本发明公开了一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂及其制备方法,按质量份数计,包括清洗系列增效添加剂2‑3份、成膜剂1.0‑2.0份、复合无机碱3.0‑5.0份、复合表面活性剂15.0‑20.0份、醇醚系列溶剂5.0‑8.0份、助剂类4.0‑5.0份、复合缓蚀剂3.0‑5.0份、去离子水52.0‑67.0份,所述清洗系列增效添加剂为磺酸基琥珀酸异构醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐。本发明制备的通用型常温水基清洗剂具有市面上的清洗剂产品都不具备的应用属性,在常温条件下具有较强的洗净力,优良的防锈添加剂的加入,使其对大多数的金属皆具有较好的适用性,无异味。

本发明属于清洗剂领域,具体涉及一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现代工业制造领域,清洗剂往往被用于清洗产品或者设备表面的各种污垢,一般可分为溶剂清洗剂和水基清洗剂。
溶剂清洗剂早期主要使用煤油﹑汽油﹑白电油﹑三氯乙烯和二氯甲烷等,但随着近期国家监管部门对于安全生产日趋严苛的要求,碳氢清洗剂日渐兴起,成熟的产品有华阳恩赛化工有限公司的SM300﹑天津普罗米新材料有限公司的PRIME 301﹑广东星球清洗科技有限公司的CH1150A。该类型清洗剂对金属加工油的清洗力强,不腐蚀金属,经过蒸馏可以再循环利用,使用经济。但是易燃易爆这个现实问题碳氢清洗剂始终无法杜绝,某些氟碳清洗剂产品,如美国3M公司的7200﹑美国杜邦公司的VertrelXF清洗剂﹑日本大金公司的大金Ud509可以做到既不易燃易爆,同时又具有较好的清洗力,但是其昂贵的价格,是大多数企业所无法承受的。
水基清洗剂是主要依靠表面活性剂的润湿、乳化、渗透、分散等作用,并通过一些助剂的补偿配合来实现对产品表面油污、油脂的清洗。一般被广泛用于各种金属以及非金属制品表面如拉伸油、切削油、防锈油、润滑油、冲压油、灰尘、汗渍等各种油污、污渍、油脂的清洗。
水基清洗剂具有如下优点:
1)去污清洗能力强;
2)不燃不爆,使用安全,水基清洗剂无闪点,不会燃烧和爆炸;
3)无毒无害,水基清洗剂不会像三氯乙烯、三氯甲烷、氟里昂等ODS类溶剂会因有机溶剂的挥发造成对大气的臭氧层的破坏以及对操作工人身心健康的伤害。
按照PH值的不同,水基清洗剂可以分为酸性(PH<7)和碱性(PH>7)清洗剂,如深圳鑫鸿达清洗剂技术有限公司的RTs202C为酸性清洗剂,而德国汉高公司的Ridoline 212和日本帕卡濑精公司的FC-L4460为碱性清洗剂。
水基清洗剂目前存在的问题主要有清洗剂的材质通用性不好,无论是酸性清洗剂抑或是碱性清洗剂,一般只能适用于几类材质,不能满足客户日益丰富的产品线的需要。而其中最主要的问题就是水基清洗剂中常规的表面活性剂一般都需要在50℃以上才能发挥其作用,使清洗剂具有清洗功能,从而达到的使用效果。而在目前节能降耗、环保监管、外部市场环境严峻的背景下,这样会无形之中增加企业的经营成本。因而,开发一种通用型的环保常温水基清洗剂,降低成本,解决目前金属清洗过程中遇到的各种实际问题,提高企业经济效益,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种能够在常温条件下具有较强的洗净力的通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,本发明的另一个目的是提供上述水基清洗剂的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,按质量份数计,包括清洗系列增效添加剂2-3份、成膜剂1.0-2.0份、复合无机碱3.0-5.0份、复合表面活性剂15.0-20.0 份、醇醚系列溶剂5.0-8.0份、助剂类4.0-5.0份、复合缓蚀剂3.0-5.0份、去离子水52.0-67.0 份,所述清洗系列增效添加剂为异构醇聚氧乙烯醚与琥珀酸酐进行反应得到的产物。

进一步的,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或者几种,由于琥珀酸酐的引进,极大的提高了表面活性剂复配物的乳化、渗透、润湿性能,使清洗剂在常温下的使用变为可能;我们采用异构醇聚氧乙烯醚于琥珀酸酐在相对温和的条件下发生酯化反应,生成单酯,然后酯化反应的产物在酸性条件下与亚硫酸钠发生加成反应,由于单酯的形成对于琥珀酸酐中C=C共轭效应的影响,破坏了其中的Π电子的分布,在于未被酯化相连的α--C上带有正电荷,因而容易与-SO3Na发生亲核加成取代反应。
一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将异构醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,在氮气保护下进行加热脱水,加入琥珀酸酐的乙醇溶液,在氮气保护下,通过Pd/C的进行催化反应,反应完全后,过滤掉Pd/C,将乙醇蒸掉,即可得到单酯。
(2)将亚硫酸钠溶于水中,加入上述合成的单酯乙醇溶液,反应完全,将溶剂蒸干,用水冲洗后重结晶即可得到目标产物磺酸基琥珀酸异构醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐。
(3)在反应器中首先加入去离子水,按照配比依次清洗系列增效添加剂、成膜剂、复合无机碱、复合表面活性剂份、醇醚系列溶剂、助剂类和复合缓蚀剂,充分搅拌至其充分溶解,得到清洗剂。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述成膜剂为钼酸钾、钒酸钠、锆酸钠、硝酸锌、氟锆酸钾中的一种或者几种,其作用主要在碱性条件下,能够在材料的表面形成一层致密的沉淀膜层,对于复合缓蚀剂形成的的结构的空白处,可以形成很好的补充,成为更为致密的结构。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述醇醚溶剂为乙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇甲醚、三乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或者几种,其主要作用在于充当偶联剂,也为了提高清洗剂的清洗容量,提高清洗剂的洗净能力。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、磺酸盐、甜菜碱类中的一种或者几种混合物,其主要作用在于通过科学的复配,使清洗剂具有极强的渗透、分散、增溶和乳化能力,对材料表面的污垢有高效清洗作用,清洗的同时能够有效的保护清洗材料的表面不受侵蚀,可以有效的提高清洗效率。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述助剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠、次氨基三乙酸钠中的一种或者几种,其主要作用是为了提高清洗剂的抗硬水能力,降低水的硬度对于工件表面的影响,以便于清洗剂适用不同的地区使用。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述复合无机碱为偏硅酸钠、硅酸钠、硅酸钾、水玻璃、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者几种,其主要是给清洗剂提供合适的碱度,增进油污溶解、增进洗涤液的胶体性能,从而搞高溶液的悬浮污垢的能力、去污力和乳化能力,能保护洗涤剂性能稳定保证清洗剂对油污有较好的清洗效果。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述复合缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑、苯甲酸钠、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、硫脲、硼酸、植酸中的一种或者几种,其主要是给清洗剂提供合适的缓蚀剂,拓宽清洗剂的材质适用性,保证不同性能的材质在使用清洗剂进行清洗的时候,其表面都不会发生氧化生锈的现象。
异构醇聚氧乙烯醚,主要为异构醇与环氧乙烷的聚合物。属非离子型表面活性剂,结构式:RO-(C2H4O)n H:(一般R为C10,C11,C13)。为无色或淡黄色液体,易溶于水,具有优良的乳化、净洗性能。属非离子表面活性剂。主要分为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚等几种。广泛应用于纺织业、皮革、日化洗涤等,是高效的分散剂、润湿剂和乳化剂。乳化能力强,表面活性高,抗硬水,在较宽的PH值范围内化学稳定性和环境相容性好。可用作分散剂、润湿剂、渗透剂、洗涤剂,广泛用于家用和工业洗涤领域,对皮革具有明显的脱脂作用;特别适用于做乳化剂,性能较好。
为了提高清洗剂常温下的使用性能,结合异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的渗透性能、润湿性能、乳化性能,经过结构分析,我们首次合成了绿色表面活性剂磺酸基琥珀酸异构醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐,由于其中同时具备两个阴离子以及酯基,因而其同时具有阴离子以及非离子表面活性剂的特性,并且由于琥珀酸酐的引入,使之在常温下具有较强的渗透能力,仅用较低的添加浓度即可以大幅度提升清洗剂在常温条件下对油污的剥离能力,能够更好的对零部件表面的脏污进行清洗,因而可以用作清洗剂的增效剂。
同时考虑到所开发的水基清洗剂需要在常温(25℃)下使用,需要对表面活性剂进行适当的复配,提高表面活性剂之间的协同作用,不仅考虑非离子表面活性之间的复配,还要考虑非离子与阳离子的复配,或者非离子与阴离子之间的复配,使其达到期待的效果。同时考虑无机碱,助剂类化合物之间的复配,充分发挥助剂的螯合、分散、抗沉积的作用使其具有较好的碱容量,能够适应不同的严重程度的污垢的清洗。
考虑到材质的通用性能,也就是清洗剂对于铜材、铝材、不锈钢、镀锌板、铸铁等材质皆具有较好的缓蚀性能,使这些材质的产品在清洗过程中,表面都不会发生氧化生锈的情况,因而还需要适当复配一些缓蚀剂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,本发明制备的通用型常温水基清洗剂具有市面上的清洗剂产品都不具备的应用属性,在常温条件下具有较强的洗净力,优良的防锈添加剂的加入,使其对大多数的金属皆具有较好的适用性,无异味。主要应用于降低清洗剂的使用温度、节约能源、降低能耗、同时拓宽了材质的使适用性,因而能够更好的满足企业的实际需要,提高企业经济效益。
具体实施方式
为进一步了解本发明的内容,结合实施例对本发明作详细描述。
实施例1
(1)将1Kg异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,在氮气保护下进行加热脱水,然后降温到50-100℃,缓慢加入1.4Kg琥珀酸酐的5Kg乙醇(低沸点醇)溶液,在氮气保护下,通过Pd/C的催化作用,反应3-5小时,过滤掉Pd/C,将乙醇(低沸点醇)蒸掉,即可得到单酯2.2Kg。
(2)将1Kg亚硫酸钠溶于水中,升温到50-80℃,在搅拌条件下加入上述合成的3.0Kg 单酯的5Kg乙醇(低沸点醇)溶液,反应2-3小时后,将溶剂蒸干,用水冲洗三次,并重结晶即可得到目标产物磺酸基琥珀酸异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐3.0·Kg。
(3)在反应器中首先加入去离子水65.5Kg,升温到50-80℃,依次加入磺酸基琥珀酸异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐3.0Kg、钼酸钾1.0Kg、碳酸钠3.0Kg、偏硅酸钠0.5Kg,二丙二醇甲醚5.0Kg、葡萄糖酸钠2.0Kg、乙二胺四乙酸四钠2.0Kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10.0Kg、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5.0Kg、苯并三氮唑0.5Kg、苯甲酸钠0.3Kg、植酸1KG、三乙醇胺1.2Kg,充分搅拌30min,至其充分溶解,得到清洗剂。
实施例2
(1)将1Kg异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,在氮气保护下进行加热脱水,然后降温到50-100℃,缓慢加入1.4Kg琥珀酸酐的5Kg乙醇(低沸点醇)溶液,在氮气保护下,通过Pd/C的催化作用,反应3-5小时,过滤掉Pd/C,将乙醇(低沸点醇)蒸掉,即可得到单酯2.2Kg。
(2)将1Kg亚硫酸钠溶于水中,升温到50-80℃,在搅拌条件下加入上述合成的2.0Kg 单酯的5Kg乙醇(低沸点醇)溶液,反应2-3小时后,将溶剂蒸干,用水冲洗三次,并重结晶即可得到目标产物磺酸基琥珀酸异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐2.6Kg。
(3)在反应器中首先加入去离子水54.0Kg,升温到50-80℃,依次加入磺酸基琥珀酸异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐2.0Kg、钒酸钾1.0Kg、氢氧化钠2.0KG、碳酸氢钠3.0Kg、三乙二醇丁醚8.0Kg、柠檬酸钠2.0Kg、葡萄糖酸钠3.0Kg、烷基苯磺酸钠10.0Kg、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10.0Kg、甲基苯并三氮唑0.5Kg、硫脲0.3Kg、硼酸2.0Kg、二乙醇胺2.2Kg,充分搅拌30min,至其充分溶解,得到清洗剂。
实施例3
(1)将1Kg异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,在氮气保护下进行加热脱水,然后降温到50-100℃,缓慢加入1.4Kg琥珀酸酐的5Kg乙醇(低沸点醇)溶液,在氮气保护下,通过Pd/C的催化作用,反应3-5小时,过滤掉Pd/C,将乙醇(低沸点醇)蒸掉,即可得到单酯2.2Kg。
(2)将1Kg亚硫酸钠溶于水中,升温到50-80℃,在搅拌条件下加入上述合成的2.0Kg 单酯的5Kg乙醇(低沸点醇)溶液,反应2-3小时后,将溶剂蒸干,用水冲洗三次,并重结晶即可得到目标产物磺酸基琥珀酸异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐2.6Kg。
(3)在反应器中首先加入去离子水65.0Kg,升温到50-80℃,依次加入磺酸基琥珀酸异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐2.5Kg、硝酸锌1.5Kg、硅酸钾3.0Kg、水玻璃0.5Kg、二丙二醇乙醚6.0Kg、葡萄糖酸钠2.0Kg、次氨基三乙酸钠2.5Kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5.0Kg、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5.0Kg、烷基糖苷3.0Kg、甲基苯并三氮唑0.5Kg、硼砂0.3Kg、硼酸1KG、三异丙醇胺2.2Kg、充分搅拌30min,至其充分溶解,得到清洗剂。
根据实施例得到的清洗剂与德国汉高公司的清洗对比如下表所示:
从表中的数据可以清楚的看到,本发明实施例中制备的通用型环保常温水基清洗剂各理化标与德国汉高公司的产品几乎相近,对于各种金属都有较好的适用性;经过不同温度条件下的洗净力对比测试,我们可以发现本发明实施例得到的清洗剂在温度较低的条件下仍然有较好的洗净力。
本发明的通用型环保常温水基清洗剂和全球知名品牌产品的性能相当,低温清洗性能更好,综合性能表现良好,完全可以替代进口,满足金属制品加业的需要,同时有效的降低了成本,提高经济效益。
本发明的通用型环保常温水基清洗剂具有广泛的材质适用性,能够同时清洗铝材、锌合金、铜材、不锈钢、碳钢和铸铁等材质,在清洗过程对材料进行很好的保护。
结合异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的渗透性能、润湿性能、乳化性能,经过结构分析,我们首次合成了绿色表面活性剂磺酸基琥珀酸异构醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐,由于其同时具备两个阴离子以及酯基,因而兼具阴离子以及非离子表面活性剂的特性,并且由于琥珀酸酐的引入,提高了其在常温下的渗透能力,仅用较低的添加浓度即可以大幅度提升清洗剂在常温条件下对油污的剥离能力,使之能够更好的对零部件表面的脏污进行清洗。
使用经过科学配伍的表面活性剂,具有极强的渗透、分散、增溶、乳化能力,从而对拉伸油和其它污垢有较好的清洗效果。
依靠无机助剂与表面活性剂的作用,在常温条件下可渗透进入任何难清洗的细微缝隙,将污垢快速剥离清洗出来,轻易去除粉屑、积碳、污垢和油脂等,因而具有较强的清洗能力。
Claims (10)
1.一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括清洗系列增效添加剂2-3份、成膜剂1.0-2.0份、复合无机碱3.0-5.0份、复合表面活性剂15.0-20.0份、醇醚系列溶剂5.0-8.0份、助剂类4.0-5.0份、复合缓蚀剂3.0-5.0份、去离子水52.0-67.0份,所述清洗系列增效添加剂为磺酸基琥珀酸异构醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或者几种。
4.一种权利要求3所述的通用型环保常温水基清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将异构醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,在氮气保护下进行加热脱水,加入琥珀酸酐的乙醇溶液,在氮气保护下,通过Pd/C的进行催化反应,反应完全后,过滤掉Pd/C,将乙醇蒸掉,即可得到单酯。
(2)将亚硫酸钠溶于水中,加入上述合成的单酯乙醇溶液,反应完全,将溶剂蒸干,用水冲洗后重结晶即可得到目标产物磺酸基琥珀酸异构醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯二钠盐。
(3)在反应器中首先加入去离子水,按照配比依次清洗系列增效添加剂、成膜剂、复合无机碱、复合表面活性剂、醇醚系列溶剂、助剂类和复合缓蚀剂,充分搅拌至其充分溶解,得到清洗剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述成膜剂为钼酸钾、钒酸钠、锆酸钠、硝酸锌、氟锆酸钾中的一种或者几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述醇醚溶剂为乙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇甲醚、三乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或者几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺、磺酸盐、甜菜碱类中的一种或者几种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述助剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠、次氨基三乙酸钠中的一种或者几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述复合无机碱为偏硅酸钠、硅酸钠、硅酸钾、水玻璃、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者几种。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种通用型环保常温水基清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述复合缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑、苯甲酸钠、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、硫脲、硼酸、硼砂、植酸中的一种或者几种。
