Since the plant herbs account for the majority of the Chinese herbs, the Chinese herbs are also called Chinese herbs. The Chinese herbs used in various regions are thousands of, and the prescription formed by combining various herbs is rather numerous. Through thousands of years of research, an independent science, namely materia Medica, is formed.
Chinese herbal medicines are unique medicines used for preventing and treating diseases in the traditional Chinese medicine and are also important marks which are distinguished from other medicines in the traditional Chinese medicine. The curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine is more and more emphasized in the world, like Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion, and Chinese herbal medicine decoction are deep all over the world, but Chinese traditional medicine has many different plasticity for us with research, Chinese traditional medicine is generally brewed by two methods, one is to decoct and decoct according to a prescription given by a Chinese medicine expert, the other is to prepare medicinal liquor by soaking, and the two methods have much research in China. China is the origin of Chinese herbal medicines, and about 12000 medicinal plants are in China, which are not available in other countries and occupy monopoly advantages in Chinese herbal medicine resources. The ancient Xixian's deep exploration, research and summary of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese medicine, so that the Chinese herbal medicine has been most widely recognized and applied.
However, the modern application technology for Chinese herbal medicines has many problems. Most of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and products prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials on the market are not subjected to processes such as scientific extraction and fermentation, medicinal components cannot be effectively refined, endless formulas exist, the component proportions are different, an optimized scheme is not provided, and the serious defect that the medicinal properties of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the products cannot be furthest exerted is caused.

And 3, adding a solvent into the solid-state fermentation product, supplementing a carbon source, uniformly mixing, adding the obtained mixed solution into a fermentation container, sterilizing, inoculating a probiotic bacterial liquid, and performing liquid-state fermentation.
The added solvent is purified water, the carbon source is brown sugar, and the mass ratio of the solid-state fermentation product to the brown sugar to the purified water is 16: 5: 200 of a carrier; the bacterial liquid inoculation amount of the probiotics accounts for 1.5 percent of the liquid fermentation raw material in percentage by mass. The liquid fermentation process is carried out for 5-7 days at the temperature of 28-35 ℃.
The probiotics inoculated in the solid fermentation and the liquid fermentation adopt the yeast after the enlarged culture.
And 4, after the fermentation is finished, filtering the fermentation product by using a filtering membrane, and obtaining filtrate for later use.
And 5, adding the filtered residual solid product into a solvent, performing repeated extraction by matching with ultrasound, and mixing the obtained extracting solution.
The adopted solvent is 90% ethanol by volume fraction, repeatedly extracting for 3 times (45 min each time) by ethanol reflux method in combination with ultrasonic treatment, and mixing the obtained extractive solutions.
And 6, putting the filtrate obtained in the step 4 and the extracting solution obtained in the step 5 into drying equipment for heating, so that the solvent is evaporated.
And 7, processing the product obtained in the step 6 into the traditional Chinese medicine nursing patch, sterilizing, and finally packaging to obtain a finished product.
Preferably, baking for 2 hours at the high temperature of 140 ℃ by a drying device to evaporate all the solvent, crushing the obtained solid product into small granular medicinal powder with the granularity of 60-70 meshes, and finally filling the medicinal powder into a sanitary pad carrier to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine health-care pad patch.
In the method, all the raw materials respectively accord with the corresponding national quality standards.
The embodiment also provides the herbal fermented traditional Chinese medicine health-care patch prepared by the method.
The key point of the processing technology of the herbal fermentation traditional Chinese medicine health-care patch provided by the invention is the process of treating the medicinal materials in the adopted method, and the processing technology specifically comprises the following steps: cleaning, drying and pulverizing the medicinal materials, adding the medicinal materials into a solid culture substrate, uniformly mixing, adjusting the humidity, inoculating probiotic yeast, performing solid fermentation for 2-3 days, then adding a solvent, uniformly mixing, putting the obtained extract into a large boiler or a fermentation tank, adding purified water and a carbon source, inoculating probiotic yeast liquid subjected to expanded culture, performing liquid fermentation on the medicinal materials for 5-7 days, performing fine screening according to the molecular weight of the effective components of the medicaments by adopting a filter membrane for fermentation products, putting the filtered residual solid products into large equipment, repeatedly extracting through a solvent extraction method to excite the residual medicament properties, finally mixing the extracted products and the filtered filtrate, putting the mixture into drying equipment to evaporate the solvent to obtain an ointment, and finally putting the ointment into a patch carrier, preparing the traditional Chinese medicine nourishing paste; or baking the mixed solution at 140 deg.C for 2 hr, crushing the obtained solid product into small granular powder, and packaging the powder into sanitary pad carrier to obtain the final product.
The herbal fermented traditional Chinese medicine health-care patch prepared by the invention adopts special fermentation and extraction processes, enhances the medicine property, is combined with daily health-care products, is convenient to use, can be torn once and pasted once, does not need to be taken orally or used in vivo, and can ensure that the effect of percutaneous absorption of medicinal materials is far better than that of the same type of products through external application.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that the above description should not be taken as limiting the invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art upon reading the foregoing description. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the following claims.
