Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物及其应用,涉及保健品技术领域。包括以下重量份的原料组成,南非叶1‑30份、黄姜1‑30份、枸杞1‑30份、甘草1‑5份、玉米须2‑6份、决明子1‑5份、陈皮2‑8份和中草药包1‑5份。该组合物包含南非叶、黄姜、枸杞和甘草,实验证明,在动物模型上,该茶组合物显著减轻高脂饮食小鼠的体重,让高脂饮食小鼠摄食量恢复正常饮食水平,明显改善并逆转高脂饮食小鼠肝脏的脂肪性病变,减少小鼠脂肪肝脏,消脂作用明显,效果比单独南非叶、及南非叶与枸杞的组合物强,在动物实验期间没有发现该茶组合物的明显毒性,提示该茶组合物有一定的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体为一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物及其应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,高脂血症、高血糖、高尿酸血症等代谢性疾病的患病率也在增加。同时,人们对保健养生的需求也日益增加。目前关于降脂、降血糖、降尿酸的保健品非常多,然而大多产品都没有实验数据支持,其保健效果及副作用不明确。
在中国,茶疗养生的历史长远,可以追溯到汉代。一些茶的保健养生效果已被广泛报道,如普洱茶。研究证实普洱茶有降血脂、降血糖和改善痛风患者症状的作用。然而这些茶产品,包括普洱茶,往往含有咖啡因。虽然咖啡因有利尿作用,可以促进一些有害代谢物质随尿液排除,但它也会干扰神经传导。一大部分人喝了含咖啡因的饮料会出现失眠、睡眠质量差、甚至心悸等不适。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物及其应用,具备安全的消脂、降血糖和降尿酸等优点,解决了原有产品具有副作用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述消脂、降血糖和降尿酸的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物及其应用,包括以下重量份的原料组成,南非叶1-30份、黄姜1-30份、枸杞1-30份、甘草1-5份、玉米须2-6份、决明子1-5份、陈皮2-8份和中草药包1-5份。
南非叶,又名扁桃斑鸠菊、将军叶、药王叶、桃叶斑鸠菊、杏叶斑鸠菊、苦茶叶,有很强的清热解毒功效,民间常用于治疗感冒、咽喉炎等炎症性疾病,由于南非叶味苦性寒,体虚和胃寒患者不宜服用,研究已证实南非叶不含咖啡因,用它作为主要成分的茶组合不会影响人的睡眠,目前,南非叶对血脂、血糖和尿酸的影响尚未有报道。
枸杞为药食两用的食品,味甘、性平,有补肾、润肺、生津、益气之功,自古被奉为长寿珍品,尤为适合老人服用。现代研究表明,枸杞有降糖、降血脂、降尿酸的作用,本发明的茶组合物含有枸杞。枸杞的甘味可中和南非叶的苦涩味及黄姜的辣味,有利于改善组合物的口味,并且,枸杞滋阴补肾的功效既防南非叶寒凉太过,又防黄姜辛散太过。
甘草为药之国老,与枸杞一样同为药食两用。甘草味甘、性平,有调和诸药的作用,可防南非叶寒凉太过,并可以改善南非叶的苦涩味,德国、美国有研究表明甘草里有降血糖的天然成分,可能有对抗二型糖尿病的作用,一些含有甘草的组合物有被报道具有降血脂和降尿酸的作用。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述菊花选为甘菊,且选用的菊花尤以苏杭一带所生的大白菊或小白菊最佳。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述中草药包内部包括以下重量份的原料组成,黄连2-3份、葛根1-3份、人参片2-5份、茵陈3-6份、虎杖2-5份、鱼腥草3-6份、金钱草1-3份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述枸杞选用为野生宁夏枸杞。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述南非叶与黄姜的均采用海南所产,且采集南非叶和黄姜后将其洗净放通风洁净处晒干或低温烘干或天然晒干。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述陈皮选用五年以上杀菌后的陈皮。
一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物的应用,所述该茶组合物可被制成茶包、饮料、片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、混悬剂、口服液、膏剂、精华液等任何一种剂型,所提供的茶组合物可经口服或浸泡外用、外涂,给予茶组合物的途径不受上述例子所限制,具有安全有效的消脂、降血糖、降尿酸的效用。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物及其应用,具备以下有益效果:
1、该具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物及其应用,该组合物包含南非叶、黄姜、枸杞和甘草,实验证明,在动物模型上,该茶组合物显著减轻高脂饮食小鼠的体重,让高脂饮食小鼠摄食量恢复正常饮食水平,明显改善并逆转高脂饮食小鼠肝脏的脂肪性病变,减少小鼠脂肪肝脏,消脂作用明显,效果比单独南非叶、及南非叶与枸杞的组合物强,在动物实验期间没有发现该茶组合物的明显毒性,提示该茶组合物有一定的安全性,并且,茶组合物搭配玉米须的组合还有降糖、降尿酸的作用,与同类型的其他保健茶品相比,本发明有动物实验数据支撑,疗效确切、且安全性高,不含咖啡因,不影响睡眠,适合每日服用,非常有潜力被开发为安全有效的消脂、降血糖、降尿酸的保健茶。
2、该具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物及其应用,通过以南非叶为主要成分,配以黄姜,以温中散寒,寒热同用,防南非叶的寒凉太过之弊,并且黄姜有保肝作用,可以降血脂的同时保肝,对脂肪肝有一定的疗效,我们的实验也证实,本发明的茶组合物对高脂饮食所致的小鼠脂肪肝有非常好的效果:高脂饮食小鼠的肝脏脂肪含量非常高;高脂饮食同时饮用茶组合物的小鼠肝脏脂肪含量非常低,接近正常饮食小鼠的肝脏脂肪含量,提示茶组合物有良好的预防脂肪肝的作用。

动物实验
1.从广东省实验动物中心购入30只健康SPF级4-6周龄的雄性C57小鼠,许可证号为SCXK(粤)2018-0002,动物质量合格证号为NO.44007200083237,实验单位使用许可证编号SYXK(粤)2020-0230。所有小鼠均在SPF级动物房中分笼适应性饲养1周,室温(24±2)℃,每12h昼夜交替,自由饮水。
2.高脂饲料成分:普通饲料80,猪油16,胆固醇2,猪胆盐2,酪蛋白50g。
3.动物分组:按体质量将30只小鼠进行随机分组,具体分组情况如下:
正常饮食组(n=6),正常饲料喂养8周,正常饮水;
高脂模型组(n=6),高脂饲料喂养8周,正常饮水;
高脂+茶A组(n=6),高脂饲料喂养8周,茶A(南非叶);
高脂+茶B组(n=6),高脂饲料喂养8周,茶B(南非叶:枸杞=1:1);
高脂+茶C组(n=6),高脂饲料喂养8周,茶C(含本专利茶组合:南非叶:黄姜:甘草:枸杞=20:3:1:20);
给茶方式:每天沸水泡新茶200ml(40min-1h后取出茶包),待水温降到40℃后给小鼠饮用,连续给药8周。
4.喂养期间每三天记录体重、进食量。
5.取材:处死前称重,小鼠眼眶取血,分离血清置于-80℃保存,后上全自动生化检测仪检测LDL-C、TG,取血完成后将小鼠脱颈处死,取小鼠肝脏并称重,然后将肝脏按组摆放一起拍照,拍照完毕后将肝脏浸泡于4%多聚甲醛溶液中固定,常温保存;固定后的样品做组织病理切片检测及油红O脂肪染色。
1.生化检测
全自动生化分析仪是上样之后仪器自动检测,一般生化按试剂盒说明书进行操作,不同指标实验操作不一样,全自动生化分析检测指标结果是仪器自动生成样本浓度,导出数据,结果以Excel报告模式发送,一般生化用全波长酶标仪测出吸光度,再按照说明书上的公式将样本吸光度换算成浓度,结果以EXCEL模式发送。
2.结果与分析
实验重复2遍,结果见图1-5。
图1为各组小鼠在实验期间的体重;由图1可见,与正常饮食组比较,高脂饮食组小鼠体重明显增加,茶组合物C显著减轻高脂饮食小鼠的体重,与高脂饮食组比较,***P<0.001。
图2为各组小鼠在实验期间的摄食量;由图2可见,与正常饮食组比较,高脂饮食组小鼠摄食量明显增加。茶组合物C明显减少高脂饮食小鼠的摄食量,其摄食量与正常饮食组小鼠接近。与高脂饮食组比较,*P<0.05,**P<0.01。
图3为小鼠肝脏组织的病理切片;由图3可见,高脂饮食组小鼠肝脏组织中可见大面积肝细胞脂肪变性,胞质中可见大小不一的圆形空泡,茶组合物A、B、C均有改善高脂饮食小鼠肝脏病理改变,其中茶组合物C(本专利)的效果最强,茶组合物C组小鼠的肝脏组织学形态接近正常饮食组。
图4为小鼠肝脏组织的油红O染色;油红O染色的脂肪呈橙色,由图4可见,高脂饮食组小鼠肝脏组织中可见大量脂肪,而茶组合物A、B、C减少高脂饮食小鼠肝脏的脂肪含量,其中,茶组合物C组小鼠的肝脏脂肪含量降至接近正常饮食组,另外,从图4可见,高脂饮食组小鼠肝脏体积明显增大,茶组合物A和B虽然有明显减少可见的肝脏脂肪含量,但没有减小因高脂饮食所致的肝脏增大,而茶组合物C明显减少高脂饮食小鼠肝脏脂肪的同时,也明显减小了高脂饮食所致的肝脏肥大,肝脏体积恢复至正常饮食水平。
图5为小鼠血清生化检测结果;由图5可见,茶组合物C明显减少高脂饮食小鼠血清甘油三酯水平,并降低小鼠血清低密度脂蛋白含量,提示其有降血脂的功效。
综上所述,实施例1的动物实验结果指出茶组合物C有较强的降血脂功能,成人每日1-2剂,30日为一疗程,约1-3疗程可逆转脂肪肝病变,本品偏寒凉,脾胃虚寒者慎用,肝功能受损患者不宜饮用本品,孕妇忌用,有严重疾病者需咨询医生意见饮用,儿童不宜服用,需将茶包至于儿童不可触及处。
实施例二:
一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物,包括以下重量份的原料组成,南非叶20份、黄姜3份、枸杞20份、甘草3份、玉米须6份、决明子5份、陈皮8份和中草药包5份。

1.茶包制备
实施例所用南非叶与黄姜的产地为海南,采集南非叶和黄姜后将其洗净,纯净水冲洗后放通风洁净处晒干或低温烘干,枸杞、甘草饮片、玉米须购于北京同仁堂,将干燥的材料打成粉末后,无菌封装茶包备用。
2.饮用方法
倒入300mL沸水浸泡茶包约20分钟,待水温降至60摄氏度左右时饮用,成人每日1-2剂,30日为一疗程,约1-3疗程可有效降低血糖及尿酸水平。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组成,南非叶1-30份、黄姜1-30份、枸杞1-30份、甘草1-5份、玉米须2-6份、决明子1-5份、陈皮2-8份和中草药包1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物,其特征在于,所述菊花选为甘菊,且选用的菊花尤以苏杭一带所生的大白菊或小白菊最佳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物,其特征在于,所述中草药包内部包括以下重量份的原料组成,黄连2-3份、葛根1-3份、人参片2-5份、茵陈3-6份、虎杖2-5份、鱼腥草3-6份、金钱草1-3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物,其特征在于,所述枸杞选用为野生宁夏枸杞。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物,其特征在于,所述南非叶与黄姜的均采用海南所产,且采集南非叶和黄姜后将其洗净放通风洁净处晒干或低温烘干或天然晒干。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物,其特征在于,所述陈皮选用五年以上杀菌后的陈皮。
7.一种具有消脂、降血糖、降尿酸效果的茶组合物的应用,其特征在于,所述该茶组合物可被制成茶包、饮料、片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、混悬剂、口服液、膏剂、精华液等任何一种剂型,所提供的茶组合物可经口服或浸泡外用、外涂,给予茶组合物的途径不受上述例子所限制,具有安全有效的消脂、降血糖、降尿酸的效用。
