技术领域
本发明涉及谷物粉技术领域,具体涉及一种复合谷物粉。
背景技术
糖尿病是较普遍的高发病症,糖尿病及其并发症给患者生活和工作带来很多不便,严重地影响了患者的生活质量。谷物作为主要粮食作物,养活世界一半以上人口,为膳食提供能量。消费者常常忽略了稻谷的营养问题,更注重于其适口性和可获得性。水稻精加工为大米后,除了淀粉含量高以外,其他营养物质含量均较低,导致以大米为主食的人群缺乏某些营养物质,例如,负责人体正常生长的赖氨酸、维生素、微量元素等。全谷物糙米是稻谷脱壳后剩下部分,其在保护人体新陈代谢方面优于大米,可缓解高血糖、癌症、肥胖和心血管等疾病,因此近年来备受关注。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种复合谷物粉,以解决现有技术中的上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
根据本发明的第一方面,一种复合谷物粉,包括藜麦米12-15份、葛根5-10份、牛蒡根3-5份、山药3-5份、茯苓3-5份、苦瓜干3-5份、葡萄籽2-3份、蔬菜籽12-18份、杏仁2-3份、蒲公英2-3份、无花果2-3份、山楂1-2份、玫瑰花1-2份、芝麻1-2份、谷物12-20份、豆类6-12份、猴头菇5-10份、花生2-3份、罗汉果甜苷0.3-0.5份,L-阿拉伯糖0.8-1.2份,全脂奶粉1-2份,麦芽糊精2-3份和抗性糊精0.3-1份。
进一步地,蔬菜籽由南瓜籽、黄瓜籽、西瓜籽、韭菜籽、莱菔子和冬瓜籽组成。
进一步地,谷物由黑米、薏仁米、苦荞米、青稞米、白糯米、燕麦米、红米、糙米和玉米组成。
进一步地,豆类由白芸豆、奶花芸豆、粉豇豆、花豇豆、鹰嘴豆、红小豆、绿豆和黑豆组成。

根据本发明的第二方面,一种谷物粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将藜麦米、葛根、猴头菇、牛蒡根、山药、茯苓、苦瓜干、糙米、红小豆、绿豆、花生、葡萄籽、南瓜籽、黄瓜籽、西瓜籽、韭菜籽、莱菔子、冬瓜籽、杏仁、蒲公英、无花果、山楂、玫瑰花、芝麻、黑米、薏仁米、苦荞米、青稞米、白糯米、燕麦米、红米、玉米、白芸豆、奶花芸豆、粉豇豆、花豇豆、鹰嘴豆和黑豆去杂后形成主料;
步骤二、将主料在烘炒机微波熟化;
步骤三、将熟化后的主料使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过100目筛后置于搅拌器中搅拌;
步骤四、将罗汉果甜苷,L-阿拉伯糖、全脂奶粉、麦芽糊和抗性糊精混入至搅拌后的主料中,然后使用搅拌器进行搅拌形成复合谷物粉。
本发明具有如下优点:通过本发明充分利用各个谷物脱壳后剩下的营养成分使得本复合谷物粉具有降血糖功效、食疗控糖更加安全,适合糖尿病人专用。

实施例1
一种复合谷物粉,包括藜麦米12-15份、葛根5-10份、牛蒡根3-5份、山药3-5份、茯苓3-5份、苦瓜干3-5份、葡萄籽2-3份、南瓜籽2-3份、黄瓜籽2-3份、西瓜籽2-3份、韭菜籽2-3份、莱菔子2-3份和冬瓜籽2-3份、杏仁2-3份、蒲公英2-3份、无花果2-3份、山楂1-2份、玫瑰花1-2份、芝麻1-2份、黑米2-3份、薏仁米2-3份、苦荞米2-3份、青稞米1-2份、白糯米1-2份、燕麦米2-3份、红米1-2份、糙米3-5份和玉米1-2份、白芸豆1-2份、奶花芸豆1-2份、粉豇豆1-2份、花豇豆1-2份、鹰嘴豆1-2份、红小豆3-5份、绿豆3-5份、黑豆1-2份、猴头菇5-10份、花生2-3份、罗汉果甜苷0.3-0.5份,L-阿拉伯糖0.8-1.2份,全脂奶粉1-2份,麦芽糊精2-3份和抗性糊精0.3-1份。
根据实施例1所述的复合谷物粉,需要说明的是,猴头菇、糙米、红小豆、绿豆和花生均为富硒品。
实施例1达到的技术效果为:选用可补充蛋白质、预防糖尿病、保护心血管的藜麦米,抗氧化、修复细胞、增强免疫力的富硒猴头菇、富硒糙米、富硒红小豆、富硒绿豆和富硒花生,去湿、健脾、保肝和降血糖的葛根、牛蒡根、山药、茯苓和苦瓜干,抗衰老、抗氧化、抗辐射、抗炎、抑菌和防癌的葡萄籽,改善贫血、促进身体发育的南瓜籽,补肝肾、接骨续筋、化痰止咳、祛风止痒的黄瓜籽,降血压和保护心脏的西瓜籽,补益肝肾、壮阳固精的韭菜籽,降气、消食、化痰、除胀的莱菔子及冬瓜籽、杏仁、蒲公英、无花果、山楂、玫瑰花、芝麻、黑米、薏仁米、苦荞米、青稞米、白糯米、燕麦米、红米、玉米、白芸豆、奶花芸豆、粉豇豆、花豇豆、鹰嘴豆和黑豆等主料搭配基本无毒、服用安全、甜度高、热量几乎为零、不影响正常人血糖含量的罗汉果甜苷、L-阿拉伯糖、全脂奶粉、麦芽糊精和抗性糊精等辅料可使得本复合谷物粉的口感较好且长期服用有较好的降血糖效果。
实施例2
一种复合谷物粉,包括藜麦12份、葛根5份、牛蒡根3份、山药3份、茯苓3份、苦瓜干3份、葡萄籽2份、南瓜籽2份、黄瓜籽2份、西瓜籽2份、韭菜籽2份、莱菔子2份和冬瓜籽2份、杏仁2份、蒲公英2份、无花果2份、山楂1份、玫瑰花1份、芝麻1份、黑米2份、薏仁米2份、苦荞米2-3份、青稞米1份、白糯米1份、燕麦米2份、红米1份、糙米3份和玉米1份、白芸豆1份、奶花芸豆1份、粉豇豆1份、花豇豆1份、鹰嘴豆1份、红小豆3份、绿豆3份、黑豆1份、猴头菇5份、花生2份、罗汉果甜苷0.3份,L-阿拉伯糖0.8份,全脂奶粉1份,麦芽糊精2份和抗性糊精0.3份。
根据实施例2所述的复合谷物粉,需要说明的是,藜麦为静乐藜麦。
实施例2达到的技术效果为:本发明的复合谷物粉对糖尿病患者具有显著的降血糖保健功效,能够配合药物治疗,控制血糖波动,减少服药量,从而降低对药物的依赖性。
三、试验例
典型案例1:
患者:女,51岁,体重指数16.1(标准18.5-23.9),偏瘦,空腹血糖偏高,为7.01mmol/L(正常4.22-6.11mmol/L),常出现饥饿、头晕、乏力的症状,确诊为2型糖尿病。餐前服用本发明实施例2的复合谷物粉,每次50g,用热水冲调后食用,每天3次;服用2周之后,空腹血糖和餐后血糖(正常值<7.8mmol/L)均在控制范围,且没有出现头晕、乏力等不适症状。一个半月后体重指数达标,空腹血糖为6.02-6.04mmol/L,餐后血糖为7.02-7.13mmol/L。
典型案例2:
患者:男,54岁,体重指数28.6,肥胖,确诊2型糖尿病3年,确诊后一直服用消渴丸(5-10丸/次,3次/日),服药后空腹血糖控制在6.33-6.61mmol/L范围内,餐后血糖控制在8.12-8.34mmol/L范围内。参与本发明临床效果实验:服药前30min服用本发明实施例2的复合谷物粉,每次80g,用热水冲调后食用,同时将服药次数减少为每天2次,服用3周后,测定空腹血糖和餐后血糖,空腹血糖为6.22-6.42mmol/L,餐后血糖为8.05-8.21mmol/L。
上述典型临床案例证明,本发明含藜麦的全谷物降糖乳饮料对于2型糖尿病患者具有显著的降血糖保健功效,能够配合药物治疗,控制血糖波动,减少服药量,从而降低对药物的依赖性。
实施例3
一种复合谷物粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将藜麦米、葛根、猴头菇、牛蒡根、山药、茯苓、苦瓜干、糙米、红小豆、绿豆、花生、葡萄籽、南瓜籽、黄瓜籽、西瓜籽、韭菜籽、莱菔子、冬瓜籽、杏仁、蒲公英、无花果、山楂、玫瑰花、芝麻、黑米、薏仁米、苦荞米、青稞米、白糯米、燕麦米、红米、玉米、白芸豆、奶花芸豆、粉豇豆、花豇豆、鹰嘴豆和黑豆去杂后形成主料;
步骤二、将所述主料在烘炒机微波熟化;
步骤三、将熟化后的所述主料使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过100目筛后置于搅拌器中搅拌;
步骤四、将罗汉果甜苷,L-阿拉伯糖、全脂奶粉、麦芽糊和抗性糊精混入至搅拌后的所述主料中,然后使用搅拌器进行搅拌形成复合谷物粉。
步骤五、将搅拌形成大的复合谷物粉进行称重后在自动包装机装袋包装。
根据实施例2所述的复合谷物粉的制备方法,需要说明的是,烘炒机的烘炒温度在100℃~110℃之间,速度在3~30m/s之间,烘炒的时间10~20min之间;搅拌器的转速为150转/min,搅拌时间为3min;粉碎机的速度为29比9速度。
实施例2达到的技术效果为:通过将主料熟化的设置可保证主料的食用效果,通过将熟化的主料食用粉碎机粉碎保证主料中的各个原料充分结合,通过烘炒机烘炒温度、速度、烘炒时间、搅拌器转速及搅拌时间的设置可有效保证复合谷物粉的熟化效果,最终实现食用并且有利于食用者的消化。

1.一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,包括藜麦米12-15份、葛根5-10份、牛蒡根3-5份、山药3-5份、茯苓3-5份、苦瓜干3-5份、葡萄籽2-3份、蔬菜籽12-18份、杏仁2-3份、蒲公英2-3份、无花果2-3份、山楂1-2份、玫瑰花1-2份、芝麻1-2份、谷物12-20份、豆类6-12份、猴头菇5-10份、花生2-3份、罗汉果甜苷0.3-0.5份,L-阿拉伯糖0.8-1.2份,全脂奶粉1-2份,麦芽糊精2-3份和抗性糊精0.3-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述蔬菜籽由南瓜籽、黄瓜籽、西瓜籽、韭菜籽、莱菔子和冬瓜籽组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述谷物由黑米、薏仁米、苦荞米、青稞米、白糯米、燕麦米、红米、糙米和玉米组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述豆类由白芸豆、奶花芸豆、粉豇豆、花豇豆、鹰嘴豆、红小豆、绿豆和黑豆组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述谷物由黑米、薏仁米、苦荞米、青稞米、白糯米、燕麦米、红米、糙米和玉米组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述豆类由白芸豆、奶花芸豆、粉豇豆、花豇豆、鹰嘴豆、红小豆、绿豆和黑豆组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述蔬菜籽由所述南瓜籽2-3份、所述黄瓜籽2-3份、所述西瓜籽2-3份、所述韭菜籽2-3份、所述莱菔子2-3份和所述冬瓜籽2-3份组成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述谷物由所述黑米2-3份、所述薏仁米2-3份、所述苦荞米2-3份、所述青稞米1-2份、所述白糯米1-2份、所述燕麦米2-3份、所述红米1-2份、所述糙米3-5份和所述玉米1-2份组成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种复合谷物粉,其特征在于,所述豆类由所述白芸豆1-2份、所述奶花芸豆1-2份、所述粉豇豆1-2份、所述花豇豆1-2份、所述鹰嘴豆1-2份、所述红小豆3-5份、绿豆3-5份和黑豆1-2份组成。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的一种复合谷物粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将藜麦米、葛根、猴头菇、牛蒡根、山药、茯苓、苦瓜干、糙米、红小豆、绿豆、花生、葡萄籽、南瓜籽、黄瓜籽、西瓜籽、韭菜籽、莱菔子、冬瓜籽、杏仁、蒲公英、无花果、山楂、玫瑰花、芝麻、黑米、薏仁米、苦荞米、青稞米、白糯米、燕麦米、红米、玉米、白芸豆、奶花芸豆、粉豇豆、花豇豆、鹰嘴豆和黑豆去杂后形成主料;
步骤二、将所述主料在烘炒机微波熟化;
