Abstract
本发明提供蓝光OLED器件、显示面板和显示装置。该蓝光OLED器件包括蓝色发光层,所述蓝色发光层包括蓝光发光主体(BH)和蓝光掺杂剂(BD),其中,所述蓝光发光主体和所述蓝光掺杂剂的HOMO能级差值小于等于0.9eV;基于所述发光层的总质量,所述蓝光掺杂剂的含量小于等于6%。由此,蓝光掺杂剂的HOMO与蓝光发光主体的HOMO相差不大,蓝光掺杂剂不会因为捕捉太多空穴而造成空穴迁移率显著降低,所以蓝光掺杂剂在上述掺杂比例的条件下,可以有效延长蓝光OLED器件的寿命。
