背景技术
白癜风是由黑素细胞受损而引起皮肤或黏膜部位发生白斑为主要特征的慢性、后天获得性自身免疫性疾病,全身各部位均可发生,但好发于四肢、面颈、躯干及生殖器周围,临床表现为局限性或泛发性,其发病机制根据患者不同、患病类型的差异有所不同,包括自身免疫学说、黑素细胞自身破坏学说、遗传因素、营养失调等观点。
中医治疗白癜风,历史悠久,在辨证的同时,内服药与外用药同时应用,整体调理与局部治疗联合并举,对证型复杂、发病机制多样、难以治愈的白癜风具有较大的效果,但每一种药剂成分在体内发挥作用的时间各不相同,试剂的组合往往无法发挥最大的疗效,并且药物暴露在潮湿环境或者是空气中,都极易发生氧化,自身成分也随之发生改变,直接影响药用性。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂及其制备方法,解决了现有治疗白癜风的药剂无法达到最佳的组合服用效果且药剂容易受到氧化作用,造成药剂掺杂变质的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂,包括以下质量份数的原料组:外包原料组40~50份、密封原料组10~15份、夹心原料组25~40份。
优选的,所述外包原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:补骨脂10~15份、白芷5~10份、红花2~5份、乌梅2~5份、淀粉8~15份。
优选的,所述密封原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:檬酸三乙酯2~3份、丙三醇2~3份、硬脂酸镁1~2份、甘油5~7份。
优选的,所述夹心原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:女贞子5~8份、川芎8~12份、干姜8~10份、白鲜皮4~10份。

S1、首先使用清水清洗将补骨脂、白芷、红花、乌梅、女贞子、川芎、干姜以及白鲜皮去除非药物杂质,并将其晒干;
S2、再将晾干过后女贞子、川芎、白鲜皮以及干姜采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取0.5~2h,收集冷凝液,静置分层,分离出挥发油,得到夹心原料药渣A;
S3、将提取挥发油后的夹心药渣A与干姜一起加入到加热釜中,再将其5倍的水加入到加热釜中进行加热1~2小时,并进行反复煎煮2~3次,得到煎液A;
S4、取对应质量等份的檬酸三乙酯、丙三醇、水的重量备好,将水、檬酸三乙酯和丙三醇依次添加到搅拌罐内,在80~90摄氏度下均匀搅拌2~3小时,制成混合溶液A,置于70~80摄氏度环境下存放;
S5、将对应质量份数的补骨脂、白芷、红花、乌梅、红花一起加入到加热釜内再将其2倍的水加入到加热釜中进行加热1~1.5小时,并进行反复煎煮1~2次,得到煎液B,将对应质量份数的淀粉与煎液B混合搅拌,再置于双螺杆挤出机共混造粒,得到药剂颗粒A;
S7、将药剂颗粒A置于药剂压片机内压制成中心镂空的片状药剂,再将煎液A加注进片状药剂的镂空内,得到药剂坯件A,再将药剂坯件A浸入混合溶液A内,提取出,并冷却至室温后,得到成品片剂。
优选的,所述S3步骤中,在得到煎液A后利用100~120目的筛网进行过滤,去除残渣。
优选的,所述S5步骤中,当搅拌至1~1.5小时,将对应质量份数的甘油加入至所述搅拌罐内。
优选的,所述S6步骤中,所述双螺杆挤出机转速为500~600rpm,压力为1.5~2.5MPa。

2、本发明通过取对应质量等份的檬酸三乙酯、丙三醇、水的重量备好,将水、檬酸三乙酯和丙三醇依次添加到搅拌罐内,在90摄氏度下均匀搅拌3小时,制成混合溶液A,置于80摄氏度环境下存放,再将药剂坯件A浸入混合溶液A内,提取出,并冷却至室温,在片状药剂表面附着一层可食用的胶状密封层,使内部药剂能够保证食用标准的前提下,将药剂与空气进行隔绝,降低药剂氧化的可能性。

S5、将对应质量份数的补骨脂、白芷、红花、乌梅、红花一起加入到加热釜内再将其2倍的水加入到加热釜中进行加热1.5小时,并进行反复煎煮2次,得到煎液B,将对应质量份数的淀粉与煎液B混合搅拌,再置于双螺杆挤出机共混造粒,双螺杆挤出机转速为500rpm,压力为1.5MPa,得到药剂颗粒A;
S6、将药剂颗粒A置于药剂压片机内压制成中心镂空的片状药剂,再将煎液A加注进片状药剂的镂空内,得到药剂坯件A,再将药剂坯件A浸入混合溶液A内,提取出,并冷却至室温后,得到成品片剂。
实施例二:
本发明实施例提供一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数的原料组:外包原料组45份、密封原料组15份、夹心原料组40份。
外包原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:补骨脂15份、白芷9份、红花5份、乌梅4份、淀粉12份。
密封原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:檬酸三乙酯3份、丙三醇3份、硬脂酸镁2份、甘油7份。
夹心原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:女贞子8份、川芎12份、干姜10份、白鲜皮10份。
本发明实施例提供一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂制备方法,包括以下制备方法:
S1、首先使用清水清洗将补骨脂、白芷、红花、乌梅、女贞子、川芎、干姜以及白鲜皮去除非药物杂质,并将其晒干;
S2、再将晾干过后女贞子、川芎、白鲜皮以及干姜采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取2h,收集冷凝液,静置分层,分离出挥发油,得到夹心原料药渣A;
S3、将提取挥发油后的夹心药渣A与干姜一起加入到加热釜中,再将其5倍的水加入到加热釜中进行加热2小时,并进行反复煎煮3次,得到煎液A,在得到煎液A后利用120目的筛网进行过滤,去除残渣;
S4、取对应质量等份的檬酸三乙酯、丙三醇、水的重量备好,将水、檬酸三乙酯和丙三醇依次添加到搅拌罐内,在90摄氏度下均匀搅拌3小时,制成混合溶液A,置于80摄氏度环境下存放;
S5、将对应质量份数的补骨脂、白芷、红花、乌梅、红花一起加入到加热釜内再将其2倍的水加入到加热釜中进行加热1.5小时,并进行反复煎煮2次,得到煎液B,将对应质量份数的淀粉与煎液B混合搅拌,再置于双螺杆挤出机共混造粒,双螺杆挤出机转速为600rpm,压力为2.5MPa,得到药剂颗粒A;
S6、将药剂颗粒A置于药剂压片机内压制成中心镂空的片状药剂,再将煎液A加注进片状药剂的镂空内,得到药剂坯件A,再将药剂坯件A浸入混合溶液A内,提取出,并冷却至室温后,得到成品片剂。
本发明实施例提供传统中药治疗以及该中药片剂的服用效果数据,包括以下表格:
结论:综上表格所述,采用该中药片剂治疗白癜风比传统中药治疗效果明显改善。

1.一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数的原料组:外包原料组40~50份、密封原料组10~15份、夹心原料组25~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂,其特征在于:所述外包原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:补骨脂10~15份、白芷5~10份、红花2~5份、乌梅2~5份、淀粉8~15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂,其特征在于:所述密封原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:檬酸三乙酯2~3份、丙三醇2~3份、硬脂酸镁1~2份、甘油5~7份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂,其特征在于:所述夹心原料组包括以下质量份数的原料:女贞子5~8份、川芎8~12份、干姜8~10份、白鲜皮4~10份。
5.一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备方法:
S1、首先使用清水清洗将补骨脂、白芷、红花、乌梅、女贞子、川芎、干姜以及白鲜皮去除非药物杂质,并将其晒干;
S2、将晾干过后女贞子、川芎、白鲜皮以及干姜采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取0.5~2h,收集冷凝液,静置分层,分离出挥发油,得到夹心原料药渣A;
S3、将提取挥发油后的夹心药渣A与干姜一起加入到加热釜中,再将其5倍的水加入到加热釜中进行加热1~2小时,并进行反复煎煮2~3次,得到煎液A;
S4、取对应质量等份的檬酸三乙酯、丙三醇、水的重量备好,将水、檬酸三乙酯和丙三醇依次添加到搅拌罐内,在80~90摄氏度下均匀搅拌2~3小时,制成混合溶液A,置于70~80摄氏度环境下存放;
S5、将对应质量份数的补骨脂、白芷、红花、乌梅、红花一起加入到加热釜内再将其2倍的水加入到加热釜中进行加热1~1.5小时,并进行反复煎煮1~2次,得到煎液B,将对应质量份数的淀粉与煎液B混合搅拌,再置于双螺杆挤出机共混造粒,得到药剂颗粒A;
S6、将药剂颗粒A置于药剂压片机内压制成中心镂空的片状药剂,再将煎液A加注进片状药剂的镂空内,得到药剂坯件A,再将药剂坯件A浸入混合溶液A内,提取出,并冷却至室温后,得到成品片剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3步骤中,在得到煎液A后利用100~120目的筛网进行过滤,去除残渣。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4步骤中,当搅拌至1~1.5小时,将对应质量份数的甘油加入至所述搅拌罐内。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种治疗白癜风用中药片剂制备方法,其特征在于:所述S5步骤中,所述双螺杆挤出机转速为500~600rpm,压力为1.5~2.5MPa。
