Abstract

本发明公开了一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计算,包括如下组分:碳氢溶剂60~80%;脂肪醇8~13%;脂肪酸酯16~31%;苯三唑0.1~3%;稳定剂1~5%。本发明还提供了所述抛光蜡膜用清洗剂的制备方法。通过本发明的合理配比,能够在有效去除蜡状物的同时降低对金属的腐蚀并提升整体清洗剂的稳定性,并且大幅提高清洗效率。

一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及有机化学清洗剂领域,具体涉及一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜡的主要化学成分大部分是由碳氢化合物或高级脂肪酸与高级一元醇组成,是一类有机化合物。广泛应用于机械加工、零部件防护、模具、汽车后市场等领域,其主要作用是抛光、脱模、润滑、防护等。
蜡本身具有良好的附着力,虽然具有防护性、隔离性好的优点,但劣势相当明显,使用后很不容易去除掉,容易对后续应用造成影响。
本发明采用碳氢溶剂为基础,复配醇、醚、酯类化合物,具有优良的蜡溶解能力,能够短时间去除各种蜡状物,恢复零件本色。
为此,本发明针对以上情况发明了一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂。具体是用于清洗模具、金属和非金属抛光零件或蜡膜防锈零件残留的蜡状物溶剂型清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂及其制备方法。
通过本发明的抛光蜡膜用清洗剂来解决现有技术中的针对残留蜡状物清洗性不佳或清洗效率低的技术问题。
为了实现本发明的目的,所采用的技术方案是:
一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,按质量百分比计算,包括如下组分(添加剂的加剂量主要是从性价比的方面考虑):
碳氢溶剂60~80%;
脂肪醇8~13%;
脂肪酸酯16~31%;
苯三唑0.1~3%;
稳定剂1~5%。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的碳氢溶剂为正构烷烃、异构烷烃、C12-16烯烃、闭口闪点大于60℃的脱芳烃溶剂油中的任意一种或多种。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的脂肪醇为工业级的丁醇、辛醇、1,3-丁二醇中的任意一种或多种。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的脂肪酸酯为工业级的脂肪酸单酯、二元酸二甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯中的任意一种或多种。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的苯三唑为工业级的苯三唑。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的稳定剂为乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇叔丁醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单丁醚中的任意一种或多种。
一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在常压下将所述苯三唑、脂肪酸酯搅拌升温至40~60℃,溶解均匀透明;
后将温度降温至室温下加入所述碳氢溶剂、脂肪醇、稳定剂继续搅拌至混匀后在80~100目筛网过滤。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述继续搅拌的时间为10~30min。
本发明的工作原理在于:
通过本发明的合理配比,能够在有效去除蜡状物的同时降低对金属的腐蚀并提升整体清洗剂的稳定性。
本发明和已有技术相比,其效果是积极和明显的,特别是清洗效率大幅提高,具体表现为清洗时间从约5min缩短至约2min,去除率从约96%增至约99.5%,抛光剂残留大幅降低。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1)优异的缓蚀和抗氧化效果;
2)有效保护被清洗金属表面免受腐蚀和氧化;
3)适合多种材质如钢、不锈钢、合金钢、铝及其合金、铜及其合金等;
4)清洗效果优异,效率高,对蜡膜、胶质均有良好的去除效果;
5)浓缩液稳定性好,可长期储存;
6)不含亚硝酸盐、磷、硫、氯等有毒有害品。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步地解释说明:
实施例1
实施例1当中提供了一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,按质量百分比计算,包括如下组分:
碳氢溶剂(D60脱芳烃溶剂油)74.9%;
脂肪醇(工业级的1,3-丁二醇)8%;
脂肪酸酯(工业级的二元酸二甲酯)16%;
苯三唑(工业级的苯三唑)0.1%;
稳定剂(乙二醇叔丁醚)1%。
在常压下将苯三唑、脂肪酸酯搅拌升温至40~60℃,溶解均匀透明;
后将温度降温至室温下加入碳氢溶剂、脂肪醇、稳定剂继续搅拌10~30min至混匀后在80~100目筛网过滤。
实施例2
实施例2当中提供了一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,按质量百分比计算,包括如下组分:
碳氢溶剂(D60脱芳烃溶剂油)69.9%;
脂肪醇(工业级的正丁醇)10%;
脂肪酸酯(工业级的棕榈油酸甲酯)18%;
苯三唑(工业级的苯三唑)0.1%;
稳定剂(二乙二醇单丁醚)2%。
在常压下将苯三唑、脂肪酸酯搅拌升温至40~60℃,溶解均匀透明;
后将温度降温至室温下加入碳氢溶剂、脂肪醇、稳定剂继续搅拌10~30min至混匀后在80~100目筛网过滤。
实施例3
实施例3当中提供了一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,按质量百分比计算,包括如下组分:
碳氢溶剂(IP60异构烷烃溶剂油)69.5%;
脂肪醇(工业级的正丁醇)8.5%;
脂肪酸酯(工业级的己二酸二甲酯)17%;
苯三唑(工业级的苯三唑)0.5%;
稳定剂(二乙二醇单丁醚)4.5%。
在常压下将苯三唑、脂肪酸酯搅拌升温至40~60℃,溶解均匀透明;
后将温度降温至室温下加入碳氢溶剂、脂肪醇、稳定剂继续搅拌10~30min至混匀后在80~100目筛网过滤。
实施例4
实施例4当中提供了一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,按质量百分比计算,包括如下组分:
碳氢溶剂(D60脱芳烃溶剂油)65.0%;
脂肪醇(工业级的正丁醇)9.0%;
脂肪酸酯(工业级的棕榈油酸甲酯)21.0%;
苯三唑(工业级的苯三唑)1.0%;
稳定剂(乙二醇叔丁醚)4.0%。
在常压下将苯三唑、脂肪酸酯搅拌升温至40~60℃,溶解均匀透明;
后将温度降温至室温下加入碳氢溶剂、脂肪醇、稳定剂继续搅拌10~30min至混匀后在80~100目筛网过滤。
本发明的优点如下:
1)优异的缓蚀和抗氧化效果;
2)有效保护被清洗金属表面免受腐蚀和氧化;
3)适合多种材质如钢、不锈钢、合金钢、铝及其合金、铜及其合金等;
4)清洗效果优异,效率高,对蜡膜、胶质均有良好的去除效果;
5)浓缩液稳定性好,可长期储存,使用过程中可采用喷淋或浸泡方式使用;
6)不含亚硝酸盐、磷、硫、氯等有毒有害品,更加安全稳定。
实施例1和实施例2的应用实例实测数据如下表1所示,由表1可知,本发明的抛光剂残留大幅降低,且其他性能均能达到市售产品的性能要求:

Claims (8)

1.一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计算,包括如下组分:
碳氢溶剂60~80%;
脂肪醇8~13%;
脂肪酸酯16~31%;
苯三唑0.1~3%;
稳定剂1~5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的碳氢溶剂为正构烷烃、异构烷烃、C12-16烯烃、闭口闪点大于60℃的脱芳烃溶剂油中的任意一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪醇为工业级的丁醇、辛醇、1,3-丁二醇中的任意一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪酸酯为工业级的脂肪酸单酯、二元酸二甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯中的任意一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的苯三唑为工业级的苯三唑。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇叔丁醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单丁醚中的任意一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1-6当中任一项所述的一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
在常压下将所述苯三唑、脂肪酸酯搅拌升温至40~60℃,溶解均匀透明;
后将温度降温至室温下加入所述碳氢溶剂、脂肪醇、稳定剂继续搅拌至混匀后在80~100目筛网过滤。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种抛光蜡膜用清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述继续搅拌的时间为10~30min。
