Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型金属切削液,其溶剂为水,按重量份计,包括以下组分:水滑石10‑15份;氮化硅5‑10份;植物油和/改性植物油10‑30份;十二烷基硫酸钠5‑7份;硼酸3‑5份;硅酸钠2‑5份。本发明还提供了该环保型金属切削液的制备方法,本发明中的金属切削液具有非常优异的润滑性和耐极压性,且不含有任何毒性物质,不会对环境造成污染,具有广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削液,特别涉及一种环保型金属切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属切削液是指用于金属及其合金在切削加工过程中所使用的润滑剂。切削液广泛使用在现代金属切削加工中,成为机械制造过程中不可或缺的辅助材料。随着科技的发展、环保意识的增强,切削液的负面影响也日益引起关注。其对环境和人体的危害很大,特别是废液对水资源的污染。矿物油是金属切削液的主要成分之一,其生物降解性差,能长期滞留在水和土壤中。此外金属切削液的添加剂对环境的污染也是多方面的,如常用作极压添加剂的短链氯化石蜡是海水污染物之一,在水基金属切削液中常用磷酸钠防锈剂会使河流、湖泊因富营养化而出现赤潮。作为防锈剂的亚硝酸钠会对人体产生致癌性等。由于技术和经济的原因,目前使用的绝大部分金属切削液仍不同程度地含有对人体或生态环境有害的化学物质。
公开号为CN 104046483 A的中国专利公开了一种环保型抗锈切削液,其组分如下:对叔丁基苯甲酸5-9 份,苯甲酸4-7 份,二乙醇胺3.8-9.6 份,聚丙烯酰胺1.6-2.7 份,硼酸3-5 份,硫化猪油3.4-7.5 份,四乙氧基硅烷2.1-3.7 份,蓖麻酰胺10-18 份,异噻唑啉酮2.3-6.4 份,水38 份,该切削液虽然不含亚硝酸钠,且具有良好的防锈性能,但是其含有的对叔丁基苯甲酸为中等毒性,吸入后将引起呼吸道刺激,从而诱发各种呼吸道疾病,另外,该专利中切削液的润滑性能较差,使其应用受到了较大的限制。
公开号为CN 105733792 A的中国专利公开了一种切削液,其组分如下:聚苯胺1-5份、硼酸2-20份、硅酸钠1-13份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-15份、苯甲酸2-6份、异丙醇胺3-9份、乙二醇醚1-6份、四硼酸钾4-8份、四甲基硝酸铵2-8份、乳酸钙1-6份、水20-50份,其具有优异的防腐性能,其含有的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸、乙二醇醚均具有毒性,将会污染环境,另外,该专利中最终得到的切削液的润滑性能和耐极压性能改善有限,需要进一步提高以适用工业生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于提供一种润滑性和耐极压性优异的环保型金属切削液。
本发明的另一目的在于提供了上述环保型金属切削液的制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,采用以下技术方案:
一种环保型金属切削液,其溶剂为水,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
水滑石 10-15份;
氮化硅 5-10份;
植物油和/或改性植物油 10-30份;
十二烷基硫酸钠 5-7份;
硼酸 3-5份;
硅酸钠 2-5份。
优选地,上述金属切削液包括以下组分:
水滑石 11-14份;
氮化硅 6-9份;
植物油和/或改性植物油 15-25份;
十二烷基硫酸钠 5.5-6.5份;
硼酸 3.5-4.5份;
硅酸钠 3-4份。
更优选地,上述水滑石和氮化硅的质量比为5:3。
优选地,上述改性植物油选自氢化改性植物油或酯交换改性植物油中的一种或两种。
上述金属切削液还包括0.1-1份消泡剂和0.1-1份防锈剂。
其中,上述消泡剂选自聚醚类或改性硅氧烷中的一种或两种的混合物。
其中,上述防锈剂选自对叔丁基苯甲酸、三嗪类多羧酸化合物、石油磺酸钠、月桂二酸或石油磺酸钡中的一种或几种的混合物。
制备上述金属切削液的方法,包括以下步骤:
a.在反应釜中加入水和十二烷基硫酸钠后搅拌5min,搅拌转速为100-200r/min;
b.加入水滑石、氮化硅、硼酸、硅酸钠,保持步骤a中转速搅拌10min;
c.将转速上调至500 r/min并搅拌1h,然后将转速降至300 r/min后加入植物油和/或改性植物油,继续搅拌2h。
经过上述步骤a-c即可得到本发明中的金属切削液,如果还需要添加消泡剂和防锈剂,只需在上述步骤c之后再加入0.1-1份消泡剂和0.1-1份防锈剂,搅拌15min即得。
和现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过选用特定含量的水滑石、氮化硅、十二烷基硫酸钠、硼酸和硅酸钠作为制备金属切削液的原料,并按照特定的加料顺序,以及不停改变制备过程中溶液体系的搅拌速度,制备得到的环保型金属切削液具有非常优异的润滑性和耐极压性,且不含有任何毒性物质,不会对环境造成污染,具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面给出实施例以对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的普通技术人员根据该实施例对本发明所做出的一些非本质的改进或调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-9中金属切削液的制备:
a.在反应釜中加入水和十二烷基硫酸钠后搅拌5min,搅拌转速为100-200r/min;
b.加入水滑石、氮化硅、硼酸、硅酸钠,保持步骤a中转速搅拌10min;
c.将转速上调至500 r/min并搅拌1h,然后将转速降至300 r/min后加入植物油和/或改性植物油,继续搅拌2h。
d.加入消泡剂、防腐剂搅拌15min即得本发明中的金属切削液。
其中,改性植物油为氢化改性植物油。
其中,消泡剂选自聚醚类或改性硅氧烷中的一种或两种。
其中,防锈剂选自对叔丁基苯甲酸、三嗪类多羧酸化合物、石油磺酸钠、月桂二酸或石油磺酸钡中的一种或几种的混合物。
对比例1-2中金属切削液的制备:
按照表1配方将各组分混合得到(即为背景技术中提到的公开号为CN 105733792A的专利中实施例1和实施例2)。
实施例1-9和对比例1-2中金属切削液的配方(单位为重量份数)见下表1所示。
采用四球机试验法测试实施例1-9和对比例1-2中切削液中的最大无卡咬负荷值,结果如下表1所示。

由表1可知,实施例1-9将水滑石、氮化硅、氢性植物改性油、十二烷基硫酸钠、硼酸、硅酸钠按照本发明中的配比混合形成的环保型金属切削液的最大无卡咬负荷值为82kg以上,且配方中各组分均对人体和环境无害,而对比例1-2中金属切削液的最大无卡咬负荷值为74-78kg,明显劣于实施例,且组分中含有多种毒性物质,不符合环保的要求。实施例5-7通过将水滑石和氮化硅的质量比控制为5:3,得到的环保型金属切削液的最大无卡咬负荷值甚至可以达到88kg以上,明显优于其他实施例。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保型金属切削液,其溶剂为水,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
水滑石 10-15份;
氮化硅 5-10份;
植物油和/或改性植物油 10-30份;
十二烷基硫酸钠 5-7份;
硼酸 3-5份;
硅酸钠 2-5份;
所述水滑石和氮化硅的质量比为5:3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属切削液,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
水滑石 11-14份;
氮化硅 6-9份;
植物油和/或改性植物油 15-25份;
十二烷基硫酸钠 5.5-6.5份;
硼酸 3.5-4.5份;
硅酸钠 3-4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的金属切削液,其特征在于,所述改性植物油选自氢化改性植物油或酯交换改性植物油中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的金属切削液,其特征在于,所述金属切削液还包括0.1-1份消泡剂和0.1-1份防锈剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的金属切削液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自聚醚类或改性硅氧烷中的一种或两种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的金属切削液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自对叔丁基苯甲酸、三嗪类多羧酸化合物、石油磺酸钠、月桂二酸或石油磺酸钡中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.制备如权利要求1所述的金属切削液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.在反应釜中加入水和十二烷基硫酸钠后搅拌5min,搅拌转速为100-200r/min;
b.加入水滑石、氮化硅、硼酸、硅酸钠,保持步骤a中转速搅拌10min;
c.将转速上调至500 r/min并搅拌1h,然后将转速降至300 r/min后加入植物油和/或改性植物油,继续搅拌2h。
8.根据权利要求7所述的金属切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c之后加入0.1-1份消泡剂和0.1-1份防锈剂,搅拌15min。
