本发明涉及道路施工技术领域,特别涉及一种道路涂层材料及喷涂工艺。
背景技术
道路标线施工包括道路方向箭头标识、文字标识以及图像标识等,在道路标线施工工艺中,标线所使用的涂层材料的尤为重要,国内外目前主要有三类路面涂层材料:一是彩色沥青混合料类;二是乳化彩色沥青稀浆封层类;三是彩色水泥灌浆沥青混合料类;上述几种材料具有如下缺陷:柔韧度不够,由于道路标线大都凸出路面,硬度较强的标线会加剧路过车辆的颠簸感,容易对车辆造成损坏;耐候性不佳,使用寿命较低,需要定期进行维护,增加了人工成本。

一种道路涂层材料,包括色剂,所述色剂包括平均粒径为1~2mm的复合颗粒,所述复合颗粒包括无机颗粒;在所述无机颗粒表面形成的胶粘剂涂层;所述胶粘剂涂层上涂有有机颜料,涂上有机颜料的胶剂涂料层以及无机颗粒形成数量比例为1:500的重量份数的带有复合颗粒的色剂。
优选地,所述无机颗粒为碳酸钙、滑石、硅粉和玻璃珠组成的一种或者多种组合。
优选地,所述有机颜料包括从反射材料、增塑剂、溶剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂和助剂组成的组中选择的至少一种材料。
优选地,所述胶粘剂涂层由粘结剂树脂以及显色剂混合而成,在所述无机颗粒表面形成的胶粘剂涂层以构成色剂。
优选地,所述涂上有机颜料的胶剂涂料层部分外表面涂覆有自发光涂层料,所述自发光涂层料包括以下重量份的组分:改性硅溶胶25-35份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-30份、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯5-10份、丙烯酸-2-乙基乙酯3-10份、丙烯酸丁酯5-10份、甲基丙烯酸15-20份、苯乙烯15-20份、引发剂1-2份、助溶剂0.5-1份、固化剂0.1-0.5份、水30-60份、发光材料50-70份、流平剂2-4份、润湿剂0.1-0.3份、羟乙基纤维素醚0.1-0.2份。

一种道路涂层的喷涂工艺,所述喷涂工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)首先对施工部位用打磨机打磨,横竖至少打磨两遍,确保待喷路面有一定的粗糙度;
(2)施工人员将路面用清扫工具进行清理干净,然后用清洗车进行清洗干净;
(3)水洗之后,进行晾晒,待路面干燥后;用吹风器械再次进行清理干净;
(4)地面清洁干净后,根据标识要求进行放模,对需要喷涂的区域进行位置定位,对不进行喷洒涂料的区域进行防护;
(5)在待喷涂路面准确标识定位后涂刷一层底漆;
(6)待底漆干燥后,采用喷涂器械将包含有涂层材料的混合涂料进行喷洒至放模区域,喷洒至均匀后结束;
(7)喷洒在放模区域上的混合涂料用刮涂工具均匀敷涂于路面上;
(8)在底涂没有干燥前均匀撒布陶瓷颗粒;
(9)施工人员及时施工防护,对部分有漏撒部位进行修补;
(10)对路面进行自然晾晒2-3小时;
(11)路面处于一种凝固后,施工人员进行收料,清理干净为止,完成路面喷涂。
优选地,所述混合涂料包括聚氨酯丙烯酸、环氧树脂。

本发明所提供的一种道路涂层材料及喷涂工艺,所采用的涂层材料具体结构为:基础是平均粒径为1~2mm的复合颗粒,该些复合颗粒最内层是无机颗粒,无机颗粒的外表面通过胶粘剂涂层粘结有机颜料层,且胶剂涂料层部分外表面涂覆有自发光涂层料,这样涂层材料就有一粒粒彩色的可自发光的混合颗粒构成,在具体应用时,需将涂层材料的混合颗粒混合至混合涂料中进行搅拌、高温熔融,然后喷涂成道路标线,该道路标线显眼、醒目,具有一定的柔韧度;同时所采用的涂层材料具有较强的耐候性,使用寿命较长。

(5)在待喷涂路面准确标识定位后涂刷一层底漆;
(6)待底漆干燥后,采用喷涂器械将包含有涂层材料的混合涂料进行喷洒至放模区域,喷洒至均匀后结束;
(7)喷洒在放模区域上的混合涂料用刮涂工具均匀敷涂于路面上;
(8)在底涂没有干燥前均匀撒布陶瓷颗粒;
(9)施工人员及时施工防护,对部分有漏撒部位进行修补;
(10)对路面进行自然晾晒2-3小时;
(11)路面处于一种凝固后,施工人员进行收料,清理干净为止,完成路面喷涂。
所述混合涂料包括聚氨酯丙烯酸、环氧树脂。
所述混合涂料还包括高分子聚合,其与涂层材料反应融合,融合过程中可加入防滑骨料,可实现对路面和防滑骨料的强力粘接,上述融合过程不可逆,使得标线涂层具有极强的稳定性,融合形成的彩色防滑涂层具有抗滑、耐磨、抗老化、耐腐蚀的特性。
综合本发明所述涂层材料结构可知,本发明所采用的涂层材料具体结构为:基础是平均粒径为1~2mm的复合颗粒,该些复合颗粒最内层是无机颗粒,无机颗粒的外表面通过胶粘剂涂层粘结有机颜料层,且胶剂涂料层部分外表面涂覆有自发光涂层料,这样涂层材料就有一粒粒彩色的可自发光的混合颗粒构成,在具体应用时,需将涂层材料的混合颗粒混合至混合涂料中进行搅拌、高温熔融,然后喷涂成道路标线,该道路标线显眼、醒目,具有一定的柔韧度;同时所采用的涂层材料具有较强的耐候性,使用寿命较长。

Claims (8)
1.一种道路涂层材料,其特征在于,包括色剂,所述色剂包括平均粒径为1~2mm的复合颗粒,所述复合颗粒包括无机颗粒;在所述无机颗粒表面形成的胶粘剂涂层;所述胶粘剂涂层上涂有有机颜料,涂上有机颜料的胶剂涂料层以及无机颗粒形成数量比例为1:500的重量份数的带有复合颗粒的色剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的道路涂层材料,其特征在于,所述无机颗粒为碳酸钙、滑石、硅粉和玻璃珠组成的一种或者多种组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的道路涂层材料,其特征在于,所述有机颜料包括从反射材料、增塑剂、溶剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂和助剂组成的组中选择的至少一种材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的道路涂层材料,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂涂层由粘结剂树脂以及显色剂混合而成,在所述无机颗粒表面形成的胶粘剂涂层以构成色剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的道路涂层材料,其特征在于,所述涂上有机颜料的胶剂涂料层部分外表面涂覆有自发光涂层料,所述自发光涂层料包括以下重量份的组分:改性硅溶胶25-35份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-30份、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯5-10份、丙烯酸-2-乙基乙酯3-10份、丙烯酸丁酯5-10份、甲基丙烯酸15-20份、苯乙烯15-20份、引发剂1-2份、助溶剂0.5-1份、固化剂0.1-0.5份、水30-60份、发光材料50-70份、流平剂2-4份、润湿剂0.1-0.3份、羟乙基纤维素醚0.1-0.2份。
6.如权利要求5所述的道路涂层材料,其特征在于,所述改性硅溶胶包括硅溶胶60-80份、丙基三甲氧基硅烷10-20份、水10-20份、甲醇30-60份、甲基三氟丙基硅油2-5份。
7.一种道路涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述喷涂工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)首先对施工部位用打磨机打磨,横竖至少打磨两遍,确保待喷路面有一定的粗糙度;
(2)施工人员将路面用清扫工具进行清理干净,然后用清洗车进行清洗干净;
(3)水洗之后,进行晾晒,待路面干燥后;用吹风器械再次进行清理干净;
(4)地面清洁干净后,根据标识要求进行放模,对需要喷涂的区域进行位置定位,对不进行喷洒涂料的区域进行防护;
(5)在待喷涂路面准确标识定位后涂刷一层底漆;
(6)待底漆干燥后,采用喷涂器械将包含有涂层材料的混合涂料进行喷洒至放模区域,喷洒至均匀后结束;
(7)喷洒在放模区域上的混合涂料用刮涂工具均匀敷涂于路面上;
(8)在底涂没有干燥前均匀撒布陶瓷颗粒;
(9)施工人员及时施工防护,对部分有漏撒部位进行修补;
(10)对路面进行自然晾晒2-3小时;
(11)路面处于一种凝固后,施工人员进行收料,清理干净为止,完成路面喷涂。
8.如权利要求7所述的道路涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述混合涂料包括聚氨酯丙烯酸、环氧树脂。
