The second feeding unit 15 is arranged on the setting platform of the base box 11 and used for conveying the screw material to the screw falling material position on the assembly turntable 12 and inserting the screw material into the gasket material behind the through hole; the riveting unit 16 is arranged on the setting platform of the base box 11, and the riveting unit 16 is used for riveting the gasket material and the screw material inserted on the assembling position of the assembling turntable 12; the blanking unit 17 is arranged on the setting platform of the base box 11 and used for outputting the riveted alloy button.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a perspective view of a second feeding unit of the rivet assembling machine according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the second feeding unit 15 in this embodiment is explained:
the second feeding unit 15 in this embodiment includes a first conveying mechanism 151 and a first feeding mechanism 152. The first conveying mechanism 151 is arranged on one side of the assembly turntable 12 and used for conveying the screw materials; the first feeding mechanism 152 is disposed between the first feeding mechanism 152 and the first conveying mechanism 151, and the first feeding mechanism 152 is configured to place the screw material on the first conveying mechanism 151 on the screw dropping position of the assembly turntable 12.
The direction from the first conveying mechanism 151 to the screw dropping position is used as a first direction, the first direction extends, the first feeding mechanism 152 grabs the screw material, and the screw material is conveyed from the first conveying mechanism 151 to the screw dropping position through an arc-shaped movement track.
The first feed mechanism 152 in this embodiment is explained in detail:
the first feeding mechanism 152 in this embodiment includes a bracket 1521, a mechanical arm 1522, a rotating assembly 1523, and a driving motor 1524; wherein the support 1521 is vertically arranged on the arrangement platform for supporting the component; the mechanical arm 1522 is arranged on one side of the support 1521, and a suction cup 15221 used for grabbing a screw material is arranged at the bottom end of the mechanical arm 1522; the rotating assembly 1523 is arranged on the bracket 1521 and used for driving the mechanical arm 1522 to rotate; the driving motor 1524 is disposed on the bracket 1521, and the driving motor 1524 is used for driving the rotating assembly 1523 to rotate.
Wherein, rotating assembly 1523 one end is passed through driving motor 1524 and is connected with support 1521 rotation, and rotating assembly 1523 other end rotates with arm 1522 top and is connected. The first feeding mechanism 152 adjusts the direction of the suction cup 15221 by the rotation of the rotating assembly 1523, so that the second feeding mechanism finishes the feeding of screws.
The bracket 1521 in this embodiment includes a fixing plate 15211, a first guide rail 15212, and a sliding plate 15213. Wherein the fixed plate 15211 is vertically arranged on one side of the top end of the bracket 1521, and the output end of the driving motor 1524 penetrates through the fixed plate 15211 through the rotating shaft 15241 and is connected with the rotating component 1523. The first guide rail 15212 is disposed below the rotating assembly 1523 and connected to the fixing plate 15211.
The extending direction of the first guide rail 15212 is parallel to a straight line where the screw dropping positions of the first conveying mechanism 151 and the assembly turntable 12 are located. The sliding plate 15213 is disposed on one side of the fixing plate 15211, the sliding plate 15213 is slidably connected to the first guide rail 15212, and the sliding plate 15213 is disposed on one side of the vertical adjusting slot 15213a slidably connected to the mechanical arm 1522. The support 1521 is provided with a first guide rail 15212 and a sliding plate 15213, and the sliding plate 15213 is connected with the mechanical arm 1522 in a sliding manner through a vertical adjusting groove 15213a, so that the stability of the rotating assembly 1523 for driving the mechanical arm 1522 to convey the screw materials is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a material taking state of a first feeding mechanism of a rivet assembling machine according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a blanking state of the first feeding mechanism of the rivet assembling machine according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the rotating assembly 1523 in this embodiment will be described in detail:
in this embodiment, the rotating assembly 1523 includes a first connecting rod 15231, a second connecting rod 15232 and an adjusting plate 15233; the first connecting rod 15231 is disposed at one side of the fixing plate 15211, and one end of the first connecting rod 15231 is connected to the rotating shaft 15241. The second connecting rod 15232 connects the first connecting rod 15231 with the mechanical arm 1522, the extending direction of the second connecting rod 15232 is perpendicular to the rotating plane of the first connecting rod 15231, the first connecting rod 15231 penetrates through the other end of the first connecting rod 15231 and the top end of the mechanical arm 1522, and the first connecting rod 15231 drives the mechanical arm 1522 to rotate around the rotating shaft 15241 through the second connecting rod 15232; the adjusting plate 15233 is disposed on one side of the fixing plate 15211, an arc angle adjusting groove 15233a is disposed on the adjusting plate 15233, and the second connecting rod 15232 movably adjusts the position of the mechanical arm 1522 along the arc angle adjusting groove 15233 a.
The mechanical arm 1522 comprises a first grabbing position for sucking and grabbing the screw material from the first conveying mechanism 151 and a second grabbing position for conveying the screw to the screw dropping position on the motion track of the arc-shaped angle adjusting groove 15233 a; the first grabbing position is located at one end of the arc angle adjusting groove 15233a close to the first conveying mechanism 151, and the second grabbing position is located at one end of the arc angle adjusting groove 15233a close to the screw dropping position.
The first connecting rod 15231 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 15231a slidably connected with the second connecting rod 15232, and the strip-shaped hole 15231a is used for adjusting the motion track of the suction cup 15221.
In this embodiment, the motion trajectory of the mechanical arm 1522 includes a first arc-shaped segment, a connecting segment, and a second arc-shaped segment; the first arc-shaped section is arranged at one end of the motion track of the mechanical arm 1522, and the first grabbing position is located in the first arc-shaped section; when the mechanical arm 1522 moves to the first grabbing position, the suction cup 15221 sucks and grabs the screw material from the first conveying mechanism 151; the robotic arm 1522 moves along a first arcuate segment to remove the material of screws from the first conveyor mechanism 151.
The second arc-shaped section is arranged at the other end of the motion track of the mechanical arm 1522, the second arc-shaped section is opposite to the first arc-shaped section, and the second grabbing position is located in the second arc-shaped section; arm 1522 moves along second segmental arc, and sucking disc 15221 snatchs the screw material and carries toward screw blanking position, and when arm 1522 moved the second and snatched the position, sucking disc 15221 will snatch the screw material and carry the screw material to fall the material level to with carry the screw material level of falling to lack the preliminary grafting of gasket material after punching a hole.
The connecting section in this embodiment is arranged in the middle of the motion track of the mechanical arm 1522, and connects the first arc-shaped section with the second arc-shaped section, the mechanical arm 1522 moves along the connecting section to convey screw materials, and the two plate parts of the adjusting plate 15233 are movably adjusted through the connecting plate 33, so that the rotation range of the mechanical arm 1522 is adjustable, and the adaptability of the mechanical arm 1522 for conveying materials is improved.
The projection of the axis of the rotating shaft 15241 on the fixing plate 15211 is taken as a first straight line, and the first arc-shaped section and the second arc-shaped section are arranged relative to the first straight line; in the process that the mechanical arm 1522 conveys the screw materials, the first straight line is 0 degree, the mechanical arm 1522 rotates along the first arc-shaped section, and the included angle between the first grabbing position and the first straight line is 0-160 degrees; the mechanical arm 1522 rotates along the second arc-shaped section, and the included angle between the second grabbing position and the first straight line is between 0 and 160 degrees.
With reference to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a structure of an adjusting plate of a preferred embodiment of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention, fig. 6 is a top view of a rotating component of a preferred embodiment of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a structure of a connection plate in a storage state of a preferred embodiment of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a structure of an adjusting plate of a preferred embodiment of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention. The structure of the adjusting plate 15233 in this embodiment is described in detail:
the adjustment plate 15233 in the present embodiment includes a first plate member 31, a second plate member 32, and a connection plate 33; the arc angle adjusting groove 15233a includes a first guide section 311, a second guide section 321, and a connecting groove 331, wherein the first guide section 311 is disposed at one side of the first plate member 31, and the first guide section 311 corresponds to the first arc section; the second guiding section 321 is arranged at one side of the second plate part 32, and the second guiding section 321 corresponds to the second arc-shaped section; the connecting plate 33 is disposed between the first plate member 31 and the second plate member 32, the connecting groove 331 is disposed on the first plate member 31 side, one end of the connecting groove 331 communicates with the first guide section 311, and the other end of the connecting groove 331 communicates with the second guide section 321.
The fixing plate 15211 is further provided with a plurality of strip-shaped mounting holes 15211a, and the first plate member 31 and the second connecting plate 33 are movably connected with the fixing plate 15211 through the strip-shaped mounting holes 15211a, so that the distance between the first plate member 31 and the second plate member 32 is adjustable. The adjusting plate is formed by splicing two plate members, and the first plate member 31, the second plate member 32 and the fixing plate 15211 can be adjustably mounted, so that the practicability of the rotating assembly 1523 is improved.
In this embodiment, the first guide section 311 and the second guide section 321 are arc-shaped groove structures arranged oppositely, and the connecting groove 331 is a linear long structure, so that the distance between the first plate member 31 and the second plate member 32 can be conveniently adjusted, and the practicability of the structure is improved; and the first plate member 31 and the second connecting plate 33 are provided with avoiding notches at the sides close to the fixing plate 15211. When the first plate member 31 and the second connecting plate 33 are spliced with each other, the two avoiding notches are spliced to form an accommodating groove for accommodating the connecting plate 33, and the rotation radius of the mechanical arm 1522 is the smallest at the moment; when the first plate member 31 and the second connecting plate 33 are away from each other, the first plate member 31 and the second connecting plate 33 are connected by the connecting plate 33, thereby increasing the turning radius of the mechanical arm 1522.
In addition, with reference to fig. 2, a first adjusting hole 15222 is vertically disposed on the mechanical arm 1522 in this embodiment, the first adjusting hole 15222 is connected to the second connecting rod 15232, and the first adjusting hole 15222 is provided with a plurality of groups, so that the connecting position between the mechanical arm 1522 and the second connecting rod 15232 is adjustable, and thus the height of the platform on which the mechanical arm 1522 is relatively disposed is adjustable, and the practicability of the first feeding mechanism 152 is improved.
As shown in fig. 5. The strip holes 15231a in this embodiment are provided with a plurality of groups, and the plurality of strip holes 15231a are arranged along the extending direction of the first connecting rod 15231, so that the rotating range of the second connecting rod 15232 is adjustable. The user can adjust the turning radius of arm 1522 according to the distance that first conveying mechanism 151 falls the material level to the screw, has promoted the practicality of runner assembly 1523.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a perspective view of a first conveying mechanism of a preferred embodiment of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention, and fig. 10 is a side view of a conveying disk of a preferred embodiment of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention. The first conveying mechanism 151 in the present embodiment will be explained in detail:
the first conveying mechanism 151 in this embodiment includes a supply tank 1512, a first flow channel 1511, and a loading assembly 1513. Wherein the feeding box 1512 is disposed on the setting platform for storing the screw material; the first flow channel 1511 is used for conveying screw materials, one end of the first flow channel 1511 is connected with the feeding box 1512, and the other end is connected with the first feeding mechanism 152; a feed assembly 1513 is disposed within the feed box 1512 for delivering the screw material within the feed box 1512 to the first flow channel 1511.
The feeding assembly 1513 in this embodiment includes a conveying disc 15131, a transmission plate 15131a, and an electric brush 15132. Wherein, the conveying disc 15131 is rotatably arranged on the side wall of the feeding box 1512 and is driven by the driving component; the transfer plate 15131a is disposed at one side of the transfer puck 15131, and the extending direction of the transfer plate 15131a is perpendicular to the rotating direction of the transfer puck 15131, so that the transfer plate 15131a rotates along the center of the transfer puck 15131.
The movement locus of the transmission plate 15131a in the present embodiment includes a first upper level and a first lower level at which the screw is delivered to the first flow passage 1511, the first upper level being below the first lower level. Wherein, first flow channel 1511 one end is located between first material loading level and the first material unloading level, and is located first material unloading level directly below.
In addition, a screw groove 1511a for placing a screw material is provided on the first flow channel 1511. The electric brush 15132 is used for sweeping screw materials on the first flow channel 1511 which do not fall into the screw groove 1511a, the electric brush 15132 is arranged above the first flow channel 1511 and connected with the inner wall of the feeding box 1512, and the plane of the motion track of the electric brush 15132 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first flow channel 1511.
Along the direction of rotation of carrying disc 15131, the one end that the centre of a circle was kept away from carrying disc 15131 to transmission board 15131 in this embodiment is provided with spacing convex part, and spacing convex part is used for injecing the position of the screw material of scooping up, promotes the efficiency that transmission board 15131 transmitted the screw material. The structure of screw feeding is simplified, feeding is rotated through a plurality of groups of transmission plates 15131a arranged in a surrounding manner, and screw conveying efficiency is improved; the electric brush 15132 can clean the screw material on the first flow channel 1511 which does not fall into the screw groove 1511a, and the stability of the screw material conveyed by the first flow channel 1511 is improved.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a top view of a supply tank of a preferred embodiment of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention. The structure of the first flow channel 1511 in the present embodiment will be described in detail:
the first flow channel 1511 in the present embodiment includes the transmitting portion 21 and the extending portion 22; wherein the conveying part 21 is used for conveying the screw material in the feeding box 1512; the extension portion 22 is connected to one end of the transmission portion 21, and is used for conveying the screw material of the transmission portion 21 to a loading position of the first loading mechanism 152.
The side wall of the conveying part 21 of the first flow channel 1511 in this embodiment, which is close to one end of the conveying disc 15131, is obliquely provided with a guide plate, and the guide plate is used for guiding screws into screw grooves, so that the feeding efficiency of screw materials is improved.
The extension 22 in this embodiment includes a first chassis 212, a first turntable 211, and a first drive assembly; wherein the first chassis is fixed on the setting platform, the first chassis 212 is provided with a first accommodating groove 2121 with an opening at the top end, and one side of the first accommodating groove 2121 is communicated with the transmission part 21; the first rotating disc 211 is rotatably arranged in the first accommodating groove, a plurality of first openings are uniformly arranged on the outer edge of the first rotating disc 211, a first accommodating hole 2111 is formed between the groove wall of the first accommodating groove 2121 and the first openings, and the first accommodating hole 2111 is used for accommodating a screw material; a first driving assembly is disposed in the base housing 11, and the first driving assembly is used for driving the first rotary disk 211 to rotate.
The first opening includes a second loading position 2111a communicated with the transmission portion 21 and a second unloading position 2111c for the first loading mechanism 152 to take materials along the rotation track of the first turntable 211. First runner 1511 will treat the separation of the screw interval rotation of material loading through first carousel, and the arm of being convenient for snatchs, promotes the fixed accurate nature in material loading position of screw material.
The setting platform is also provided with a first detection device for detecting that the screw material is conveyed to a second loading position 2111a, and a second detection device for detecting the blanking of a second blanking position 2111 c. The first and second detecting means are not shown in the figure. In the direction of rotation of the first carousel 211, the first detection device is arranged between the second loading level 2111a and the second unloading level 2111 c. The second detection device is disposed between the second blanking level 2111c and the second loading level 2111 a.
In this embodiment, the first opening further includes a screw loading detection position 2111b and a first screw to-be-loaded detection position 2111d along the rotation track of the first turntable 211; the screw loading detection position 2111b is used for placing a screw material to be detected, and the screw loading detection position 2111b is arranged between the second loading position 2111a and the second unloading position 2111c in the rotation direction of the first rotary disk 211. The first detection device detects whether the screw material is successfully conveyed, so that the subsequent screw material can be conveniently fed.
The first screw to-be-loaded detection position 2111d is arranged between the second loading position 2111a and the second unloading position 2111c along the rotation direction of the first rotary disc 211; in the direction of rotation of the first carousel 211, a first screw to-be-loaded detection location 2111d is provided between the second loading location 2111a and the second unloading location 2111c, so that the second loading location 2111a places a subsequent screw material. The screw belt material loading level is equipped with second detection device, and second detection device can detect that the screw material has or not snatched by first feed mechanism 152, is convenient for follow-up screw material loading to first carousel 211.
Further, in this embodiment, along the movement track of the first opening, the second loading position 2111a, the screw loading detection position 2111b, the second unloading position 2111c and the first screw to-be-loaded detection position 2111d are sequentially surrounded; the second loading position 2111a is opposite to the second unloading position 2111c, and the screw loading detection position 2111b is opposite to the first screw loading detection position 2111 d.
With reference to fig. 1, other structures of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention in the present embodiment will be described:
a second detection device for detecting whether the gasket material is successfully loaded is further arranged on one side of the assembly turntable 12 in the embodiment, and the second detection device is positioned between the first loading unit 13 and the punching unit 14;
the movement locus of the placement groove 1211 further comprises a gasket feeding detection position, the gasket feeding detection position is used for placing a gasket material to be detected, and the gasket feeding detection position is located between the gasket falling position and the gasket punching position. The gasket feeding detection position is matched with the second detection device to detect whether the gasket is successfully fed or not, and the use stability of the device is improved.
The structure of the first feeding unit 13 in this embodiment will be explained in detail:
the first feeding unit 13 in this embodiment includes a second conveying unit and a second feeding mechanism; the second conveying unit comprises a first vibrating disc for storing the gasket materials and a second flow channel for outputting the gasket materials; and the second feeding mechanism grabs and feeds the gasket material on the second flow channel to a gasket material dropping position.
The assembly process of the rivet assembling machine of the present invention is explained as follows:
firstly, materials are placed.
Specifically, a plurality of gasket materials are placed in a hopper of a first vibrating disc; a number of screws are placed in the feed box 1512.
Secondly, the rotating disc 121 conveys the material.
The rotating disc 121 drives the rotating disc 121 to rotate relative to the setting platform through a driving motor 1524, so that the material falling into the placing groove 1211 is conveyed along the circumferential direction along with the rotation of the rotating disc 121, and a gasket falling position, a gasket detecting position, a gasket punching position, a screw falling position, a riveting position and a discharging position are sequentially arranged on the motion track of the placing groove 1211 in a surrounding manner.
Thirdly, when the placing groove 1211 rotates to the pad blanking position, the first feeding unit 13 feeds materials.
Firstly, the first vibrating disc automatically, orderly, directionally and neatly arranges the disordered cushion sheets and accurately conveys the disordered cushion sheets to the second flow channel through vibration. The first pulse electromagnet is arranged below the hopper of the first vibrating disc, so that the hopper can vibrate in the vertical direction, and the inclined spring piece drives the hopper to do torsional vibration around the vertical axis of the hopper. The mat materials in the hopper ascend along a spiral track due to the vibration. In the ascending process, the gasket materials are screened or changed in posture through a series of tracks, so that the gasket materials can automatically enter the second flow channel in a uniform state according to the assembly requirement.
Secondly, under the thrust of follow-up material, the gasket material of second runner moves along second runner toward gasket material feeding breach direction, until moving the second runner and keep away from the accepting hole of first dish one end that shakes.
Then, the second feeding mechanism drives the second mechanical arm to grab and transfer the gasket material in the accommodating hole to the placing groove 1211, located at the gasket material dropping position, on the rotating disc 121.
The third detecting means 18 detects whether the shim stock is missing. The rotary disk 121 rotates to transfer the gasket material in the seating groove 1211 to the gasket material loading detecting position. The third detecting device 18 in this embodiment is an infrared detecting device.
During detection, the third detection device 18 emits light to perform detection through an infrared detection device located above the gasket feeding detection position.
When the alloy button fitting is detected by the height difference cylinder as a missing fitting, the rotating disc 121 stops rotating and an alarm is given.
When the alloy button fitting is not detected to be missing by the height difference cylinder, the rotating disc 121 continues to rotate under the control of the cpu, so that the gasket material in the mounting groove 1211 moves to the gasket punching position to prepare for the punching operation.
The punching unit 14 is aligned with the gasket material insertion hole.
The rotary disk 121 is rotated under the control of the cpu, and when the gasket material is transferred to the gasket punching holes, the punching device of the punching unit 14 punches the sheet material.
And fourthly, feeding by the second feeding unit 15. The rotating disk 121 conveys the gasket material in the seating groove 1211 to an intermediate gasket falling level, while the second feeding unit 15 feeds the intermediate gasket to the intermediate gasket falling level on the movement locus of the seating groove 1211 such that the intermediate gasket is superimposed on the gasket material.
(1) The first conveying mechanism 151 conveys the screw material.
Firstly, a conveying disc 15131 in the feeding box 1512 drives a transmission plate 15131a to rotate; when the transfer plate 15131a moves to a first loading position, in which the plane of the transfer plate 15131a is substantially horizontal, the screw material in the feed box 1512 is scooped up by the side of the transfer plate 15131a as the transfer disk 15131 rotates. The conveying plate 15131a conveys the screw materials in the feeding box 1512 to the position above the first flow channel 1511 in a rotating manner, when the conveying plate 15131a moves to a first blanking position, the plane where the conveying plate 15131a is located is inclined along the setting platform, and then the plane falls into the screw groove 1511a in the first flow channel 1511 under the action of the self gravity of the screw materials, so that a plurality of screw materials can automatically enter the first flow channel 1511 to be conveyed in a uniform state according to the assembly requirement. The inside of the feed tank in this embodiment is further provided with an electric brush 15132, and the electric brush 15132 is used for sweeping the screw material on the first flow channel 1511, which does not fall into the screw groove 1511 a.
Next, the screw is conveyed out of the feed tank 1512 along the conveying portion 21 of the first flow channel 1511 to the second loading position 2111a of the extension portion 22 of the first flow channel 1511, where the screw is received in the first opening at the second loading position 2111 a.
Then, the first driving component of the extension portion 22 drives the first rotating disc 211 to rotate relative to the first chassis, so that the first rotating disc 211 drives the screw material in the first receiving hole 2111 to rotate.
When the first opening of the first rotary plate 211 moves from the second loading position 2111a to the screw loading detection position 2111b in the rotation direction of the first rotary plate 211, the first detection device detects that the screw loading detection position 2111b has the screw loading, and the first rotary plate 211 successfully delivers the loading. The first opening in the first carousel 211 is then rotated from the screw loading detection position 2111b to the second unloading position 2111c so that the first loading mechanism 152 can grasp the screw material.
(2) The first feeding mechanism 152 grasps and transfers the screw material of the first conveying mechanism 151 to a screw drop position.
First, the suction cup 15221 of the robot arm 1522 sucks the screw material of the second feeding position 2111 c.
Then the driving motor 1524 of the rotating assembly 1523 drives the first connecting rod 15231 to rotate around the rotating shaft 15241, so as to drive the second connecting rod 15232 to slide and rotate along the arc-shaped adjusting groove, and the second connecting rod 15232 drives the mechanical arm 1522 to rotate along the screw dropping position.
When the second connecting rod 15232 slides along the first guide section 311 on the first plate member 31 in the direction from the first conveying mechanism 151 to the screw dropping position, the mechanical arm 1522 grabs the screw material from the first conveying mechanism 151 at this time; when the second connecting rod 15232 slides along the connecting groove 331 of the connecting plate 33, the mechanical arm 1522 conveys the screw material along the direction from the first conveying mechanism 151 to the screw dropping position; when the second connecting rod 15232 slides along the second guiding section 321 on the second plate member 32, the mechanical arm 1522 now transports the grabbed screw material to the screw drop position.
And finally, conveying the screw material to a screw material falling position on the assembly turntable 12, and preliminarily inserting the screw material into the punched gasket material to form an alloy button fitting. The feeding mechanism is simple in structure and ingenious in design, and compared with the traditional mechanical arm 1522, the number of driving devices in three axial directions is reduced, and the feeding efficiency of the mechanical arm 1522 is improved.
And seventhly, riveting the qualified alloy snap fitting by the riveting unit 16. The rotating disc 121 rotates, so that the alloy snap fitting in the placing groove 1211 is conveyed to an assembling position, when the alloy snap fitting is located at the assembling position, the alloy snap fitting is supported by the die holder of the riveting unit 16, and the punch drives the upper die to press downwards, so that the alloy snap fitting is riveted into an alloy snap finished product.

A base box including a setting platform;
the assembly turntable is rotatably arranged on the setting platform of the base box and used for conveying alloy button accessories, the assembly turntable comprises a rotating disc, the rotating disc is rotatably arranged on the setting platform, a plurality of placing grooves are formed in the rotating disc in an encircling manner and used for placing the alloy button accessories,
along the rotating direction of the rotating disc, a screw material falling position is arranged on the motion track of the placing groove; and
the second feeding unit is arranged on the setting platform of the base box and used for conveying the screw materials to the screw falling material position on the assembly turntable;
wherein, the second material loading unit includes:
the first conveying mechanism is arranged on one side of the assembling turntable and used for conveying the screw materials; and
the first feeding mechanism is arranged between the assembly turntable and the first conveying mechanism and used for placing the screw material on the first conveying mechanism on a screw dropping position of the assembly turntable;
the direction from the first conveying mechanism to the screw material dropping position is taken as a first direction and extends along the first direction, the first feeding mechanism grabs the screw material and conveys the screw material from the first conveying mechanism to the screw material dropping position through an arc-shaped movement track.
2. The rivet assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein the first feed mechanism includes:
the support is vertically arranged on the arrangement platform and used for supporting the component, and the support comprises a fixing plate which is vertically arranged at one side of the top end;
the mechanical arm is arranged on one side of the support, and a sucker for grabbing the screw material is arranged at the bottom end of the mechanical arm; and
the rotating assembly is arranged on the bracket and used for driving the mechanical arm to rotate; and
the driving motor is arranged on the bracket and used for driving the rotating assembly to rotate;
wherein one end of the rotating component is rotationally connected with the bracket through the driving motor, the other end of the rotating component is rotationally connected with the top end of the mechanical arm,
the direction of the sucker is adjusted through the rotation of the rotating assembly, so that the second feeding mechanism finishes feeding work.
3. The rivet assembly machine of claim 2, wherein the bracket includes:
the fixing plate is vertically arranged on one side of the top end of the bracket, and the output end of the driving motor penetrates through the fixing plate through a rotating shaft and is connected with the rotating assembly;
the first guide rail is arranged below the rotating assembly and connected with the fixed plate, and the extending direction of the first guide rail is parallel to the straight line where the screw blanking positions of the first conveying mechanism and the assembling turntable are located; and
the sliding plate is arranged on one side of the fixing plate and is connected with the first guide rail in a sliding mode, and a vertical adjusting groove which slides with the mechanical arm is formed in one side of the sliding plate.
4. The rivet assembling machine according to claim 3, wherein said rotating assembly comprises:
the first connecting rod is arranged on one side of the fixing plate, and one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the rotating shaft;
the second connecting rod connects the first connecting rod with the mechanical arm, the extending direction of the second connecting rod is perpendicular to the rotating plane of the first connecting rod, the first connecting rod penetrates through the other end of the first connecting rod and the top end of the mechanical arm, and the first connecting rod drives the mechanical arm to rotate through the second connecting rod; and
the adjusting plate is arranged on one side of the fixing plate, an arc-shaped angle adjusting groove is formed in the adjusting plate, and the position of the mechanical arm is movably adjusted by the second connecting rod along the arc-shaped angle adjusting groove;
the first connecting rod is provided with a strip-shaped hole in sliding connection with the second connecting rod, and the strip-shaped hole is used for adjusting the second connecting rod to move along the arc-shaped adjusting groove; the motion trail of the mechanical arm comprises:
the first grabbing position is arranged at one end, close to the first conveying mechanism, of the motion track of the mechanical arm, and when the mechanical arm is located at the first grabbing position, the screw materials are sucked and grabbed from the first conveying mechanism through the suckers;
the second grabbing position is arranged at the other end of the motion track of the mechanical arm, the mechanical arm moves along the household angle adjusting groove, and when the mechanical arm is located at the second grabbing position, the sucker drives the mechanical arm to convey the screw material to the screw material dropping position.

The rivet assembling machine according to claim 4, wherein the adjustment plate includes a first plate member and a second plate member which are disposed opposite to each other, and the arc-shaped adjustment groove includes a first guide section provided on a side of the first plate member and a second guide section provided on a side of the second plate member;

The rivet assembling machine according to claim 5, wherein the adjustment plate further comprises a connection plate disposed between the first plate member and the second plate member, wherein a connection groove is disposed at one side of the first plate member, one end of the connection groove communicates with the first guide section, and the other end of the connection groove communicates with the second guide section.
7. The riveting and assembling machine according to claim 6, wherein avoidance notches are formed in the first plate part and the second connecting plate on the sides close to the fixing plate, and the avoidance notches are spliced to form a containing groove for containing the connecting plate;
when the first plate part and the second connecting plate are spliced with each other, the rotating radius of the mechanical arm is the smallest, and the connecting plate is positioned in the accommodating groove;
when the first plate part and the second connecting plate are far away from each other, the first plate part and the second connecting plate are connected through the connecting plate, so that the rotating radius of the mechanical arm is increased.
8. The rivet assembling machine according to claim 4, wherein the strip-shaped holes are provided in groups, and the groups of the strip-shaped holes are arranged along the extending direction of the first connecting rod.
