Abstract
本发明涉及一种净水过滤器,在中心部配备有过滤器流路且安装到过滤器外壳内部的过滤器的一侧端部,安装有封闭上述过滤器流路但在过滤器以及过滤器外壳之间形成有流路的第1支撑帽,而在上述过滤器的另一侧端部,安装有封闭过滤器以及过滤器外壳之间但形成有与上述过滤器流路连通的流路的第2支撑帽,在通过上述第2支撑帽的流路流入的水经过过滤器的净水过程之后再通过过滤器流路以及第2支撑帽的流路排出的公知的净水过滤器中,上述过滤器由分割成2个以上的过滤器分段构成,上述各个过滤器分段之间安装有连接帽,上述连接帽与前端过滤器分段的过滤器流路连通但封闭后端过滤器分段的过滤器流路,从而大幅提升净水效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种净水过滤器,
尤其涉及一种可以提升花洒头或净水器内部所收纳的过滤器的净水效率的净水过滤器。
背景技术
通常,在浴室的花洒头以及洗脸池或厨房洗碗池的花洒头以及净水器中安装有长圆筒形的净水过滤器,以便于有效地对自来水中所掺杂的铁锈或异物等有害物质进行过滤使用,
但是当因为花洒头的长时间使用而导致净水过滤器被自来水中的有害物质污染时,需要更换使用新的净水过滤器。
但是,在如上所述的现有的净水过滤器中,
以长圆筒形构成并安装到花洒头或净水器的过滤器外壳内部,
而且在因为长时间使用而导致净水过滤器受到污染时需要更换新的净水过滤器进行使用,
但是可能会会因为使用者难以准确地对净水过滤器的更换时期进行设定而导致不必要的混乱,
因此在使用者过晚更换净水过滤器时会导致所使用的水受到污染的问题,
而在过早更换净水过滤器时又会导致不必要的净水过滤器浪费的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决如上所述的现有的净水过滤器中所存在的各种问题,
本发明的目的在于在安装到花洒头或净水器内的有限空间内部的净水过滤器中,
可以通过在现有的净水过滤器所具有的有限容量内使得水阶段性地经过多次净水过程而将净水效率极大化,
而且可以根据阶段性的净水过程中的污染程度选择性地对过滤器进行更换。
为此,适用本发明的净水过滤器,其特征在于:
在中心部配备有过滤器流路且安装到过滤器外壳内部的过滤器的一侧端部,安装有封闭上述过滤器流路但在过滤器以及过滤器外壳之间形成有流路的第1支撑帽,而在上述过滤器的另一侧端部,安装有封闭过滤器以及过滤器外壳之间但形成有与上述过滤器流路连通的流路的第2支撑帽,
在通过上述第2支撑帽的流路流入的水经过过滤器的净水过程之后再通过过滤器流路以及第2支撑帽的流路排出的公知的净水过滤器中,
上述过滤器由分割成2个以上的过滤器分段构成,
上述各个过滤器分段之间安装有连接帽,
上述连接帽与前端过滤器分段的过滤器流路连通但封闭后端过滤器分段的过滤器流路,在前端过滤器分段与过滤器外壳之间配备有封闭部,在后端过滤器分段与过滤器外壳之间配备有连接帽流路,
在通过上述前端过滤器分段进行第1次净水的水排出到上述连接帽的连接帽流路之后再通过后端过滤器分段进行第2次净水并通过过滤器流路排出,
借此,可以借助于各个过滤器分段阶段性地对水执行净水过程并根据污染程度选择性地对各个过滤器分段进行更换,从而大幅提升净水效率。
适用本发明的净水过滤器,
在通过前端过滤器分段进行第1次净水的水排出到上述连接帽的连接帽流路之后再通过后端过滤器分段进行第2次净水并通过过滤器流路排出,
借此,可以借助于各个过滤器分段阶段性地对水执行净水过程并根据污染程度选择性地对各个过滤器分段进行更换,从而大幅提升净水效率。

在中心部配备有过滤器流路且安装到过滤器外壳内部的过滤器的一侧端部,安装有封闭上述过滤器流路但在过滤器以及过滤器外壳之间形成有流路的第1支撑帽,而在上述过滤器的另一侧端部,安装有封闭过滤器以及过滤器外壳之间但形成有与上述过滤器流路连通的流路的第2支撑帽,
在通过上述第2支撑帽的流路流入的水经过过滤器的净水过程之后再通过过滤器流路以及第2支撑帽的流路排出的公知的净水过滤器中,
上述过滤器由分割成2个以上的相同或不同材质或密度的过滤器分段1、1’构成,
上述各个过滤器分段1、1’之间分别安装有连接帽3。
此外,上述连接帽3在上下侧分别配备有插入棒4、4’,从而分别插入安装到前端、后端过滤器分段1、1’的过滤器流路5、5’的内部。
此外,上述连接帽3与前端过滤器分段1的过滤器流路5连通但封闭后端过滤器分段1’的过滤器流路5’,
在前端过滤器分段1与过滤器外壳7之间配备有封闭部8,在后端过滤器分段1’与过滤器外壳7之间配备有连接帽流路5”。
此外,在上述封闭部8中选择性地配备有多种不同形态以及材质的密封圈10,从而紧密地维持连接帽3的封闭部8与过滤器外壳7之间的水密性,以避免通过前端过滤器分段1进行净水之后的水在不经过后续净水过程的情况下直接流入到后端过滤器分段1’与过滤器外壳7之间。
未说明的符号9为第1支撑帽,而9’为第2支撑帽。
在如上所述构成的适用本发明的净水过滤器中,
过滤器1由分割成2个以上的过滤器分段1、1’构成,
在通过前端过滤器分段1进行第1次净水的水排出到上述连接帽3的连接帽流路5”之后再通过后端过滤器分段1’进行第2次净水并通过过滤器流路5’排出,
借此,可以借助于各个过滤器分段1、1’阶段性地对水执行净水过程,
并根据污染程度选择性地对各个过滤器分段1、1’进行更换,从而大幅提升净水效率。
图4至图6是对适用本发明之另一实施例的内部构成状态进行图示的部分纵向截面图,
通过将连接帽3的封闭部8安置到在过滤器外壳7的内周面形成的支撑坎11上,
可以将后端过滤器分段1’以及连接帽3更加稳定地安置到过滤器外壳7的内周面。

在上述分割成2个以上的过滤器分段1、1’之间或前、后端部,
追加安装内置有公知的如远红外线陶瓷或抗菌珠或磁性体等功能性原材料12或维生素C13的功能性原材料分段14,
从而使得从功能性原材料12排出的成分或维生素C13溶解到通过流入口16流入的水中并通过排水口17排出。

在连接帽3的插入棒4、4’中形成通水孔19,以与过滤器分段1、1’的内侧面相距一定间隔的状态垂直较长延长,通过以强行嵌入或挂钩式等方式组装的结合部21与相邻的连接帽3彼此结合成一体,
各个所分割的过滤器分段1、1’通过连接帽3的结合部21彼此组装成一体并借此连接成一个,在对过滤器分段1、1’进行组装或更换时,可以在各个过滤器分段1、1’彼此结合成一体的状态下防止发生任意分离的现象,从而可以更加稳定地进行处理,
连接帽3的插入棒4、4’与过滤器分段1、1’的内侧面相距一定间隔,从而不会因为过滤器分段1、1’与插入棒4、4’的直接接触而导致净水面积的下降并借此进一步提升净水效率。

上述连接帽3与前端过滤器分段1的过滤器流路5连通但封闭后端过滤器分段1’的过滤器流路5’,在前端过滤器分段1与过滤器外壳7之间配备有封闭部8,在后端过滤器分段1’与过滤器外壳7之间配备有连接帽流路5”,
在通过上述前端过滤器分段1进行第1次净水的水排出到上述连接帽3的连接帽流路5”之后再通过后端过滤器分段1’进行第2次净水并通过过滤器流路5’排出,
借此,可以借助于各个过滤器分段1、1’阶段性地对水执行净水过程并根据污染程度选择性地对各个过滤器分段1、1’进行更换,从而大幅提升净水效率。

此外,上述维生素C13等功能性原材料12也可以内置到过滤器分段1、1’的内部,

Claims (2)
1.一种净水过滤器,其特征在于:
在配备有流路且安装到过滤器外壳内部的过滤器的一侧端部与上述过滤器流路封闭且通过上述第1支撑帽的流路流入的水经过过滤器的净水过程之后再通过过滤器流路以及第2支撑帽的流路排出,
上述过滤器由分割成2个以上的相同或不同材质或密度的过滤器分段(1)(1’)构成,
上述各个过滤器分段(1)(1’)之间安装有连接帽(3),
上述连接帽(3)与前端过滤器分段(1)的过滤器流路(5)连通但封闭后端过滤器分段(1’)的过滤器流路(5’),在前端过滤器分段(1)与过滤器外壳(7)之间配备有封闭部(8),在后端过滤器分段(1’)与过滤器外壳(7)之间配备有连接帽流路(5”),
在通过上述前端过滤器分段(1)进行第1次净水的水排出到上述连接帽(3)的连接帽流路(5”)之后再通过后端过滤器分段(1’)进行第2次净水并通过过滤器流路(5’)排出,
在上述连接帽(3)的上、下侧分别配备插入棒(4、4’)并分别插入安装到前、后端过滤器分段(1、1’)的过滤器流路(5、5’)的内部的公知的净水过滤器中,
上述连接帽(3)的插入棒(4、4’)向上、下侧垂直延长并通过结合部21与相邻的连接帽(3)结合成一体,从而在对过滤器分段(1、1’)进行组装或更换时,在各个过滤器分段(1、1’)彼此结合成一体的状态下防止发生任意分离的现象。
2.根据权利要求1所述的净水过滤器,其特征在于:
在上述连接帽(3)的插入棒(4、4’)中形成通水孔(19)并与过滤器分段(1、1’)的内侧面相距一定间隔,从而不会因为过滤器分段(1、1’)与插入棒(4、4’)的直接接触而导致净水面积的下降并借此进一步提升净水效率。
