Abstract
本发明公开了一种双益均衡牙膏及其制备方法,所述双益均衡牙膏包括下述原料:二氧化硅,山梨醇,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,烷基糖苷,卡拉胶,黄原胶,瓜儿胶,香精,木糖醇、低聚果糖、副干酪乳杆菌、磷酸三钠、馨二醇、馨鲜酮,余量为水。本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述双益均衡牙膏含有功效成分低聚果糖(益生元)、副干酪乳杆菌(益生菌)两种物质,这两种物质按照一定的比例进行组合可形成双益组合物,通过益生元增值益生菌作用口腔微生态,可同时解决口腔问题,可缓解口臭、预防龋齿、预防牙周病、缓解口腔溃疡。本发明所述牙膏可促进有益菌生长,抗黏附,免疫调节蛋白,可以有效抑制变异链球菌,同时增殖口腔有益菌达到调节口腔微生态的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日常清洁用品领域,具体涉及一种双益均衡牙膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
健康人群口腔内的微生物种类约700种,主要为细菌。这些微生物共同构成联系密切的微生物群落,并在宿主的口腔环境中形成动态平衡。当平衡被打破,部分微生物将转变为病原微生物,引起龋病、牙周病和黏膜疾病。人类与微生物具有互利共生的关系。口腔微生物是天然的,有效地代谢生长所需的营养物质并为宿主提供重要的好处。口腔微生物群的失调可能导致龋齿、牙周病等,而口腔细菌被动地转移身体其它部位可能导致口腔外感染。然而,我们永远不应该把消灭口腔微生物作为我们的目标,相反,我们必须设法重建。
由于现代生活方式而失去的和谐共存,不杀死有益的细菌,也不失去这些常驻微生物所带来的好处。口腔疾病是由于饮食等因素导致口腔内微生态平衡被打破而导致,并不是由于有微生物而产生。口腔微生物保持平衡可对人体健康产生有益作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种臻选增殖口腔有益菌副干酪乳杆菌达到调节口腔微生态的效果,促进口腔健康的双益均衡牙膏及其制备方法。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种双益均衡牙膏,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅15-22%,山梨醇35-68%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1-2.5%,烷基糖苷1-2.5%,卡拉胶0.1-0.5%,黄原胶0.1-1.0%,瓜儿胶0.1-1.0%,香精0.6-1.5%,木糖醇0.1-1%、低聚果糖1-3%、副干酪乳杆菌0.1-1%、磷酸三钠0.1-1%、馨二醇0.1-0.5%、馨鲜酮0.1-1%,余量为水。
上述一种双益均衡牙膏,作为一种优选的实施方案,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅18-20%,山梨醇40-60%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1.5-2.2%,烷基糖苷1.5-2.2%,卡拉胶0.2-0.4%,黄原胶0.2-0.8%,瓜儿胶0.2-0.8%,香精0.8-1.2%,木糖醇0.2-0.8%、低聚果糖1.2-2.2%、副干酪乳杆菌0.2-0.8%、磷酸三钠0.2-0.8%、馨二醇0.2-0.4%、馨鲜酮0.2-0.8%,余量为水。
上述一种双益均衡牙膏,作为一种优选的实施方案,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅19%,山梨醇50%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠2%,烷基糖苷2%,卡拉胶0.3%,黄原胶0.5%,瓜儿胶0.5%,香精1.1%,木糖醇0.5%、低聚果糖1.5%、副干酪乳杆菌0.5%、磷酸三钠0.5%、馨二醇0.3%、馨鲜酮0.6%,余量为水。
二氧化硅在牙膏中具有摩擦剂的作用,当刷牙时,二氧化硅悬浮于泡沫之中,充满了口腔,与牙垢有广泛的接触,在牙刷的摩擦作用下使牙垢容易被刷洗下来,随着漱口水吐出。
山梨醇具有优良的保鲜、保香、保色的作用,可使牙膏保持水份、香味、色泽和新鲜度,几乎所有使用甘油或丙二醇的领域都可以用山梨醇来替代。
月桂酰肌氨酸钠是一种非常温和的表面活性剂,具有优越的发泡性,并且泡沫细腻、持久、低刺激性。
烷基糖苷是指用葡萄糖和脂肪醇合成的烷基糖苷(Alkyl Polyglucoside.简称APG),是指复杂糖苷化合物中糖单元大于等于2的糖苷,统称为烷基多糖苷(或烷基多苷)。其配伍性能好,能与各种离子型、非离子型表面活性剂复配产生增效作用,起泡性好,泡沫丰富细腻。
卡拉胶也称为角叉菜胶或鹿角菜胶,是从红藻中提取的天然多糖植物胶。卡拉胶不仅具有优良的耐盐性和抗酶性,而且可提高和改善膏体的触变性和分散性。可明显提高和改善牙膏的外观,膏体非常细腻光滑,高洁。
黄原胶又名汉生胶,是由野油菜黄单胞杆菌(Xanthomnas campestris)以碳水化合物为主要原料(如玉米淀粉)经发酵工程生产的一种作用广泛的微生物胞外多糖。它具有独特的流变性,良好的水溶性、对热及酸碱的稳定性、与多种盐类有很好的相容性,作为增稠剂、悬浮剂、乳化剂、稳定剂,可广泛应用于食品、石油、医药等20多个行业。
瓜儿胶原粉是从豆科植物瓜尔豆种子中提取的,是世界上再生植物资源中最优秀的天然增稠剂,其粘度高、分散性能好。
副干酪乳杆菌是一种益生菌,主要存在于人体的肠道当中,具有增强免疫力、维持肠道菌群平衡、促进消化等作用。对革兰氏阳性菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均具有一定的杀菌效果。
馨二醇是具有防腐性能的保湿剂与抗氧剂,具有优异的广谱抗菌活性,可用于“无防腐剂”宣传产品。具有良好的保湿与抗氧化的性能,与传统的防腐剂之间有协同效应,在降低防腐剂用量的同时,可以强化防腐体系的性能,有效降低产品的刺激性;可用于各种护肤、防晒和护发产品中,特别适合婴幼儿等娇嫩肌肤的护理。
本申请的第二方面,提供一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料混合搅拌均匀,制得混合料;
(2)开启制膏釜真空泵,吸入步骤(1)所得混合料,制膏得所述双益均衡牙膏。
上述一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,步骤(1)中,混合搅拌的温度为30-40℃,混合搅拌的时间为15-20min。
上述一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,步骤(2)中,所述制膏为:开启制膏釜中的刮刀、搅拌器和胶体磨进行制膏。
上述一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,制膏时长为40-60min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述双益均衡牙膏含有功效成分低聚果糖(益生元)、副干酪乳杆菌(益生菌)两种物质,这两种物质按照一定的比例进行组合可形成双益组合物,通过益生元增值益生菌作用口腔微生态,可同时解决口腔问题,可缓解口臭、预防龋齿、预防牙周病、缓解口腔溃疡。
本发明所述双益均衡牙膏可促进有益菌生长,抗黏附,免疫调节蛋白,可以有效抑制变异链球菌,同时增殖口腔有益菌达到调节口腔微生态的效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
口腔里的厌氧菌会使蛋白质和肽分解、代谢、产生硫化氢和甲硫醇、甲硫醚等挥发性硫化物。因此,抑制厌氧菌的生长可防治口臭。此外,摄入过多糖或淀粉后,细菌产酸会开始腐蚀牙齿,导致龋齿的发生。变异链球菌已被视为一个龋齿病原,另外放线菌、丙酸杆菌和球菌属关联性也较大。而大量益生菌可以抑制这些有害菌的生长。由细菌引起的慢性感染性疾病,现在较为常见的牙周可疑致病菌主要包括三种,即具核梭杆菌、伴放线菌嗜血菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌。而益生菌可抑制并凝集移出这些口腔有害菌。牙龈链球菌群、韦荣氏菌群和奈瑟氏菌群是口腔中最常见的菌群,研究发现韦荣氏菌和链球菌的变化与复发性口腔溃疡密切相关。本申请所述双益均衡牙膏可调节口腔中的微生态,可同时解决口腔问题,可缓解口臭、预防龋齿、预防牙周病、缓解口腔溃疡。
实施例1
实施例1所述一种双益均衡牙膏,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅15%,山梨醇68%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1%,烷基糖苷2.5%,卡拉胶0.1%,黄原胶0.1%,瓜儿胶1.0%,香精0.6%,木糖醇0.1%、低聚果糖3%、副干酪乳杆菌0.1%、磷酸三钠0.1%、馨二醇0.1%、馨鲜酮1%,余量为水。
实施例1所述一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料在温度为30℃的条件下混合搅拌20min混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)开启制膏釜真空泵,吸入步骤(1)所得混合料,开启制膏釜中的刮刀、搅拌器和胶体磨进行制膏,制膏40min得所述双益均衡牙膏。
实施例2
实施例2所述一种双益均衡牙膏,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅18%,山梨醇60%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1.5%,烷基糖苷2.2%,卡拉胶0.2%,黄原胶0.8%,瓜儿胶0.2%,香精0.8%,木糖醇0.2%、低聚果糖2.2%、副干酪乳杆菌0.2%、磷酸三钠0.2%、馨二醇0.2%、馨鲜酮0.8%,余量为水。
实施例2所述一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料在温度为35℃条件下混合搅拌18min混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)开启制膏釜真空泵,吸入步骤(1)所得混合料,开启制膏釜中的刮刀、搅拌器和胶体磨进行制膏,制膏45min得所述双益均衡牙膏。
实施例3
实施例3所述一种双益均衡牙膏,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅19%,山梨醇50%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠2%,烷基糖苷2%,卡拉胶0.3%,黄原胶0.5%,瓜儿胶0.5%,香精1.1%,木糖醇0.5%、低聚果糖1.5%、副干酪乳杆菌0.5%、磷酸三钠0.5%、馨二醇0.3%、馨鲜酮0.6%,余量为水。
实施例3所述一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料在温度为30℃条件下混合搅拌18min混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)开启制膏釜真空泵,吸入步骤(1)所得混合料,开启制膏釜中的刮刀、搅拌器和胶体磨进行制膏,制膏50min得所述双益均衡牙膏。
实施例4
实施例4所述一种双益均衡牙膏,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅15%,山梨醇35%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠2.5%,烷基糖苷2.5%,卡拉胶0.5%,黄原胶1.0%,瓜儿胶0.5%,香精1.0%,木糖醇0.5%、低聚果糖3%、副干酪乳杆菌0.5%、磷酸三钠0.1%、馨二醇0.5%、馨鲜酮0.1%,余量为水。
实施例4所述一种双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料在温度为40℃条件下混合搅拌15min混合均匀,制得混合料;
(2)开启制膏釜真空泵,吸入步骤(1)所得混合料,开启制膏釜中的刮刀、搅拌器和胶体磨进行制膏,制膏60min得所述双益均衡牙膏。
本发明所述双益均衡牙膏的功效研究:
筛选口腔溃疡患者80例,随机平均分为4组,试验组1、试验组2、试验组3、试验组4,试验组1使用本发明实施例1所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,试验组2使用本发明实施例2所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,试验组3使用本发明实施例3所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,试验组4使用本发明实施例4所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,每天早晚各一次,一周后检测所述双益均衡牙膏的有效率,并求每组平均值;
筛选牙周炎患者80例,随机平均分为4组,试验组1、试验组2、试验组3、试验组4,试验组1使用本发明实施例1所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,试验组2使用本发明实施例2所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,试验组3使用本发明实施例3所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,试验组4使用本发明实施例4所述双益均衡牙膏刷牙,每天早晚各一次,一周后检测所述双益均衡牙膏的有效率,并求每组平均值。
结果如表1所示:

从表1可以看出:本发明所述双益均衡牙膏对口腔溃疡和牙周炎具有一定的预防和治疗效果。

1.一种双益均衡牙膏,其特征在于,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅15-22%,山梨醇35-68%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1-2.5%,烷基糖苷1-2.5%,卡拉胶0.1-0.5%,黄原胶0.1-1.0%,瓜儿胶0.1-1.0%,香精0.6-1.5%,木糖醇0.1-1%、低聚果糖1-3%、副干酪乳杆菌0.1-1%、磷酸三钠0.1-1%、馨二醇0.1-0.5%、馨鲜酮0.1-1%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述双益均衡牙膏,其特征在于,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅18-20%,山梨醇40-60%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1.5-2.2%,烷基糖苷1.5-2.2%,卡拉胶0.2-0.4%,黄原胶0.2-0.8%,瓜儿胶0.2-0.8%,香精0.8-1.2%,木糖醇0.2-0.8%、低聚果糖1.2-2.2%、副干酪乳杆菌0.2-0.8%、磷酸三钠0.2-0.8%、馨二醇0.2-0.4%、馨鲜酮0.2-0.8%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述双益均衡牙膏,其特征在于,包括下述重量百分比的原料:二氧化硅19%,山梨醇50%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠2%,烷基糖苷2%,卡拉胶0.3%,黄原胶0.5%,瓜儿胶0.5%,香精1.1%,木糖醇0.5%、低聚果糖1.5%、副干酪乳杆菌0.5%、磷酸三钠0.5%、馨二醇0.3%、馨鲜酮0.6%,余量为水。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料混合搅拌均匀,制得混合料;
(2)开启制膏釜真空泵,吸入步骤(1)所得混合料,制膏得所述双益均衡牙膏。
5.根据权利要求4所述双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,混合搅拌的温度为30-40℃,混合搅拌的时间为15-20min。
6.根据权利要求4所述双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述制膏为:开启制膏釜中的刮刀、搅拌器和胶体磨进行制膏。
7.根据权利要求4所述双益均衡牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,制膏时长为40-60min。
