本发明提供一种水基难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法,以质量分数计,组合物包括基础油和占基础油质量0.1~5%的功能添加剂;所述基础油包括35~55%水,5~20%水溶性聚合物,0~40%甘油和0~40%聚乙二醇;水溶性聚合物为环氧乙烷‑环氧丙烷的共聚物;功能添加剂选自摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂中的一种或多种;摩擦改进剂选自脂肪酸和/或脂肪酸衍生物;金属减活剂选自苯三唑和/或苯三唑衍生物;防锈剂选自有机醇胺和/或无机盐;抗泡剂选自含硅抗泡剂和/或无硅抗泡剂。该液压液组合物的歧管着火试验不燃烧,铜腐蚀试验不大于1、液相锈蚀试验通过、生物可降解率大于60%。

一种水基难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于液压液组合物,尤其涉及一种水基难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
液压油液是液压传动系统中动力传递的载体。针对在漏液情况下有着火风险的液压系统,实际应用包括炉门,压铸机,锻压机械和采矿设备等,普通的矿物油型液压油难以很好地满足实际使用要求。从安全性角度出发,对于上述液压系统,要求其使用的液压油液必须具有优异的抗燃性能。含水溶性聚合物类难燃液压液(HFC类难燃液压液)是目前广泛使用的一种难燃液压液,其价格低廉、防锈抗磨性能优良,是一种具有优异性价比的难燃液压液。
传统的HFC类难燃液压液主要由去离子水、低分子量二元醇(如乙二醇和二乙二醇)、高分子量水溶性聚合物以及各种功能性添加剂调制而成。随着环保法规的日益严苛,使用后的传统型HFC类难燃液压液被归类为危险品,不能直接排放至河流湖泊中。由于HFC类难燃液压液可完全溶解于水中,因此采用传统的含油污水处理工艺难以有效实现无害化处理。此外,废旧的传统型HFC类难燃液压液具有较高的COD值,因此该废液需要作为特殊废物予以针对性处理,从而会增加处置程序和成本。同时,传统型HFC类难燃液压液所使用的低分子量二元醇(如乙二醇和二乙二醇)具有较强的毒性,吸入人体内会对呼吸系统以及中枢神经系统等造成较大的危害。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种水基难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法,该液压液组合物具有优异抗燃性和优良生物可降解性。
本发明提供了一种水基难燃液压液组合物,以质量分数计,包括基础油和占基础油质量0.1~5%的功能添加剂:
所述基础油包括35~55%的水,5~20%的水溶性聚合物,0~40%的甘油和0~40%的聚乙二醇;
所述水溶性聚合物为环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物;
所述功能添加剂选自摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂中的一种或多种;
所述摩擦改进剂选自脂肪酸和/或脂肪酸衍生物;
所述金属减活剂选自苯三唑和/或苯三唑衍生物;
所述防锈剂选自有机醇胺和/或无机盐;
所述抗泡剂选自含硅抗泡剂和/或无硅抗泡剂。
在本发明中,所述脂肪酸选自辛酸、油酸和癸酸中的一种或多种;
所述金属减活剂选自苯三唑和/或甲基苯三唑;
所述防锈剂选自三乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺和亚硝酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述抗泡剂选自甲基硅油和/或聚环氧丙烷单丁醚。
在本发明中,所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的质量比为(50:50)~(80:20);所述水溶性聚合物100℃下运动粘度为5000~10000mm2/s。具体实施例中,所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物优选为二乙二醇起始的聚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物、或三羟甲基丙烷起始的聚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物、或甘油起始的聚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物。
在本发明中,所述聚乙二醇选自聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇300、聚乙二醇400和聚乙二醇600中的一种或多种。
在本发明中,以基础油质量为基准,所述功能添加剂包括0.5wt%~2.0wt%的摩擦改进剂;0.05wt%~0.5wt%的金属减活剂;0.5wt%~2.0wt%的防锈剂和20ppm~100ppm的抗泡剂。
在本发明中,水基难燃液压液组合物具体包括:
35%的水、12%的环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物、15%的甘油、38%的聚乙二醇200;及占基础油1.0%的三乙醇胺、1.4%的癸酸、0.2%的苯三唑和20ppm的聚环氧丙烷单丁醚;所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的质量比为80:20,100℃下运动粘度为5500mm2/s;
或50%的水、15%的环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物、35%的聚乙二醇400;及占基础油0.8%的亚硝酸钠、0.5%的辛酸、0.1%的甲基苯三唑和60ppm的甲基硅油;所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的质量比为50:50,100℃下运动粘度为7000mm2/s;

本发明提供了一种上述技术方案所述水基难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水、甘油、聚乙二醇和防锈剂混合,得到均匀溶液;
将所述均匀溶液和摩擦改进剂、抗泡剂、金属减活剂混合,搅拌溶解,再和水溶性聚合物混合,搅拌至均匀,得到水基难燃液压液组合物。
在本发明中,所述水、甘油、聚乙二醇和防锈剂优选在室温下混合。
本发明在加入金属减活剂后搅拌至溶解,以升温的方式加快溶解,温度不超过50℃。
本发明提供了一种水基难燃液压液组合物,以质量分数计,包括基础油和占基础油质量0.1~5%的功能添加剂;所述基础油包括35~55%的水,5~20%的水溶性聚合物,0~40%的甘油和0~40%的聚乙二醇;所述水溶性聚合物为环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物;所述功能添加剂选自摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂中的一种或多种;所述摩擦改进剂选自脂肪酸和/或脂肪酸衍生物;所述金属减活剂选自苯三唑和/或苯三唑衍生物;所述防锈剂选自有机醇胺和/或无机盐;所述抗泡剂选自含硅抗泡剂和/或无硅抗泡剂。该液压液组合物在上述组分的共同作用下具有优异抗燃性和抗腐蚀性及良好生物可降解性,满足水基难燃液压液的未来发展要求。实验结果表明:该水基难燃液压液组合物的歧管着火试验不燃烧,铜腐蚀试验不大于1、液相锈蚀试验(合成海水)通过、生物可降解率大于60%。
具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种水基难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
将35wt%去离子水、15wt%甘油、38wt%聚乙二醇200、1.0wt%三乙醇胺室温下混合搅拌均匀后,加入1.4wt%癸酸搅拌至溶解完全,控制温度在40℃下加入0.2wt%苯三唑、20ppm聚环氧丙烷单丁醚搅拌至溶解完全,加入12wt%甘油起始的聚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷质量比为80:20,100℃运动粘度5500mm2/s)搅拌至体系清亮透明澄清,得到难燃液压液组合物。
实施例2
将50wt%去离子水、35wt%聚乙二醇400、0.8wt%亚硝酸钠室温下混合搅拌均匀后,加入0.5wt%辛酸搅拌至溶解完全,控制温度在45℃下加入0.1wt%甲基苯三唑、60ppm甲基硅油搅拌至溶解完全,加入15wt%三羟甲基丙烷起始的聚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷质量比为50:50,100℃运动粘度7000mm2/s)搅拌体系清亮透明澄清,得到难燃液压液组合物。
实施例3
将40wt%去离子水、10wt%甘油、18wt%聚乙二醇200、14wt%聚乙二醇600、1.3wt%甲基二乙醇胺室温下混合搅拌均匀后,加入1.8wt%油酸搅拌至溶解完全,控制温度在50℃下加入0.05wt%苯三唑、0.05wt%甲基苯三唑、100ppm聚环氧丙烷单丁醚搅拌至溶解完全,加入18wt%二乙二醇起始的聚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷质量比为75:25,100℃运动粘度8500mm2/s)搅拌至体系清亮透明澄清,得到难燃液压液组合物。

由以上实施例可知,本发明提供了一种水基难燃液压液组合物,以质量分数计,包括基础油和占基础油质量0.1~5%的功能添加剂;所述基础油包括35~55%的水,5~20%的水溶性聚合物,0~40%的甘油和0~40%的聚乙二醇;所述水溶性聚合物为环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物;所述功能添加剂选自摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂中的一种或多种;所述摩擦改进剂选自脂肪酸和/或脂肪酸衍生物;所述金属减活剂选自苯三唑和/或苯三唑衍生物;所述防锈剂选自有机醇胺和/或无机盐;所述抗泡剂选自含硅抗泡剂和/或无硅抗泡剂。该液压液组合物在上述组分的共同作用下具有优异抗燃性和抗腐蚀性及良好生物可降解性,满足水基难燃液压液的未来发展要求。实验结果表明:该水基难燃液压液组合物的歧管着火试验不燃烧,铜腐蚀试验不大于1、液相锈蚀试验(合成海水)通过、生物可降解率大于60%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种水基难燃液压液组合物,以质量分数计,包括基础油和占基础油质量0.1~5%的功能添加剂:
所述基础油包括35~55%的水,5~20%的水溶性聚合物,0~40%的甘油和0~40%的聚乙二醇;
所述水溶性聚合物为环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物;
所述功能添加剂选自摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂和抗泡剂中的一种或多种;
所述摩擦改进剂选自脂肪酸和/或脂肪酸衍生物;
所述金属减活剂选自苯三唑和/或苯三唑衍生物;
所述防锈剂选自有机醇胺和/或无机盐;
所述抗泡剂选自含硅抗泡剂和/或无硅抗泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水基难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸选自辛酸、油酸和癸酸中的一种或多种;
所述金属减活剂选自苯三唑和/或甲基苯三唑;
所述防锈剂选自三乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺和亚硝酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述抗泡剂选自甲基硅油和/或聚环氧丙烷单丁醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水基难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的质量比为(50:50)~(80:20);
所述水溶性聚合物100℃下运动粘度为5000~10000mm2/s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水基难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇选自聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇300、聚乙二醇400和聚乙二醇600中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水基难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,以基础油质量为基准,
所述功能添加剂包括0.5wt%~2.0wt%的摩擦改进剂;0.05wt%~0.5wt%的金属减活剂;0.5wt%~2.0wt%的防锈剂和20ppm~100ppm的抗泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水基难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,水基难燃液压液组合物具体包括:
35%的水、12%的环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物、15%的甘油、38%的聚乙二醇200;及占基础油1.0%的三乙醇胺、1.4%的癸酸、0.2%的苯三唑和20ppm的聚环氧丙烷单丁醚;所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的质量比为80:20,100℃下运动粘度为5500mm2/s;
或50%的水、15%的环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物、35%的聚乙二醇400;及占基础油0.8%的亚硝酸钠、0.5%的辛酸、0.1%的甲基苯三唑和60ppm的甲基硅油;所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的质量比为50:50,100℃下运动粘度为7000mm2/s;
或40%的水、18%的环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物、10%的甘油、18%的聚乙二醇200和14%的聚乙二醇600;及占基础油1.3%的甲基二乙醇胺、1.8%的油酸、0.05%的苯三唑、0.05%甲基苯三唑和100ppm的聚环氧丙烷单丁醚;所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷的共聚物中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的质量比为75:25,100℃下运动粘度为8500mm2/s。
7.一种权利要求1~6任一项所述水基难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水、甘油、聚乙二醇和防锈剂混合,得到均匀溶液;
将所述均匀溶液和摩擦改进剂、抗泡剂、金属减活剂混合,搅拌溶解,再和水溶性聚合物混合,搅拌至均匀,得到水基难燃液压液组合物。
