Abstract
本发明属于农药应用技术领域,具体涉及一种含叶菌唑的组合物在防治小麦茎基腐病上的用途。所述组合物有效活性成分包括第一活性成分叶菌唑和第二活性成分甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵,其中叶菌唑和甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵的重量比为30:1~1:30;本发明还涉及一种含叶菌唑的组合物在防治小麦害虫的用途,所述组合物包括三种活性成分,第一活性成分为叶菌唑,第二活性成分为甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵,第三活性成分为杀虫剂,三种活性成分的重量比为(1‑30):(1‑30):(1‑30)。该组合物可以制成各种种子处理剂,可以有效防治小麦茎基腐病并且兼具防虫作用,值得在产业上推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含叶菌唑的杀菌组合物在防治小麦茎基腐病上的应用,杀菌组合物包括第一活性成分叶菌唑,第二活性成分甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵,以及其他活性成分及助剂等,属于农药应用技术领域。
背景技术
叶菌唑,英文名称:Metconazole,是一种新型、广谱内吸性杀菌剂。兼具优良的保护及治疗作用,其作用机理为麦角甾醇生物合成中C-14脱甲基化酶抑制剂,对非靶标生物低毒,用量低但杀菌活性高,契合绿色防控要求,环境前景佳,叶菌唑田间施用对谷类作物壳针孢、链孢霉和柄锈菌植病有卓越效果,同传统杀菌剂相比,剂量极低而谷类病害防治谱较广,目前其登记的防治对象为小麦白粉病,小麦锈病,小麦赤霉病。
甲基硫菌灵,英文名称:Thiophanate-Methyl,是一种广谱性内吸低毒杀菌剂,兼具预防和治疗作用,其作用机理为:当被喷施于作物表面时,可迅速被植物所吸收,在植物体内经一系列生化反应转化为多菌灵,干扰病原菌的细胞分裂,影响病菌菌丝形成和细胞分裂,使细胞壁中毒,孢子萌发长出的芽管畸形,使病菌不能正常生长从而达到杀菌效果。甲基硫菌灵可用于防治由子囊菌、担子菌、半知菌等多种病原真菌引起的多种病害。
多菌灵,英文名称:carbendazim,多菌灵是一种广谱性内吸低毒杀菌剂,兼具预防和治疗作用,其作用机理为:干扰病原菌有丝分裂中纺锤体的形成,影响细胞分裂,从而起到杀菌作用,可用于防治子囊菌、半知菌等多种病原菌引起的多种病害。
申请人经试验意外发现,将作用机理不同的叶菌唑与甲基硫菌灵/多菌灵复配,制成种衣剂,对于防治小麦茎基腐病效果显著,并且在加入第三种活性成分杀虫剂之后,在增效基础上兼具杀虫作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含叶菌唑的杀菌组合物在防治小麦茎基腐病上的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:
一种含有叶菌唑的杀菌组合物在防治小麦茎基腐病上的应用,其特征在于,
(1)第一活性成分:叶菌唑;
(2)第二活性成分:甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵;
第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比为30:1~1:30,含量之和为所述组合物总重量的1%~90%。
本发明的另一名目的是提供一种含叶菌唑的组合物在防治小麦虫害上的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:
一种含有叶菌唑的杀菌组合物在防治小麦害虫上的应用,其特征在于,
(1)第一活性成分:叶菌唑;
(2)第二活性成分:甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵;
(3)第三种活性成分:噻虫胺
第一活性成分、第二活性成分与第三活性成分的重量比为(1~30):(1~30):(1~30),含量之和为所述组合物总重量的1%~90%。
进一步的技术方案为,所述含有叶菌唑的组合物可以制成农业上允许的多种种子处理剂,较好的剂型有:种子处理悬浮剂。各种种子处理剂助剂种类及含量并没有特别的限定,属于本领域技术人员公知的内容,可在具体制备过程中根据配方而定。
对种子处理悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐(TERSPERSE2700、T36、GY-D06等)、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠等中的一种或多种;成膜剂如聚乙烯醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、羧甲基纤维素、阿拉伯树胶、明胶、黄原胶、淀粉等具有粘结性和成膜性的高分子聚合物等中的一种或多种;消泡剂如硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇等中的一种或多种;水为去离子水。
对干拌种剂,可使用的助剂有:润湿剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE 2500等中的一种或多种;分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE 2020等中的一种或多种;成膜剂如多糖类高分子化合物(可溶性淀粉、聚丙烯接枝共聚物、黄原胶、微生物粘质物)、纤维素衍生物(羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙基纤维素)、海藻类如海藻酸钠、琼脂,松香、石蜡、明胶、果胶,聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮及多元醇聚合物水溶性合成品,无机粘结剂(硅酸镁铝、粘土、水玻璃、石膏)等中的一种或多种;填料如硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土中的一种或多种。
对种子处理微囊悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:囊芯溶剂如甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂油S-150、溶剂油S-200、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、正辛醇、正戊醇、丙酮、环己酮、己烷、二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、油酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯等中的一种或多种;囊壁材料(油性)如二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯等多异氰酸酯等中的一种或多种;囊壁材料(水性)如乙二醇、丙三醇、乙二胺、丙二胺、丙三胺、水等含多元羟基或者多元胺基或者与油性单体反应生成含以上两种基团的化合物。乳化剂如农乳33#、农乳34#、农乳500#、农乳600#、农乳700#、农乳1601#、农乳1602#、T60、S80、TX-10、OP-10、NP-10等中的一种或多种;分散剂如分散剂NNO、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、分散剂2700、聚羧酸盐分散剂、磷酸酯分散剂等。防冻剂主要为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、尿素、氯化钠等。增稠剂是黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、硅酸镁铝、阿拉伯胶水等。成膜剂如多糖类高分子化合物、纤维素衍生物、海藻酸盐、琼脂、松香、石蜡、明胶、果胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮及多元醇聚合物水溶性合成品等中的一种或多种;消泡剂如有机硅类,高级醇类等中的一种或多种;染色剂如玫瑰红、品红、大红黄、兰、紫等中的一种或多种。
本发明所达到的技术效果:
本发明组分合理,制剂剂型合理,对小麦茎基腐病防治效果好,用药成本低,且其活性和杀菌效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有单一制剂相比较,具有显著的增效作用,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
具体实施方式
下面通过室内毒力测定试验来说明叶菌唑与甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵混配对小麦茎基腐病的联合作用。
试验方法:试验方法采用菌丝生长速率法。首先将各药剂溶解并稀释,根据药剂活性,稀释5个不同的浓度梯度,然后从低浓度到高浓度定量吸取药液,加入预先融化的培养基并充分摇匀。然后等量倒入3个培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板。不含药剂的处理作为空白对照。每处理3次重复。
在无菌条件下,用直径5mm的打孔器,自培养好的菌落边缘切取菌饼,并用接种器将菌饼接种到含药平板中央,菌丝面朝上,盖上皿盖,置于28℃恒温培养箱中培养。在72h后,采用十字交叉法测量菌落生长直径,取平均值。计算抑制率,再根据药剂浓度对数与抑制率的几率值求出毒力回归方程,计算得出药剂对的EC50值。以共毒系数评价复配药剂对小麦茎基腐病菌优势种假禾谷镰孢菌(F.pseudograminearum)的联合作用,共毒系数>120表示为增效作用,共毒系数在80~120之间表示为相加作用,共毒系数<80表示为拮抗作用。

由表1可得,叶菌唑与甲基硫菌灵在30:1-1:30的重量比内混配,对小麦茎基腐病菌均表现出一定的增效作用,混配比例在1:20时,增效作用最为明显。

由表2可得,叶菌唑与多菌灵在30:1-1:30的重量比内混配,对小麦茎基腐病菌均表现出一定的增效作用,混配比例在1:15时,增效作用最为明显。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合制剂实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明,申请人将叶菌唑与甲基硫菌灵进行混配,制成种子处理剂,对小麦茎基腐病防效良好,并且在加入第三种活性成分杀虫剂之后,能够有效防病防虫。
制剂实施例1
叶菌唑1%、甲基硫菌灵15%、木质素磺酸钠6%、烷基磺酸钠4%、氯化钠2%、聚乙烯醇2%、己醇3%,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料用高剪切混合乳化机分散后,倒入砂磨机,接通冷凝水后开启砂磨机,研磨2小时后过滤制得16%叶菌唑·甲基硫菌灵种子处理悬浮剂。
制剂实施例2
叶菌唑1%、甲基硫菌灵10%、噻虫胺20%、烷基萘磺酸钠5%、烷基磺酸钠3%、3%丙二醇、羧甲基纤维素2%、辛醇2.5%,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料用高剪切混合乳化机分散后,倒入砂磨机,接通冷凝水后开启砂磨机,研磨2小时后过滤制得31%叶菌唑·甲基硫菌灵·噻虫胺种子处理悬浮剂。
制剂实施例3
叶菌唑1%、多菌灵15%、木质素磺酸钠5%、烷基磺酸钠3%、氯化钠2%、聚乙烯醇2%、己醇2%,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料用高剪切混合乳化机分散后,倒入砂磨机,接通冷凝水后开启砂磨机,研磨2小时后过滤制得16%叶菌唑·多菌灵种子处理悬浮剂。

叶菌唑1%、甲基硫菌灵20%、木质素磺酸钠8%、烷基磺酸钠5%、氯化钠2.5%、聚乙烯醇2%、己醇3%,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料用高剪切混合乳化机分散后,倒入砂磨机,接通冷凝水后开启砂磨机,研磨2小时后过滤制得21%叶菌唑·甲基硫菌灵种子处理悬浮剂。
生物实施例:防治小麦茎基腐病田间试验。
2021年在陕西省宝鸡市眉县进行了制剂实施例1、制剂实施例2、制剂实施例3、制剂实施例4、制剂实施例5以及对照药剂防治小麦茎基腐病、小麦蚜虫的田间试验,并验证该药剂对小麦的安全性。
试验方法:试验作物为小麦,每小区30m2,,小区区组随机排列,每处理3次重复,另设空白对照,试验方法采用种子包衣的处理方法,包衣后阴干后播种。调查分两个时期调查,分别在分蘖期调查小麦茎基腐病形成的茶褐色病斑,乳熟期调查小麦白穗,调查时,每小区五点取样,每点调查1m双行小麦的发病情况,记录调查总株数,各级病株数。
小麦茎基腐分级标准如下:
0级:茎基部无病斑;
1级:病斑围绕茎基部1/4以下;
3级:病斑围绕茎基部1/4-1/2;
5级:病斑围绕茎基部1/2-3/4;
7级:病斑围绕茎基部3/4以上,植株接近死亡或死亡。
小麦白穗分级标准如下:
0级:全穗无病;
1级:白穗面积占全穗面积的1/4以下;
3级:白穗面积占全穗面积的1/4-1/2;
5级:白穗面积占全穗面积的1/2-3/4;
7级:白穗面积占全穗面积的3/4以上。
病情指数=[∑(各级病株数×相对级数值)/(调查总穗数×7)]×100
防治效果(%)=(空白对照区病情指数-药剂处理区病情指数)/空白对照区病情指数×100
小麦蚜虫调查标准:拔节期进行调查,采用对角线五点取样法,每点固定调查50株,记录蚜虫总数,并与空白对照比较计算防治效果。
防治效果(%)=(空白对照区蚜虫数-处理区蚜虫数)/空白对照区蚜虫数×100

从表3田间试验结果可得,以上制剂实施例在制成种子处理悬浮剂的情况下施用,对小麦茎基腐病有很好的防治效果,防效均达到90%以上,明显优于各单剂的防效。并且在加入第三种活性成分杀虫剂之后,同样通过种子处理,杀虫效果也比较明显,相比于杀虫剂单剂,能够兼具杀虫杀菌作用,且效果较好。通过安全性调查,各试验处理对小麦无药害现象发生。
综上所述,本发明的组合物对小麦茎基腐病防治效果显著,与现有单一制剂相比,增效作用明显,并且在加入第三种活性成分杀虫剂之后,可以兼具杀虫作用,使得防治成本降低,防治效果显著,且对作物安全,在生产上具有广泛的应用前景。
Claims (7)
1.一种含叶菌唑的组合物在防治小麦茎基腐病上的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物有效活性成分包括第一活性成分叶菌唑和第二活性成分甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵,其中叶菌唑和甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵的重量比为30:1~1:30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含叶菌唑的组合物在小麦茎基腐病上的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物中第一活性成分叶菌唑和第二活性成分甲基硫菌灵或多菌灵的重量比为20:1~1:20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含叶菌唑的组合物在小麦茎基腐病上的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物还包括第三种活性成分,第三种活性成分为杀虫剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于:第三种活性成分为噻虫胺。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于:三种活性成分的重量比为(1-30):(1-30):(1-30)。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的用途,其特征在于:所述活性成分总重量份占整个制剂总重量份的百分比为1%~90%。
7.根据权利要求1或3所述的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为:种子处理悬浮剂、种子处理微囊悬浮剂、干拌种剂。
