技术领域
本发明是关于一种封装方法,特别是指应用于胎压侦测器的封装方法。
背景技术
车辆需要轮胎承载车体重量与地面接触,行驶过程中轮胎相对地面摩擦接触提供车辆行进、转弯、煞车减速、吸收路面冲击等作用,前述作用需要良好状态的轮胎才能充分发挥其效用。轮胎的形状与刚性是开发时由厂商业者所设计决定,然而正确轮胎压力是车辆行驶过程中维持轮胎形状的重要因素之一。然而随着时间的流逝,轮胎内的空气会由微小缝隙或气嘴的部位微量泄漏而逐渐减少,或是轮胎遭受异物穿刺产生破洞发生轮胎漏气,因此车辆行驶前需要检查轮胎压力,若有不足车辆规范轮胎压力值时则是需要对轮胎补充损失的部分,达到合乎规范的轮胎压力。
为了可以判断以及随时监控轮胎胎压已有开发出相当多胎压侦测辅助系统(TPMS),可以量测轮胎内的气压、温度,随时可供驾驶获得轮胎压力与温度。目前常见有安装在轮胎内部的胎内式以及安装于气嘴的胎外式。传统胎内式胎压传感器是借由外壳将感测传输模块包覆保护。
然而,前述制作胎压传感器需要透过制作外壳的模具,透过射出成型技术先制作出外壳后,再将前述感测传输模块透过螺丝、铆接、卡扣等技术安装于外壳内,且需要气密垫圈位于感测传输模块与外壳之间,防止水气进入感测传输模块的感测压力的电路。此外,前述的外壳通常是采用两个壳体对接密封前述感测传输模块,或是一个底壳配合一个封盖对接密封前述感测传输模块。可知前述胎内式胎压传感器在组装方式相当繁琐,需要多项组装工艺与步骤,导致生产效率有限。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种胎压侦测器封装方法,将感测模块置入于模具内定位后,模具内注入混合胶料且包覆感测模块待硬化形成外壳部分,而得以从外型模具取出由外壳部分包覆感测模块的胎压侦测器,如此能简化以往组装方式达到提升生产效率的目的与功效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种胎压侦测器封装方法包括有下列步骤;置入步骤,将一感测模块放入一外型模具的一模穴内,并由模穴内一定位部分限制定位该感测模块而无法于该模穴的横向以及该模穴的底部方向位移;灌注步骤,将一混合胶料注入于前述模穴内,前述混合胶料包覆该感测模块的表面并充填于前述模穴,借以构成包覆于该感测模块表面外的一外壳部分;以及硬化步骤,待前述外壳部分硬化后其与该感测模块构成一体连接的一胎压侦测器,最后得以从模穴取出。
本发明另一种胎压侦测器封装方法,包括下列步骤;预组步骤,将一感测模块与一框架集合构成一内置部分,且前述内置部分具有数道流道;置入步骤,前述内置部分放入一外型模具的一模穴内,并由模穴内一定位部分限制定位该内置部分而无法于该模穴的横向以及该模穴的底部方向位移;灌注步骤,将一混合胶料注入于前述模穴内,前述混合胶料部分经由该数道流道朝向该模穴的底部方向流动,又前述混合胶料部分包覆于该内置部分的表面并充填于前述模穴,借以构成包覆于该内置部分表面的一外壳部分;以及硬化步骤,待前述外壳部分硬化后其与该内置部分构成一体连接的一胎压侦测器,最后得以从模穴取出。
本发明的有益效果是,将感测模块置入于模具内定位后,模具内注入混合胶料且包覆感测模块待硬化形成外壳部分,而得以从外型模具取出由外壳部分包覆感测模块的胎压侦测器,如此能简化以往组装方式达到提升生产效率的目的与功效。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,本发明胎压侦测器封装方法包括有置入步骤、灌注步骤以及硬化步骤等。以下说明各步骤技术特征,并请配合参阅图2所示。
置入步骤,将一感测模块110放入一外型模具200的一模穴210内,并由模穴210内一定位部分限制定位该感测模块110而无法于该模穴210的横向以及该模穴210的底部方向位移;灌注步骤,将一混合胶料300注入于前述模穴210内,前述混合胶料300包覆该感测模块110的表面并充填于前述模穴210,借以构成包覆于该感测模块110表面外的一外壳部分400;以及硬化步骤,待前述外壳部分400硬化后其与该感测模块110构成一体连接的一胎压侦测器500,最后得以从模穴210取出。
上述实施例是以透过黏贴方式结合于轮胎内壁的胎压侦测器500。
本发明借由置入步骤、灌注步骤以及硬化步骤下,得以先将感测模块110放置于外型模具200的模穴210内,并由定位部分限制感测模块110于外型模具200的模穴210内,进一步于外型模具200合模后于模穴210内注入混合胶料300,混合胶料300包覆感测模块110的外表面(在此是指感测模块110的各组件外表面)并充填于模穴210内,待混合胶料300硬化后构成包覆于感测模块110外表面的外壳部分400,即可从外型模具200取出外壳部分400包覆感测模块110的胎压侦测器500,因此相较于现有技术如此能简化以往组装方式达到提升生产效率。
以下进一步说明本发明各步骤以及组成构件的细部特征。其中该感测模块110进一步包括一电路板111、一无线天线112、一电池单元113、一气压感测单元114及一控制单元115,且该无线天线112、该电池单元113、该气压感测单元114与该控制单元115以及该电路板111电性连接;该气压感测单元114包括有一气压孔116;该定位部分包括有一气压塞柱220;于前述置入步骤时该气压塞柱220部分穿设于该气压孔116,而该气压塞柱220部分位于模穴210内,以致前述感测模块110与模穴210底部保有一空间隙;前述灌注步骤时该混合胶料300受到该气压塞柱220阻碍而不会流向该气压孔116,使得该混合胶料300环绕于模穴210内的该气压塞柱220部分,并构成该外壳部分400的一延伸孔401,而前述混合胶料300充填于该空隙;前述硬化步骤时从该模穴210取出该胎压侦测器500后,该延伸孔401连通该气压孔116。借由外型模具200的气压塞柱220塞入气压孔,得以避免在灌注时混合胶料300填入气压孔116,而延伸孔401与气压孔116相互连通提供气压感测单元114感测轮胎内部的气体压力。
前述混合胶料300包括有基础树脂、填料、固化剂、交联剂以及其他助剂。前述置入步骤将感测模块110放入外型模具200的模穴210前,进行脱模剂涂布于模穴210表面。
请参阅图3至图6所示,本发明第二实施例的胎压侦测器封装方法,包括下列步骤;预组步骤,将一感测模块110与一框架120组合构成一内置部分100,且前述内置部分100具有数道流道130;置入步骤,前述内置部分100放入一外型模具200的一模穴210内,并由模穴210内一定位部分限制定位该内置部分100而无法于该模穴210的横向以及该模穴的底部方向位移;灌注步骤,将一混合胶料300注入于前述模穴210内,前述混合胶料300部分经由该数道流道130朝向该模穴210的底部方向流动,又前述混合胶料300部分包覆于该内置部分100的表面并充填于前述模穴210,借以构成包覆于该内置部分100表面的一外壳部分400;以及硬化步骤,待前述外壳部分400硬化后其与该内置部分100构成一体连接的一胎压侦测器500,最后得以从模穴210取出。
该框架120包括有一外环部121以及一体相连于该外环部121的一气嘴部122;而该感测模块110包括有一电路板111、一无线天线112、一电池单元113、一气压感测单元114及一控制单元115,且该无线天线112、该电池单元113、该气压感测单元114与该控制单元115以及该电路板111电性连接;前述电路板111跨置于该外环部121表面,并由该外环部121的数个倒扣齿123扣抵定位该电路板111表面。借由倒扣齿123以及外环部121提供电路板111与框架120的预先组合,得以提供框架120稳固定位电路板111,以免后续灌注步骤受到混合胶料300的注入作用而受力位移。
前述电路板111具有相反方向的一第一侧141与一第二侧142,且该无线天线112、该气压感测单元114与该控制单元115位于该第一侧141方向,而该第二侧142抵于该框架120的外环部121,该电池单元113位于第二侧142方向。借由该无线天线112、该气压感测单元114与该控制单元115位于该第一侧141方向,而该电池单元113位于第二侧142方向,得以有效控制重量并以较平均方式分布于第一侧141与第二侧142方向。
该气嘴部122相连于该外环部121之间的两侧位置各设有一内凹口124,而该电路板111设有间隔排列的二叉部117,且该二叉部117之间形成一闪避口118,以致该二叉部117分别定位于各该内凹口124,而该闪避口118供该气嘴部122部分容置;该数道流道130部分设置于该闪避口118与该气嘴部122之间的空隙,又该数道流道130部分间隔设置于该外环部121的一内环表面126且分别相连于该数个倒扣齿123。借由前述流道130提供混合胶料300于灌注步骤中提供连通作用,待混合胶料300于流道130位置硬化后成为外壳部分400一体连结于内置部分100的组合结构,得以提升外壳部分400与内置部分100两者的结合结构强度。
该气嘴部122贯穿设置有一气嘴孔125;该气压感测单元114包括有一气压孔116;该定位部分包括有一气压塞柱220以及一气嘴塞柱230;于前述置入步骤时,该气压塞柱220部分穿设于该气压孔116,该气嘴塞柱230部分穿设该气嘴孔125,而该气压塞柱220部分位于模穴210内;以致该内置部分100与该模穴210底部保有一空隙;前述灌注步骤时该混合胶料300受到该气压塞柱220与该气嘴塞柱230阻碍而不会分别流向该气压孔116、该气嘴孔125,使得该混合胶料300环绕于模穴210内的该气压塞柱220部分并构成该外壳部分400的一延伸孔401,且前述混合胶料300充填于该空隙;前述硬化步骤时从该模穴210取出该胎压侦测器500后,该延伸孔401连通该气压孔116。借由气嘴塞柱230与气压塞柱220分别塞入气嘴孔125与气压孔116,得以提供内置部分100稳固定位于外型模具200的模穴210内。
前述定位部分的气压塞柱220、气嘴塞柱230可一体成形于外型模具200的模穴210内或是独立构件安装于模穴210内。此外,前述外型模具200采用数个模块可以组合以及组合后可分离的自动化模具型态。
请参阅图6至图8所示,本发明第二实施例胎压侦测器500是透过螺丝501穿设气嘴孔125组合气嘴502。此型态胎压侦测器500透过气嘴502安装于轮框。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种胎压侦测器封装方法,其特征在于,包括:
预组步骤,将一感测模块与一框架集合构成一内置部分,且前述内置部分具有数道流道;
置入步骤,前述内置部分放入一外型模具的一模穴内,并由模穴内一定位部分限制定位该内置部分而无法于该模穴的横向以及该模穴的底部方向位移;
灌注步骤,将一混合胶料注入于前述模穴内,前述混合胶料部分经由该数道流道朝向该模穴的底部方向流动,又前述混合胶料部分包覆于该内置部分的表面并充填于前述模穴,借以构成包覆于该内置部分表面的一外壳部分;
以及硬化步骤,待前述外壳部分硬化后其与该内置部分构成一体连接的一胎压侦测器,最后得以从模穴取出;
所述框架包括有一外环部以及一体相连于该外环部的一气嘴部;而该感测模块包括有一电路板、一无线天线、一电池单元、一气压感测单元及一控制单元,且该无线天线、该电池单元、该气压感测单元与该控制单元以及该电路板电性连接;前述电路板跨置于该外环部表面,并由该外环部的数个倒扣齿扣抵定位该电路板表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胎压侦测器封装方法,其特征在于,所述气嘴部相连于该外环部之间的两侧位置各设有一内凹口,而该电路板设有间隔排列的二叉部,且该二叉部之间形成一闪避口,以致该二叉部分别定位于各该内凹口,而该闪避口供该气嘴部部分容置;该数道流道部分设置于该闪避口与该气嘴部之间的空隙,又该数道流道部分间隔设置于该外环部的一内环表面且分别相连于该数个倒扣齿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胎压侦测器封装方法,其特征在于,所述气嘴部贯穿设置有一气嘴孔;该气压感测单元包括有一气压孔;该定位部分包括有一气压塞柱以及一气嘴塞柱;
于前述置入步骤时,该气压塞柱部分穿设于该气压孔,该气嘴塞柱部分穿设该气嘴孔,而该气压塞柱部分位于模穴内;该气嘴塞柱部分穿设于该气嘴孔,而该气嘴塞柱部分位于该模穴内;以致该内置部分与该模穴底部保有一空隙;
前述灌注步骤时该混合胶料受到该气压塞柱与该气嘴塞柱阻碍而不会分别流向该气压孔、该气嘴孔,使得该混合胶料环绕于模穴内的该气压塞柱部分并构成该外壳部分的一延伸孔,且前述混合胶料充填于该空隙;
前述硬化步骤时从该模穴取出该胎压侦测器后,该延伸孔连通该气压孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胎压侦测器封装方法,其特征在于,所述电路板具有相反方向的一第一侧与一第二侧,且该无线天线、该气压感测单元与该控制单元位于该第一侧方向,而该第二侧抵于该框架的外环部,该电池单元位于第二侧方向。
