本发明公开了PE收缩胶膜,包括依次堆叠的第一表层、第一夹层、内层、第二夹层及第二表层,所述第一表层及第二表层的组成成分一致,所述第一夹层及第二夹层的组成成分一致;按重量百分数计,所述第一表层及第二表层均由15‑40%高压聚乙烯和80‑90%茂金属聚乙烯组成,所述第一夹层及第二夹层均由聚乙烯中添加0.5‑3%增粘添加剂组成,所述内层为0.1‑0.5%交联剂对聚乙烯交联进行改性工序得出的高强度聚乙烯;最内层采用交联反应得到的物理机械性能好以及使用寿命长的高强度聚乙烯,最外层采用柔韧性好、抗撞击、抗撕裂性强的材料,并在最内层与最外层之间设置粘性较强的夹层,能够提高PE收缩胶膜的整体强度避免分层而影响到使用寿命及使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及PE胶膜技术领域,具体为PE收缩胶膜。
背景技术
PE收缩膜是工业用包装膜制品,具有于回收、无毒、无味、机械性能好等特点,同时具有柔韧性好、抗撞击、抗撕裂性强,不易破损等优点,因此被应用于饮料、布料、机器等产品的包装。
现有的PE收缩膜为了实现多种优良物理特性会将多种特性材料吹膜并共挤在一起,形成多功能的塑料薄膜,但现有的PE收缩膜中,不同特性的材料会由于黏性不够而发生脱离。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足,本发明提供PE收缩胶膜,能有效的解决背景技术提出的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
PE收缩胶膜,包括依次堆叠的第一表层、第一夹层、内层、第二夹层及第二表层,所述第一表层及第二表层的组成成分一致,所述第一夹层及第二夹层的组成成分一致;
按重量百分数计,所述第一表层及第二表层均由15-40%高压聚乙烯和80-90%茂金属聚乙烯组成,所述第一夹层及第二夹层均由聚乙烯中添加0.5-3%增粘添加剂组成,所述内层为0.1-0.5%交联剂对聚乙烯交联进行改性工序得出的高强度聚乙烯。
进一步的,所述高强度聚乙烯的改性工序包括以下步骤:
S1.交联剂及聚乙烯放置在高压挤出机的机筒内;
S2.对交联剂及聚乙烯进行快速加热,发生交联反应得到高强度聚乙烯;
进一步的,所述交联剂具体为有机过氧化物;
进一步的,所述增粘添加剂具体为碱金属盐或硼化物;
进一步的,所述高压聚乙烯由乙烯通过气相法工序制备得到,具体为采用钛系催化剂,乙烯在气态下发生聚合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的PE收缩胶膜,最内层采用交联反应得到的物理机械性能好以及使用寿命长的高强度聚乙烯,最外层采用柔韧性好、抗撞击、抗撕裂性强的材料,并在最内层与最外层之间设置粘性较强的夹层,能够提高PE收缩胶膜的整体强度避免分层而影响到使用寿命及使用效果。

下面结合图1对本发明的PE收缩胶膜作详细的描述:
PE收缩胶膜,包括依次堆叠的第一表层1、第一夹层2、内层3、第二夹层4及第二表层5,所述第一表层1及第二表层5的组成成分一致,所述第一夹层2及第二夹层4的组成成分一致;
按重量百分数计,所述第一表层1及第二表层5均由15-40%高压聚乙烯和80-90%茂金属聚乙烯组成,所述第一夹层2及第二夹层4均由聚乙烯中添加0.5-3%增粘添加剂组成,所述内层3为0.1-0.5%交联剂对聚乙烯交联进行改性工序得出的高强度聚乙烯;
由于第一夹层2及第二夹层4均由聚乙烯中添加0.5-3%增粘添加剂组成,因此第一夹层2及第二夹层4均具有一定程度的黏性,能够黏住上下两层材料,避免分层。
优选地,所述高强度聚乙烯的改性工序包括以下步骤:
S1.交联剂及聚乙烯放置在高压挤出机的机筒内;
S2.对交联剂及聚乙烯进行快速加热,发生交联反应得到高强度聚乙烯;
优选地,所述交联剂具体为有机过氧化物,有机过氧化物在高温下会与聚乙烯发生交联反应,将聚乙烯原来的链状分子结构变成三维网状的分子结构,从而达到提高强度的目的;
优选地,所述增粘添加剂具体为碱金属盐或硼化物;
优选地,所述高压聚乙烯由乙烯通过气相法工序制备得到,具体为采用钛系催化剂,乙烯在气态下发生聚合。
综上所述,本发明的PE收缩胶膜,最内层采用交联反应得到的物理机械性能好以及使用寿命长的高强度聚乙烯,最外层采用柔韧性好、抗撞击、抗撕裂性强的材料,并在最内层与最外层之间设置粘性较强的夹层,能够提高PE收缩胶膜的整体强度避免分层而影响到使用寿命及使用效果

1.PE收缩胶膜,其特征在于,包括依次堆叠的第一表层、第一夹层、内层、第二夹层及第二表层,所述第一表层及第二表层的组成成分一致,所述第一夹层及第二夹层的组成成分一致;
按重量百分数计,所述第一表层及第二表层均由15-40%高压聚乙烯和80-90%茂金属聚乙烯组成,所述第一夹层及第二夹层均由聚乙烯中添加0.5-3%增粘添加剂组成,所述内层为0.1-0.5%交联剂对聚乙烯交联进行改性工序得出的高强度聚乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PE收缩胶膜,其特征在于,所述高强度聚乙烯的改性工序包括以下步骤:
S1.交联剂及聚乙烯放置在高压挤出机的机筒内;
S2.对交联剂及聚乙烯进行快速加热,发生交联反应得到高强度聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PE收缩胶膜,其特征在于,所述交联剂具体为有机过氧化物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PE收缩胶膜,其特征在于,所述增粘添加剂具体为碱金属盐或硼化物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PE收缩胶膜,其特征在于,所述高压聚乙烯由乙烯通过气相法工序制备得到,具体为采用钛系催化剂,乙烯在气态下发生聚合。
