10% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of yeast extract, 1-3% of sunflower seed extract, 12% of rose extract, 0.4-0.6% of hydrolyzed soy protein, 1-3% of sesame seed oil, 0.8-1.2% of cetostearyl alcohol and water.

10% of sodium hyaluronate, 11% of yeast extract, 2% of sunflower seed extract, 12% of rose extract, 0.5% of hydrolyzed soy protein, 2% of sesame seed oil, 1.0% of cetostearyl alcohol and water.

sesame seed oil is purchased from Guangzhou city Yabao chemical industry Co., ltd, and the product number is YBZT006;

cetostearyl alcohol is available from the chemical industry limited of yabao, guangzhou, under the product number YBJC009;

the preparation method of the verbascum extract comprises the following steps: extracting Verbascum (provided by Yabao chemical industry) with 50% methanol, wherein the feed liquid ratio is 1:10, heating the extract in water bath at 60 ℃, concentrating to 1/3 of the original volume to obtain a herba Vernoniae extract for later use;

the water used was deionized water.

Example 1 preparation of extract

(1) Weighing sunflower seed extract, herba Verbasci Thunb extract, sesame seed oil, hydrolyzed soybean protein, cetostearyl alcohol and appropriate amount of water, adding into stirring pot, heating to 75deg.C, adding yeast lysate extract, homogenizing for 5min (homogenizing speed is 8000 r/min);

(2) And (3) after cooling, putting the rose extract and sodium hyaluronate into a mixer, and slowly stirring for 0.5h at normal temperature to obtain the composition with the anti-aging effect.

Result detection

1. Safety test

The human skin closed patch test was performed according to the human skin patch test specified in cosmetic safety technical Specification (2015 edition). 35 volunteers are selected, and no suspicious reaction and no positive reaction are caused to the formula product of the application, so that the product of the application is proved to be safe and has no adverse reaction.

2. Stability detection:

the detection method comprises the following steps: and (3) carrying out cold and hot alternating test, sequentially sealing and preserving the obtained product at 45 ℃,25 ℃ and-15 ℃ for 24 hours, circulating for 5 times, standing at 25 ℃ for 12 hours, thin coating the product and the corresponding product prepared newly by the same method on a black observation plate, and comparing the appearance, wherein the grades are as follows:

The test results are shown in the following table:

The results in Table 3 show that the formulas A-L in the application have good stability, and the problems of precipitation, color change, layering and the like are avoided after cold-hot alternating experiments.

3. Anti-wrinkle effect test

The detection method comprises the following steps: skin elasticity test

130 volunteers, women aged 43-55 years, were selected and randomized into 13 groups of 10 products each using formulas A-L, respectively, one group without any product at the test site as a control. When in use, 1mL of the product is uniformly smeared on the inner side of the whole forearm (about 10cm from the palm root and about 5 multiplied by 10cm in area), the product is massaged to be completely absorbed, and the product is used once a day in the morning and evening for 4 weeks continuously, and no other skin care products are used at the part during the period. The control group was scrubbed with clear water daily, both early and late. The skin elasticity tester measures the elasticity value of the application site before and after 4 weeks of use of the product. Testing of the same subject is performed by the same instrument, the same tester. Before each measurement, the probe is cleaned, and meanwhile, the tested person washes the part to be tested by using clean water, keeps relaxed, sits still for 10 minutes, and receives the test.

It can be seen that after the subject uses the product B of the application, the skin elasticity is obviously improved, the elasticity improvement value can reach 0.074, and the elasticity improvement rate can reach 12.94%. The composition of the present application has been shown to achieve significant anti-wrinkle effects.

The subject elasticity values for formulation G were varied as shown in the following table:

It can be seen that the subject using product G had a further improvement in skin elasticity, up to 0.127, and up to 21.82% skin elasticity, relative to the subject using product B. The addition of the calycosin extract proved to further improve the skin elasticity.

From the results, the average skin elasticity improvement rate of the formula A-I products can reach more than 9%, and the anti-wrinkle effect is good. Wherein, the average skin elasticity improving rate of the formula F-I can reach more than 13%, however H, I is not suitable for use in consideration of cost problem in mass production, and the formula F, G has the best anti-wrinkle effect in view of combination.

Claims (7)

1. A composition with anti-wrinkle effect, characterized by comprising the following components: 10% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of yeast lysate extract, 1-3% of sunflower seed extract, 12% of rose extract, 0.4-0.6% of hydrolyzed soybean protein, 1-3% of sesame seed oil, 0.8-1.2% of cetostearyl alcohol and the balance of water.

The composition with anti-wrinkle effect according to claim 1, wherein a verbascum extract is further added; the preparation method of the verbascum extract comprises the following steps: extracting the calycosin with 50% methanol, wherein the feed liquid ratio is 1:10, heating the extract in water bath at 60 ℃, concentrating to 1/3 of the original volume to obtain a herba Verbasci Thmosoidis extract, wherein the weight ratio of the herba Verbasci Thmosoidis extract to the sunflower seed extract is 1-3:1.

3. the composition with anti-wrinkle effect according to claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of the acteoside extract and the sunflower seed extract is 1.5:1.

4. a method for preparing a composition having anti-wrinkle effect according to any one of claims 2 to 3, comprising the steps of:

(1) Adding sunflower seed extract, herba Verbasci Thunb extract, sesame seed oil, hydrolyzed soybean protein, cetostearyl alcohol and water into stirring pot, heating, adding yeast lysate extract, homogenizing, and cooling;

(2) And (3) cooling, adding the rose extract and sodium hyaluronate into a mixer, and stirring to obtain the composition with anti-wrinkle effect.

5. The method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the heating temperature is 70 to 80 ℃, and the homogenizing condition is: homogenizing for 3-5min at 1200-18000 r/min.

6. The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (2), the stirring conditions are: stirring at normal temperature for 0.5-1h.

7. Use of the composition having anti-wrinkle effect according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for preparing a skin care product which is at least one of a toner, a tightening lotion, a nourishing cream, a massage cream, an essence, an eye cream, a skin cleansing foam, a skin cleansing lotion, a mask, a foundation, a body lotion, a body cream, a body oil and a body milk.
