Technical Field

Based on the technical problem that the existing sweet potato seedling planting device cannot fully automatically convey sweet potato seedlings and then automatically plant the sweet potato seedlings, and the degree of automation is low, the invention provides the sweet potato seedling planting device for agricultural production.
The invention provides a sweet potato seedling planting device for agricultural production, which comprises a frame, wherein two sides of the outer walls of two sides of the frame are respectively connected with a driving shaft and a rotating rod through bearings, two ends of the driving shaft are provided with front wheels, two ends of the rotating rod are provided with rear wheels, the outer wall of the bottom of the frame is fixed with a ditching block through bolts, the outer wall of the top of the frame is provided with a storage box, the inner wall of the storage box is provided with an arc-shaped groove, the outer wall of the driving shaft is fixed with a driving roller through bolts, the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove is connected with a rotating roller through bearings, the outer wall of the rotating roller is sleeved with a conveying belt, the driving shaft and the conveying belt are matched for use, the inner wall of the frame is fixed with a fixed plate through bolts, the outer wall of the top of the fixed plate is provided with connecting holes, planting tubes are fixed through bolts, the outer wall of the planting tubes is provided with mounting grooves distributed at equal intervals, the inner wall of the mounting groove is fixedly provided with a second motor through bolts, an output shaft of the second motor is connected with an accelerating roller through a coupling, the outer wall of the bottom of the frame is fixedly provided with a mounting plate through bolts, and two sides of the outer wall of the bottom of the mounting plate are fixedly provided with folding blocks through bolts.
Preferably, the outer wall of the bottom of the frame is fixed with a crushing barrel through a bolt, the inner wall of the top of the crushing barrel is fixed with a first motor through a bolt, and an output shaft of the first motor is connected with a rotating rod through a coupler.
Preferably, the outer wall of the rotating rod is fixed with arc-shaped plates which are distributed at equal intervals through bolts, and the outer wall of each arc-shaped plate is provided with crushing grooves which are distributed at equal intervals.
Preferably, the crushing rollers are fixed on the inner wall of the bottom of the crushing barrel at equal intervals through bolts, and the crushing rollers and the crushing grooves are matched for use.
Preferably, mounting holes are formed in two sides of the outer wall of one side of the crushing cylinder, a soil inlet cylinder is fixed to the inner wall of each mounting hole through a bolt, fixing holes are formed in two sides of the outer wall of the other side of the crushing cylinder, and a soil outlet cylinder is fixed to the inner wall of each fixing hole through a bolt.
Preferably, push rods are fixed to two sides of the outer wall of the top of the frame through bolts and are matched with the frame for use.

2. In the invention, push rods 1 are fixed on two sides of the outer wall of the top of the frame 10 through bolts, and the push rods 1 are matched with the frame 10 for use.
