Claims (10)
1. A rice hulling and milling integrated machine with energy-saving and efficiency-increasing functions comprises a machine frame (1) and is characterized by comprising a feeding assembly (2), a rice hulling assembly (3), a material guide pipe (19), a rice milling assembly (4), a discharging assembly (5) and a driving assembly (6);
the discharge end of the feeding component (2) is arranged on the feeding end of the rice hulling component (3);
the discharge end of the rice hulling assembly (3) is arranged on the feed end of the material guide pipe (19);
the discharge end of the material guide pipe (19) is arranged on the feed end of the rice milling assembly (4);
the discharge end of the rice milling assembly (4) is arranged on the feed end of the discharge assembly (5);
the driving component (6) is respectively connected with the driving end of the rice hulling component (3) and the driving end of the rice milling component (4).

The integrated rice hulling and milling machine with energy saving and efficiency improving functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding assembly (2) comprises a feed hopper (7), a flow meter (8) and a feeding pipe (9); the discharge end of the feed hopper (7) is arranged on the feed end of the feed pipe (9); the discharge end of the feed pipe (9) is arranged at the feed end of the rice hulling assembly (3); the flowmeter (8) is arranged on the feeding pipe (9).

The integrated rice hulling and milling machine with the energy-saving and efficiency-increasing functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding assembly (2) further comprises a telescopic feeding pipe (10), a driving cylinder (13) and a chaff bin cover (14); the telescopic feeding pipe (10) is arranged on the feeding pipe (9); the husk bin cover (14) is detachably arranged on the husk bin (15) and the rice grain bin (16); the piston end of the driving cylinder (13) is arranged on the chaff bin cover (14), and the cylinder body end of the driving cylinder (13) is arranged on the frame (1).

The integrated rice hulling and milling machine with energy saving and efficiency improving functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rice hulling assembly (3) comprises a rotating seat (11), a driving disc (12), a rice hull bin (15), a rice grain bin (16) and blades (18); the driving disc (12) is arranged on the frame (1); the rotating seat (11) is arranged at the driving end of the driving component (6), the rotating seat (11) is rotatably arranged on the rice grain bin (16), and the rotating seat (11) is arranged at the discharging end of the feeding pipe (9); the discharge end of the feeding component (2) is arranged on the husk bin (15); the chaff bin (15) is arranged on the rotating seat (11), the chaff bin (15) is rotationally arranged on the driving disc (12), the chaff bin (15) is arranged in the rice grain bin (16) in a penetrating way, and the chaff bin (15) is provided with a rice outlet (17); the blades (18) are arranged on the chaff bin (15).

The integrated rice hulling and milling machine with energy-saving and efficiency-increasing functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rice milling assembly (4) comprises a rice milling bin (20), a rotating shaft (21) and a rice milling member (22); the feeding end of the rice milling bin (20) is arranged at the discharging end of the material guide pipe (19); a rotating shaft (21) driven by the driving component (6) is rotationally arranged on the rice milling bin (20); the rice milling member (22) is arranged on the rotating shaft (21).

The integrated rice hulling and milling machine with energy-saving and efficiency-increasing functions as claimed in claim 4, wherein the milling member (22) comprises a sliding sleeve (23), a sliding rod (24) and a milling hammer (25); the sliding sleeve (23) is arranged on the rotating shaft (21); the sliding rod (24) is arranged on the sliding sleeve (23) in a sliding manner; the rice milling hammer (25) is arranged at one end of the sliding rod (24) far away from the rotating shaft (21).

The integrated rice hulling and milling machine with energy saving and efficiency improving functions as claimed in claim 5, wherein the sliding rod (24) is provided with a clamping block (26); a clamping groove (27) is arranged on the sliding sleeve (23); the clamping block (26) is arranged on the clamping groove (27) in a sliding mode.

The integrated rice hulling and milling machine with energy-saving and efficiency-increasing functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly (6) comprises a driving motor (31), a driving wheel (32), a transmission belt (33) and a driven wheel (34); the driving motor (31) is arranged on the frame (1); a driving wheel (32) driven by a driving motor (31) is arranged at the rotating end of the rice milling assembly (4); one end of the transmission belt (33) is arranged on the driving wheel (32), and the other end of the transmission belt (33) is arranged on the driven wheel (34); the driven wheel (34) is arranged at the rotating end of the rice hulling assembly (3).
10. The working method of the integrated rice hulling and milling machine with the energy-saving and efficiency-increasing functions as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 is characterized in that the working method is as follows:
s1, pouring the paddy to be processed into a feed hopper (7); the paddy enters the husk bin (15) through the feeding pipe (9);
s2, the driving component (6) works to drive the rotating seat (11) and the chaff bin (15) to rotate on the driving disc (12); the blades (18) in the husk bin (15) impact the paddy to separate the rice grains and the husk in the husk bin (15); rice grains fall into a rice grain bin (16) from a husk bin (15) through a rice outlet hole (17) and enter a rice milling assembly (4) through a material guide pipe (19);
s3, the driving component (6) works to drive the rotating shaft (21) to rotate in the rice milling bin (20); the centrifugal force of the rotating shaft (21) drives the sliding rod (24) to slide on the sliding sleeve (23), the sliding rod (24) drives the rice milling hammer (25) on the sliding rod to mill and impact rice grains falling into the rice milling bin (20), and therefore the rice grains are crushed;
s4, the discharge pump (29) works, and products which are rolled to meet the quality standard enter the discharge pipe (30) after being filtered by the filter plate (28), so that discharge is completed.
