-skin aging effect test were as follows:

As can be seen from Table 2, compared with the control group, the bird's nest collagen peptide beverage MDA prepared in the invention of the examples 1-3 is obviously reduced, and the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC are obviously improved. In contrast, the beverage prepared in example 3 was the most effective.
