Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a moisturizing and repairing composition, a skin care product and a preparation method of the skin care product.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, skin care is more and more valued, and moisture retention is the most important effect of cosmetics and is also the basis of skin care. Sufficient skin hydration is critical to healthy skin, and sufficient hydration facilitates enzymatic reactions and promotes stratum corneum maturation, maintaining stratum corneum elasticity.
In the contact between human body and the outside, the skin also plays a role of barrier, can prevent the damage of external chemical, physical, mechanical, biological and other factors to the skin, and can prevent the loss of moisture and nutrient substances. Factors that cause the skin barrier to be damaged are many, such as over-cleaning, use of harsh cosmetics, harsh environments, and the like. The impaired skin barrier is involved in the development of various skin problems, and thus, the efficacy of repairing the skin barrier is also an important direction for the development of skin care products.
The existing moisturizing repair skin care product mainly achieves the moisturizing repair function by adding ceramide, such as a composition and a cosmetic with the moisturizing repair effect disclosed in the Chinese patent application with the application publication number of CN 113616561A, a moisturizing repair cream disclosed in the Chinese patent application with the application publication number of CN 112870123A, a preparation method and application thereof, a moisturizing repair composition disclosed in the Chinese patent application with the application publication number of CN 112842985A, and the like. Ceramide is a substance which can be secreted and synthesized by a human body, but if the ceramide is supplemented by an external source for a long time, the ceramide has strong dependence, the capability of the cell for secreting the ceramide can not be fundamentally regulated, the self-synthesis and secretion capability can be weakened, once the ceramide is not supplemented, the more serious damage of the epidermal barrier can be caused, in addition, the raw material price of the ceramide is relatively high, and the cost of the moisturizing and repairing skin care product is relatively high.

In the preparation of comparative examples, if the components to be added in the preparation method are not in the formulation listed in table 1 below, the corresponding components are not added in the preparation.
Table 1: formulation composition (%)
The six moisturizing essences are detected, and specific detection items, methods and results are as follows:
(1) the stability test, which is to place the moisturizing repair essence prepared in comparative examples 1-5 and example 1 at room temperature, 45 ℃ and-10 ℃ respectively, examine the time of 7 days, and observe whether the sample is delaminated, if the sample is not changed before and after the specified time, the sample is marked as "ok", and if the delamination phenomenon occurs, the sample is marked as "unstable", and the results are shown in the following table 2.
Table 2: stability investigation of moisturizing and repairing essence
Sample source | At room temperature | 45℃ | -10℃ |
Comparative example 1 | ok | ok | ok |
Comparative example 2 | ok | ok | ok |
Comparative example 3 | ok | ok | ok |
Comparative example 4 | ok | ok | ok |
Comparative example 5 | ok | ok | ok |
Example 1 | ok | ok | ok |
From the above table 2, it can be found that no delamination occurs when each moisturizing and repairing essence sample is placed at room temperature, 45 ℃ and-10 ℃ for 7 days, which indicates that the formula of the system is structurally stable.
(2) The method is characterized in that the continuous water replenishing effect of the horny layer of the forearm is detected, comparative examples 1-5 and example 1 are respectively used for consumers (human bodies), a moisture content tester (the moisture content test model adopted in the embodiment is Corneometer CM825) is adopted to detect the continuous water replenishing effect of the horny layer on the inner side of the forearm of a testee before, after 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h (wherein h is time unit hour) of a moisture-preserving repair essence sample is used, specifically, the sample is coated on the surface of the skin to continuously replenish the moisture of the horny layer of the forearm, the effect can be slowly weakened along with the change of time, the moisture of the horny layer of the skin in a specified time is tracked and measured, and the effect of replenishing the moisture of the horny layer of the sample to the horny layer can be evaluated. The stratum corneum moisture assay is based on the electric capacity principle, and the numerical value is bigger, and the stratum corneum moisture content is higher. The results are shown in table 3 below, where the blank is a consumer (human) who did not use any moisturizing repair serum sample.
Table 3: skin moisture test at various time points (A.U.)
Sample source | T 0 | T(1h) | T(2h) | T(4h) | T(8h) |
Blank control | 32.1 | 32.3 | 33.6 | 33.4 | 31.5 |

Example 1 | 32.8 | 47.8 | 47.0 | 43.0 | 39.8 |
From the results of the blank control and comparative example 1, it can be seen that the moisturizing repair composition is not added to the formulation, and only 1% of glyceryl polyether-26 is used as the moisturizing agent, and the product has no moisturizing effect. From the results of comparative example 2, it is understood that when the amount of glyceryl polyether-26 is increased to 5%, the product has a certain moisturizing effect, but the effect is not strong. From the results of comparative example 3, it can be seen that when the glyceryl polyether-26 is selected as the moisturizing agent, and 5% of the fucoidin-H is matched as the moisturizing repair component, the moisturizing effect is obviously improved, which indicates that the fucus extract plays a determining role in moisturizing effect. The results of comparative example 4 show that the addition of Pellicor L-30 as a moisturizing repair composition has a certain reinforcing effect on the moisturizing effect, and the effect of 1+1>2 is verified. As can be seen from the results of comparative example 5, the addition of DCR516 had substantially no effect on moisturizing efficacy. The results of example 1 show that the simultaneous addition of Pellicer L-30 and DCR516 has a significant synergistic effect on the moisturizing effect, which indicates that the soothing skin of kava root extract and the amphiphilic structure of sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine play an important role in further playing the moisturizing effect.
(3) The effect of continuously replenishing water to the stratum corneum of facial skin was examined, and the effect of the moisturizing repair essence on the stratum corneum of facial skin was determined by measuring the transepidermal water loss rate of skin using each of comparative examples 3, 5 and 1 to a consumer (human body). Specifically, the open transepidermal water loss index (Tewameter TM HEX) of the facial skin of the subject was measured before use, 14 days after use, and 28 days after use, and the open transepidermal water loss meter evaluated the skin barrier function based on Fick's diffusion law, the larger the value, the more severely the skin barrier function was impaired. The results are shown in Table 4 below.
Table 4: water loss rate of skin per epidermis (g/cm 2. h) at different time points
Sample source | D 0 | D 14 | D 28 |
Comparative example 3 | 23.88 | 21.85 | 20.08 |
Comparative example 4 | 23.78 | 20.51 | 19.85 |
Example 1 | 23.83 | 19.95 | 18.41 |
From the results of comparative example 3, it is understood that only 5% of fucoidan-H was added to the formulation, and the moisturizing effect was exhibited, but the repairing effect was relatively limited. The results of comparative example 4 show that the Pellicor L-30 is added on the basis of the formula of comparative example 3, and the repairing effect is obviously improved, which indicates that the sodium di (lauramide glutamine) lysine can penetrate through the stratum corneum and form a lamellar crystal structure in intercellular lipid to play a crucial role in the repairing effect. The results of example 1 show that the simultaneous addition of Pellicer L-30 and DCR516 has a significant synergistic effect on the repair effect, because the amphiphilic molecular structure of sodium di (laurylaminoglutamine) lysine promotes the barrier function of skin and the health of skin remodeling, the transdermal water loss rate is effectively reduced, and the fucus extract is matched to help the horny layer absorb water and form a hidden moisturizing membrane and a kava root extract on the skin surface, so that the skin tolerance and irritation relieving effects can be significantly improved. The three key raw materials have sufficient moisturizing and repairing effects on the skin through synergistic effect and scientific proportion.
