Performance testing
1. And (3) safety testing: the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane was used for safety testing.
Eggs hatched to 9 days old are peeled off with tweezers from their air cell ends, the inner membrane is infiltrated with 0.9% physiological saline, the egg membrane is carefully peeled off from the edge, and the chorioallantoic membrane leaks out. 0.3mL of the composition of the example was taken with a pipette and dropped on the membrane, and after 3min, the change of blood vessels in the chorioallantoic membrane was observed. Each sample was tested in parallel 6 times, and 0.1mol/L NaOH was set as a positive control, and 0.9% NaCl by mass concentration was set as a negative control. The data are recorded in table 2.
Chick embryo scores were the average of the scores of single chick embryos in 6 experiments, where the single chick embryo score was the sum of the extent of bleeding, clotting and vascular thawing observed in each chick embryo, and the results retained the last two decimal places. Chick embryo scoring criteria are shown in Table 1.

2. Pore shrinkage test:
screening 9 groups of healthy subjects with the age of 20-45 years, wherein skin pores are large, and each group has 20 subjects; after the subjects had used the cleansing product and sat still for more than 20 minutes between constant temperature and humidity, the subjects' facial condition was evaluated by the panelists and photographed using VISIA 7 and the skin condition before sample application was recorded. The product was then used under the direction of the experimenter, dispensing the sample and instructions for use, and the subject's facial condition was again assessed on days 14 and 28 of sample use and analyzed by photograph analysis with VISIA 7 to assess the pore-shrinking effect of the sample. The data are recorded in table 3. The blackhead removal effect was analyzed using a VISIA skin detector.

The pore-shrinking test results show that the composition prepared in example 7 has the best effect on pore shrinkage, and the pore score of the subject is reduced by 15.90% after the subject uses the composition for 28 days.

Claims (10)

1. The composition for shrinking pores is characterized by comprising 5-13 parts of plant extracts, 5-10 parts of plant fermentation products and 0.5-2 parts of chitin and derivatives thereof in parts by weight.
2. The pore-shrinking composition of claim 1, wherein the plant extract is selected from at least one of hamamelis extract, salsifera extract, mentha extract, aloe extract, seaweed extract, horse chestnut extract.
3. The pore-shrinking composition according to claim 2, wherein the plant extract is a complex of a hamamelis extract and a salsola extract.
4. The pore-shrinking composition according to claim 1, wherein the plant fermentation product is at least one selected from the group consisting of rice fermentation product, malt fermentation product, pomegranate fermentation product, rhodiola fermentation product, and rice bran fermentation product.
5. The composition for shrinking pores according to claim 4, wherein the fermentation bacteria of the plant fermentation product are at least one selected from the group consisting of lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus rhamnosus, yeast and lactobacillus.
6. The composition for shrinking pores according to claim 1, wherein said chitin and its derivatives are acetyl chitosamine.
7. The pore-shrinking composition of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the plant fermentation product to the chitin and the derivatives thereof is (2-8): 1.
8. the pore-shrinking composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising an emollient, a polyol, a preservative, deionized water.
9. A method of preparing a pore-shrinking composition according to claim 8, comprising the steps of: mixing emollient and polyalcohol uniformly, adding deionized water and antiseptic, adding plant extract, plant fermentation product, chitin and its derivatives, and mixing uniformly to obtain the composition.
10. The use of the pore-shrinking composition according to claim 8, wherein the pore-shrinking composition is used in cosmetics and skin care products with oil-control and anti-aging effects.
