Abstract
为了解决现有的点焊胶对于镀锌板,铝板等基材粘接强度差,不能适应多种基材粘接的技术问题,本发明提出一种高强度适用于多种基材粘接的点焊胶。所述点焊胶由以下质量份的各物质组成:顺丁橡胶5‑10,粉末丁腈橡胶10‑15,环氧树脂6‑12,聚异丁烯接枝马来酸酐6‑10,阻燃剂10‑15,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯25‑30,填料30‑40,氧化钙3‑5,过氧化二异丙苯0.2‑0.8,颜料1‑2。本发明的高强度适用于多种基材粘接的点焊胶可用于钢板、铝材、镀锌板等多种基材,具有优异的粘接强度和很好的附着性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及点焊胶黏剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度适用于多种基材粘接的点焊胶。
背景技术
点焊,是指焊接时利用柱状电极,在两块搭接工件接触面之间形成焊点的焊接方法,点焊时,先加压使工件紧密接触,随后接通电流,在电阻热的作用下工件接触处熔化,冷却后形成焊点,在汽车生产中的运用十分广泛。点焊胶是用于胶接点焊工艺胶粘剂。用环氧树脂、聚硫橡胶等配合制成。具有联接强度高、密封性好、应力分布均匀、耐疲劳性好、结构重量轻、可以进行阳极氧化、生产率高等优点。
然而,现有的点焊胶一般针对钢材有较好的粘接强度和附着性能,但对于镀锌板,铝板等基材,则粘接强度差,不能适应多种基材的粘接。
橡发胶明减内震容材料,不能直接将减震材料附着在钢板、铝材、镁合金等基材之上,
为了解决现有的点焊胶对于镀锌板,铝板等基材粘接强度差,不能适应多种基材粘接的技术问题,本发明提出一种高强度适用于多种基材粘接的点焊胶。本发明的高强度适用于多种基材粘接的点焊胶可用于钢板、铝材、镀锌板等多种基材,具有优异的粘接强度和很好的附着性能。
本发明一种高强度适用于多种基材粘接的点焊胶,所述点焊胶由以下质量份的各物质组成:

进一步的,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵或氯化石蜡。
进一步的,所述填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉和陶土中的一种或多种。
聚异丁烯接枝马来酸酐(PIB-MAH)结构中,异丁烯段具有强烈的亲油性,马来酸酐段具有较好的亲水性,本发明中聚异丁烯接枝马来酸酐(PIB-MAH)能有效地改进有机聚合物和无机填充物、有机聚合物间的相容性和粘合力,同时酸酐段与环氧树脂在高温条件下,羧基与环氧基加成,生成酯基。酯化反应生成的羧基,进一步使酸酐开环,与环氧基进行反应,固化后的环氧树脂对多种金属基材如钢板,镀锌板,铝板等都有很高的粘接强度和很好的附着性能。

将实施例1-5与对比实施例一起进行剪切强度和附着力检测,检测方法如下:
1、剪切强度测试
实验设备如下:
a)油面钢板/镀锌板/铝板:100mm*25mm*0.8mm,数量各5组
b)恒温烘炉:温度波动范围±1℃,
c)万能拉力机
d)长尾夹
测试步骤:如图1所示,试样按油面钢板/镀锌板/铝板各制作试件5组,涂敷面积为12.5mm×25mm,保持胶厚度均为0.2mm,可用40mm以上长尾夹夹持,刮去两侧多余试样,于实验环境下放置1h以上。然后将其整体放入温度为170℃±2℃的烘烤箱内烘烤20min,取出后在试验环境中放置24h。去除长尾夹或砝码,用小刀将两边露出的试样切掉以消除应力。
开机试验,除拉伸速度为50mm/min,其它试验过程按GB/T 7124中的有关规定进行计算取平均值,取三位有效数字。
2、附着力测试
实验设备如下:
a)油面钢板/镀锌板/铝板:250mm*100mm*0.8mm,数量各3件
b)恒温烘炉:温度波动范围±1℃
c)单面刀片
d)雕刻刀
测试步骤如下:
在油面钢板/镀锌板/铝板中央均匀地涂布胶粘剂样品,胶体涂布形状尺寸为100mm*60mm*6mm,把涂有胶粘剂的试片放入恒温炉内,按170℃烘烤20min取出试片,待其在标准状态下保持24h后用单面刀片在试板中央划开一条宽为10mm的胶带或用雕刻刀撬开涂层,其深度应到试板基面,如图2所示:以45°的方向向上慢慢剥离划开的胶带,观察胶体的破坏形式。胶体应能良好的附着在试板上,胶层应为内聚破坏。

由以上结果可知:本发明高强度适用于多种基材粘接的点焊胶可用于钢板、铝材、镀锌板等多种基材,具有优异的粘接强度和很好的附着性能。
