本发明属于功能面料制备技术领域,本发明公开了一种单向导湿工装面料及其制备方法。本发明采用整理剂对混纺织物进行吸湿速干整理,先得到改性混纺织物;然后将防水剂、抗紫外线剂、增稠剂和水混合得到的涂层浆料涂覆在改性混纺织物表面,再在特定的条件下进行单面印花,得到单向导湿工装面料。本发明制备得的单向导湿工装面料吸湿、排汗性能优良,而且多次洗涤其功能性仍然保留,产品同时具有耐磨擦、抗紫外线等功能,同时还具有优异的舒适性和生态环保性,该产品不仅适应市场发展方向和趋势,也满足了日益追求高品位生态环保的服用目标。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能面料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种单向导湿工装面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来人们对服装面料的舒适性、健康、安全性、环保等要求越来越高,尤其是户外运动、生产第一线的工人、湿热环境下的工作人员或从事剧烈运动的人,一旦出汗,服装干燥速度缓慢,从而给人一种湿冷、闷热等不舒服感,于是开发一款吸湿排汗的工装面料尤为重要和迫切。
目前,现有技术一般通过以下三个途径达到织物吸湿排汗的功能要求:①纤维结构设计:通过纤维的物理或化学改性使其具有吸湿排汗功能;②织物结构设计:将织物设计成双层或多层结构;③功能整理:利用吸湿排汗整理剂对织物进行功能性整理。当前以第一种方法居多,即用吸湿排汗纤维来制成各类面料,而且应用在针织面料上偏多,另外也有采用第二种方法对织物结构设计,例如棉盖涤、麻盖丙、棉盖丙双层针织物,涤棉丙三层针织物等,都广泛运用于运动服和休闲服。但是第一种方法和第二种方法生产成本高,产量较低,布面厚重,限制了应用的广泛性。
因此,如何公开一种单向导湿工装面料及其制备方法,提高吸湿排汗的工装面料产量,降低成本,拓展其应用是本领域亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种单向导湿工装面料及其制备方法,解决了纤维物理或化学改性成本高,工艺复杂,产量低的问题,同时还解决了多层结构布面厚重、成本较高等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种单向导湿工装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用整理剂对混纺织物进行吸湿速干整理,得到改性混纺织物;
2)将涂层浆料涂覆在改性混纺织物表面,然后进行单面印花,得到单向导湿工装面料。
优选的,所述混纺织物由棉和涤纶混纺而成,其中,棉与涤纶的混纺比为52-58:42-48。
优选的,所述混纺织物由3/2斜纹组织制织,混纺织物的经纬密度为143×112根/英寸。
优选的,所述吸湿速干整理过程中轧液率为70-80%,浸扎完成后在170-190℃下定型。
优选的,所述整理剂为含有环氧基团和聚醚基团的有机硅三元共聚物。
优选的,所述步骤2)中的涂层浆料为防水剂、增稠剂、抗紫外线剂和水的混合物;其中,防水剂的浓度为45-55g/L,抗紫外线剂的浓度为5-8g/L,增稠剂占涂层浆料总质量的2-5%。
优选的,所述防水剂为C8防水剂或C6防水剂。
优选的,所述单面印花采用125网目圆网进行,沾浆比例为65-70%,印花速度为45-55m/min。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种单向导湿工装面料的制备方法制备得到的单向导湿工装面料。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明制备的单向导湿工装面料通过对棉涤混纺比例和经纬密度进行限定,使内外层形成的润湿梯度连续性良好,具备导湿速干、透气好、强力高、耐磨的特点;
2、本发明所述整理剂中的环氧基团可以与棉纤维分子交联而获得牢固的吸附,侧链上的聚醚基团则为亲水基团,提供亲水性和柔软性,使织物两面形成吸湿性差异,织物的内外层亲疏水性差异变大,从而具有更好的单向导湿性能,整理剂处理后的织物吸湿速干效果提升显著;
3、内层防水点(涂层浆料)和吸水点(整理剂)相互间隔排列,形成若干“微视窗”,可按照液态水分管理实现单向导湿,形成更强的吸湿排汗功能和抗紫外线性能;
4、本发明制备的单向导湿工装面料制备成本低,导湿效果好,可用于工装或战服、冬季军服等军用服装,以及登山、滑雪等户外服装。
具体实施方式
一种单向导湿工装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用整理剂对混纺织物进行吸湿速干整理,得到改性混纺织物;
2)将涂层浆料涂覆在改性混纺织物表面,然后进行单面印花,得到单向导湿工装面料。
在本发明中,所述混纺织物由棉和涤纶混纺而成,其中,棉与涤纶的混纺比为52-58:42-48,优选为53-56:44-47,进一步优选为55:45。
在本发明中,所述混纺织物由3/2斜纹组织制织,混纺织物的经纬密度为143×112根/英寸。
在本发明中,所述吸湿速干整理过程中轧液率为70-80%,优选为72-78%,进一步优选为75%;浸扎完成后在170-190℃下定型,定型温度优选为175-185℃,进一步优选为180℃。
在本发明中,所述整理剂为含有环氧基团和聚醚基团的有机硅三元共聚物,优选为HMW8871。
在本发明中,所述步骤2)中的涂层浆料为防水剂、增稠剂、抗紫外线剂和水的混合物;其中,防水剂的浓度为45-55g/L,优选为48-52g/L,进一步优选为50g/L;抗紫外线剂的浓度为5-8g/L,优选为6-7g/L,进一步优选为6g/L;增稠剂占涂层浆料总质量的2-5%,优选为2-4%,进一步优选为3%。
在本发明中,所述防水剂为C8防水剂或C6防水剂。
在本发明中,所述单面印花采用125网目圆网进行,沾浆比例为65-70%,印花速度为45-55m/min。
本发明还提供了一种单向导湿工装面料的制备方法制备得到的单向导湿工装面料。
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
将棉和涤纶混纺比为55:45的纱线,采用3/2斜纹组织制织,经纬密度设计为143×112根/英寸,得到混纺织物。采用HMW8871整理剂混纺织物进行吸湿速干整理,得到改性混纺织物(轧液率为75%、浸扎完成后在180℃下定型);
采用C6防水剂50g/L、抗紫外线剂HTUV100 6g/L、总质量3%的增稠剂N254和余量水调制而成的防水涂料作为涂层浆料,将涂层浆料涂覆在改性混纺织物表面,然后进行单面印花(单面印花工艺为:采用125网目圆网进行单面印花,刮浆棒的直径为8mm,压力为70N,沾浆比例为68%,印花速度为50m/min),得到单向导湿工装面料。
对本实施例得到的单向导湿工装面料进行相关性能检测,检测结果如表1所述:

从表1可以看出本发明制备得单向导湿工装面料吸湿、排汗性能优良。其指标大大超过了GTB/T 21655.2棉涤织物对吸湿排汗性能技术要求,而且多次洗涤其功能性仍然保留,产品同时具有耐磨擦、抗紫外线等功能,使得与同类产品相比在性能上有前所未有的舒适性和生态环保性,该产品不仅适应市场发展方向和趋势,也满足了日益追求高品位生态环保的服用目标。
实施例2
将棉和涤纶混纺比为52:48的纱线,采用3/2斜纹组织制织,经纬密度设计为143×112根/英寸,得到混纺织物。采用HMW8871整理剂混纺织物进行吸湿速干整理,得到改性混纺织物(轧液率为70%、浸扎完成后在190℃下定型);
采用C8防水剂45g/L、抗紫外线剂HTUV100 8g/L、总质量2%的增稠剂N254和余量水调制而成的防水涂料作为涂层浆料,将涂层浆料涂覆在改性混纺织物表面,然后进行单面印花(单面印花工艺为:采用125网目圆网进行单面印花,刮浆棒的直径为8mm,压力为70N,沾浆比例为65%,印花速度为45m/min),得到单向导湿工装面料。
实施例3
将棉和涤纶混纺比为58:42的纱线,采用3/2斜纹组织制织,经纬密度设计为143×112根/英寸,得到混纺织物。采用HMW8871整理剂混纺织物进行吸湿速干整理,得到改性混纺织物(轧液率为80%、浸扎完成后在170℃下定型);
采用C6防水剂55g/L、抗紫外线剂HTUV100 5g/L、总质量5%的增稠剂N254和余量水调制而成的防水涂料作为涂层浆料,将涂层浆料涂覆在改性混纺织物表面,然后进行单面印花(单面印花工艺为:采用125网目圆网进行单面印花,刮浆棒的直径为8mm,压力为70N,沾浆比例为70%,印花速度为55m/min),得到单向导湿工装面料。

2)将涂层浆料涂覆在改性混纺织物表面,然后进行单面印花,得到单向导湿工装面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向导湿工装面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混纺织物由棉和涤纶混纺而成,其中,棉与涤纶的混纺比为52-58:42-48。
